Happened to me today and was pretty amazed by it.
Can't drive an ATV on the road (has no mirrors, not legal)
Yet my engine was smoking and in obvious need of repairs.
/mechanic is not an option during the hours I can play unless you got an hour to wait on top of that.
Got pulled over and fined for driving an off-road vehicle in PALETO, to get repairs in PALETO.
Suggestion:
Allow off-road vehicles on the road whereas the specific reason is that they need repairs / fuel.
otherwise it's kind of useless to even have them available.
Not saying they should be on highways etc.
edit*: or give us an option to repair in the bush bush since mechanic-stops can only be found in cities, by driving on roads.
