you can indeed remove a permanent key using /removekey. Temporary keys last untill the person that recieved those logged out. Keep in mind though that after last big update vehicles will despawn if the actual owner isn't online for 2 hours. This is because of the amount of players/vehicles on the server right now. And also maybe good to know is that permanent keys always stay. Even if you transfer a vehicle or sell it on the high/low-end market, people that you gave a permanent key to will still have that key when there is a new owner.

I know that one. Stefanie Huth was the previous owner. The reason why it got sold for that is because she owned it for multiple years and she sold it to a friend. 3 million really is a good friends price. However, this fuel station is located near a complete mechanic shop, general store build in and a dealership. The general store build in sold for 21 million. Now I am not saying the fuel station should be valued as much as that store, but just to give an indication PS. it will simply not be worth selling it for that seeing the profits it makes right now after Paleto changed so much.

so... what exactly is this? I am familiair with the term "cash flipping", but in a bad way. This is a known and easy scam method, but... its kinda fishy you do not leave any more info than just your number and your cash flips. If this is 100% legit, could you provide us info on how you gonna flip this, how long it would take roughly, etc? This would probably help to gain trust. Especially mentioning a name would be... quite normal for something "100% legit" like this - Audrey

you are right. However, during the time I created this list the UI for the F6 menu got updated, showing images of the vehicles + stats, which it didn't before. This list is pretty much useless now due to that so I didn't even bother anymore to update it. Thanks for the heads up though.

driving for a second or 2 and then toggeling it will fix it 100% for me atleast. Just make sure to toggle, even if you enabled it before exiting the car. Just turn it off and on again then. 0 issues I had with this.

I think the biggest issue is being limited to stuff script wise. Everyone opens a bar or club as everything you need for that is supported by the server. The drinks, interior and being able to play music through voip. Because so many people open clubs or bars, you have to do something unique. Doing a raffle isn't really unique, but can work sometimes. Next to putting effort in the business before and while opening is important, but holding on to it, putting effort and time in it after is also important. I feel like many people kinda just stop after a while, letting it die. Casino for example is different. Casino has permission to do certain things IC wise and got a NCZ during it s opening (Although security is hired RP-wise to justify the NCZ more). The Casino puts in effort in advertising every single day and has standard opening days/times. This helps a lot, next to being unique. Probably the biggest reason why the hotel concept started but never got through is lack of support. You need to invest a lot in furniture while there isn't a system that you can use that can get you money. You will just have a building with seperate rooms in it, but unlike people in IRL, you don't really need a room/bed in ECRP. For this reason probably, it would be an horrible investment. I've thought about businesses myself in the past, but it's very hard to think of something unique that could be successfull while being able to make use of ECRP's functions. Mainly because vertain things people like/need IRL isn't mandatory in ECRP. The only thing I can think of is a restaurant, but then again, it's very important to keep putting effort in it at any time. For this reason, I never went ahead, buying a property, trying to start some business RP.

+1, people can appeal if they can prove it wasn't a combat log or if they understood it's a no go. Especially now with a discord channel being added for code 0's I feel like this suggestion makes sense.
