  1. I don't know about you but water is free when I turn on the tap. I believe this should be the case for home owners. Allow players to interact with their fridge and give them the ability to drink water similar to how the taco truck use to work.
  2. I believe the new general stores should have to be cleared out of cash from the drawer, similar to how the ATMs are setup. Robberies should effect the store owners ( require them to hire security and/or clean out register consistently ). Robberies should only be able to remove the current "cash" the teller has on hand ( or a percentage of current holdings ). This type of gameplay allows for a higher rp experience and doesn't allow these new store owners to have a risk free business.
  3. Apartment building coming soon. -1
  4. I would also go as far as to offer free water if you own a home. I walk in my kitchen and can turn on the tap water.
  5. Like stated above, ALL doors work but they need to be placed first before any door frames. This is normally difficult because its hard to line the doors up perfectly and often result it multiple attempts.
  6. There would not be any graded test so there would be no OOC work load for quiz team. They would have to take a 2nd faction or create an alt. Immigration guards would need to complete a checklist with every new player in the "island" prior to their release.
  7. They want free teleports. -1
  8. I think requiring 2 DCC employees is appropriate. Having the ability for taxis to do something like /toggleavailable is needed, since training could hinder city transportation if no taxis are actually available for rides.
  9. To me, this isn't a bad thing. This gives them the opportunity to interact and form bonds with other new players thus, giving them RP experience. /report will still be active, and new players can always use the standard forum report could still police the dimension when no immigration staff is present. It's also not like we're going just to put them in one room either. They'll have multiple settings to RP just like those in prison do now. I would much instead give potential citizens the facade of being apart of the game rather than wait for someone to review their writing ability
  10. Also if you look at "Immigration Facilities" inside America, you'll see how close they resemble a prison like facility: https://www.google.com/search?q=immigration+facilities&client=firefox-b-1-d&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiJnPDn_5PiAhUSOK0KHQh-DAkQ_AUIDygC&biw=1278&bih=982 We are getting a new prison soon, re-purposing the old prison and modifying a few of its features could be an option.
  11. The players would have to be in-game in order to be evaluated. Just like in real life, a checklist has to be completed for each person prior to them being released. The amount the work they put into showcasing they're ready for Los Santos is entirely up to that individual.
  12. With the massive backup of quizzes, we should consider having an Ellis Island type roleplay instead of having the 2nd part of the quiz which is ultimately graded by staff. Players are still required to complete the first written portion of the quiz but after would be required to show compliance with both OOC and IC rules. It also gives the quiz team the ability to mentor new players before they become members of our general community. Quiz team members would be given slight administrative power in this area where they're able to kick/ban any rule breakers within the facility to stop it from becoming a PUBG lobby of sort. New players would have to give a realistic backstory, complete several commands ( /license ID, /stats, /o, /b, /me, etc. ), interact with other new players and also be evaluated on their overall gameplay before being allowed into Los Santos. Quiz takers are already connected to the server during their test, why not give them that little interactive experience to prove they can survive and be productive members of our community, instead of taking months to approve them when they've either found a new server or lost interest entirely.
  13. +1 Loved when we had turf
  14. What's stopping someone from just transferring their assets prior to CK under this suggestion?
  15. Clubs and businesses currently need to lock the door after each person pays the door fee. I believe an auto lock toggle needs to be implemented not only on doortype 2 but also 0 and 1.
  16. +1. Stops a low of business RP when they're not in town which is 70% of the time.
  17. No it won't bind the /accessdoor scripts to the door script unless its not touching any nearby objects.
  18. Happy 2 Year anniversary!

      Eyyy thanks I didn't even know 🙂 ❤️

  19. There's a few doors like the glass door and 1 prison cell door that is not able to be opened but ALL doors are able to have codes added and there is no limit to the amount of codes. At the casino we have over 20 doors with codes and permissions. The door must be placed without any object touching it. Once the code is set and door is locked, you'll be able to add the door/wall around the door and functionality will normal.
  20. The doors need to be placed first for the locking script to work properly. Make sure you do this prior to adding the door/wall around the object.
  21. This is by design. They did this so only the owner can clean shop and remove furniture.
  22. Create a google document with objects you wish to add, their name and suggested price.
  23. +1 but Im not a fan of the location either.
