Set your game path to the install directory manually, it's under "Settings" in the launcher. Locked and Archived

Applications take upwards of 72 hours to receive an answer as they have to be handled by staff members, mostly support, who are doing this voluntarily. Locked and Archived

Mechanics (BayView, LSC) deal with impounding, but only PD may release the vehicles. Feel free to apply to any of the 3 factions if their applications are open. Locked and Archived

Credit cehicles are tied to your character and can’t be transferred between characters. Locked and Archived

Try reinstalling rage and verifying GTA V files.

It can take up to 24-72 hours.

Move the game to an SSD if possible to eliminate the HDD maybe bottlenecking.
