I think an apartment building with 2 inventory slots and 1 garage space. Scripted to just let you rent it and automatically goes into the government funds for police/ems (and others) etc.

Or perhaps you could realise that all the staff who do a fantastic job, are here voluntarily, might not just have your application... There has been an influx of so many applications so a little patience would be appreciated.

I think all we can do is keep an eye out, report any rule breaks and weed out the non-rp or trolls. Some of these people will not have RP'd before, therefore education is also important.
