As per Requim's notes about housing and IC methods, some of this has been resolved. Also, houses and business properties have started to be auctioned as well as the implementation of houses being sold after inactivity times from the player. I will be archiving this suggestion for the time being.

Housing and business property requests can be done via the gov site as well as IC methods. Some characters have gone IC to develop solutions for housing/homeless RP. For now I will be archiving this suggestion.

If this is possible, I would LOVE this. Both my characters, would be bringing their spouses' cars in for repairs as surprise gifts for them all the time!

Unfortunately vehicle capacity is nearly non existant for devs to change. If that is different in the future I am sure devs will look into it as it has been brought up many times.

Magazines and such can already be done via IC means.

"cooking" mechanics for civilian purposes I think would be a cool idea. not sure how feasible it would be for which purposes. But would love to see what would be possible!
