  1. I don't think it's just about things you can get banned for. There are official rules being enforced that aren't in the official rule guide - scamming in NCZ or the updated KOS rules for example. If you aren't awafe of these rules then that proves the point. They only exist in forum posts, not in the official published rule guide. When you consider how many new players are coming in its not right that the official rules aren't being kept updated in line with what's actually being enforced.
  2. Agree 100% that the rules need updating. There are rules being enforced that aren't in the rule guide at all (such as scamming being allowed in an NCZ)
  3. Same problem with primo custom. I had a report in for it which was deleted for absolutely no reason and without any warning, seems the devs aren't the slightest bit interested in fixing this stuff.
  4. +1 Definitely possible as speakers were actually tested out over christmas, there was one outside the bank for a while playing Christmas music.
  5. +1 but I think "commit a crime get a bounty" is a bit much, maybe have the PD maintain a "most wanted" list of players with outstanding felony warrants, so if a player evades arrest over a serious charge for a certain amount of time (say a month) they get added on to it
  6. Not sure where you're getting that idea from as there are no "normal" (as in non-rocket boosted) cars that can go that fast. The fastest supercars top out at 210 and the only way any car can go faster is through brake boosting and curb boosting.
  7. ITT: insecure dudes who think RPing with a man pretending to be a woman might make them gay
  8. You also said "if you were to hear a mans voice you would know its a transgender or smth like that and back off same way you'd do in real life"...... so you're saying that people should only RP as a different gender to what they are IRL, if they can 100% be convincing or use a voice changer that is 100% convincing? That's fucking ridiculous lmao, your logic doesn't really hold up here
  9. Big massive no VDM, DM etc. would become easy to get away with, just target people facing the other way then they won't have any usable footage to report
  10. Sorry I'm drunk, it's actually good idea if I'm honest but yeah, priorities should be re-assessed if this is what's top of the dev list.

    Snow

I think it's a nice little novelty to have for a week over christmas & new year, not for the entire season. If we could get snowballs it would be more fun, but right now it just makes everything look ugly like the guy above me mentioned & doesn't add any value at all. I can't wait to be able to drive cars normally again tbh.
  12. +1 Would be nice to be able to remove clothes without visiting a clothes shop, and to keep the clothes when you remove them (right now they just disappear forever)
  13. @Flucifial do you have a link to that bug report you mentioned?
  14. Interesting & really weird that your slower PC doesn't have the issues. Cant just be limited to the CPU power then I guess! Is there anything else different between your 2 systems thats noteable? Different versions of Windows or anything like that?
  15. I am fairly certain it's to do with the cef process that handles voip but beyond that I have no idea Voip was down for everyone the other night and I had no freezing for the duration of that period
  16. Still have this issue It looks like my CPU use spikes like @uriel250 mentioned but I don't know how to fix it. My fps is high even on high settings, but I still get the freezing when I have potato settings & super high fps so I have no idea what I can do
  17. You might be onto something here. I have an i5 4690, Gtx 970. I use low graphics settings and I typically get around 100 FPS, but I don't think I've ever monitored the CPU usage when using VoIP. When Im at home I'll see what the CPU usage is like when VoIP works.
  18. I have tried other mics, and the problem is still there with no mic plugged in at all, so i dont think it's just a microphone problem. The issue when VoIP doesn't work is that I can't hear people, shouldn't need a mic plugged in to hear people.
  19. Date and time (provide timezone): N/A Character name: Jonny Chang Issue/bug you are reporting: VOIP not working, and/or game freezing when VOIP does work Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: For months I had an issue where I could not hear anyone in game at all, I spoke with Osvaldon about this & then eventually got it working by uninstalling & reinstalling my microphone from device manager and by making sure I start the game with a mic plugged in (or headphones plugged into the mic socket) - I can now hear people over VOIP without fail as long as I do this. Since getting this working though, I now get game freezes frequently, every 5-30 seconds my screen will freeze for a few seconds, both the chat overlay & GTA itself. When I unplug my mic and restart, killing VOIP in the process so I can't hear anyone, the freezing stops completely so it seems like they're directly related. At least 1 other person has had this problem, can't find the post or who it was but someone on the discord helpdesk said they have the exact same issue with their USB headset. I've been trying for so long to get back into ECRP but finding it hard with these problems. Anyone else had this or know of a fix? Surely not everyone with working VOIP also has freezing?
  20. Turismo & Infernus classic were sold in supercar category so they're gone, Cheetah was put in sports classics for some reason (even though it's faster than the Infernus and in GTA terms they're all sport classics)
  21. These were available but removed as theyre considered supercars. A few people have them still, myself included
  22. +1 Good idea and why stop at gun shops? Salaried jobs that people can apply for at other businesses would be awesome, gas station attendants, car salesmen etc.
