+1 anything that makes it a little more challenging for everything to be robbed from a vehicle. Lockpicking a trunk and getting items makes sense cause there's only one barrier to get to a trunk OOCly. But interior storages can be locked separately from the door locks.

I think this would be a great idea. Especially the recycling center! If possible I think it would be a great way to provided immersion and RP instead of just leaving bottles on the ground.

I'm not sure how feasible it is, but I would love to see either more variety/customization with interiors or an updated one for 3G's as well!

I really like this idea. I think it gives players an opportunity for RP ops or characters ops like having a character that just rummages through dumpsters instead of working, or people can work together and try and scrape together some money for funds. They can go around together and search the dumpsters. I think it's a great passive way for players to make some extra chance. Also helps make players use the space more. They will go around the city and then go to the pawn shop. Just driving around or meeting at dumpsters could create RP ops.
