Could you define what you mean by it working on your 2nd account? Would that be a ECRP account? Besides that, do you use any macro programs? You could also try reinstalling GTA V / resetting GTA V settings or you could try it on another PC or a different keyboard.

Hey there! After the latest Rage update a few things got broken, the character creator and by extension viewing characters before selection being one of them. The development team is aware of these issues and is currently working on resolving them. In the mean time I suggest you remain patient or try your luck going in blind. Topic will be locked and archived as there is no solution to this besides waiting.

Hey there. The previous post was locked and archived on my behalf as I wasn't aware of any other solutions, however after a bit of digging I might have a solution for you. Do you have your google authenticator backup key/QR code saved anywhere? If you have, then you could use that to regain access. https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/1187538?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en - This might prove useful. If you are unable to recover your google authenticator account however, I suggest you get in contact with the devs again to remove 2FA and I'd like to ask you to remain patient as they are quite busy at the moment resolving issues related to the new Rage MP update. Let me know if/when you've solved your issue!
