As someone who plays multiple characters but admittedly probably most often you will find me on law enforcement, I really believe the number of active labs should be higher and the delay between a lab shutting down and one reopening should be shorter. Gives crims more to do but also gives LEO more to do as there will always be SOMETHING happening. Feel like its a win win for everyone.

Yes but again, im not even saying people would be malicious but a BLS bag forgotten in the middle of the road is just a nuke on any car that hits it. Also the way the blockade command works im not sure how it would work for civilians.

also the blockade is indestructible and not sure it would be a good idea to just have everyone be able to lay landmines all over the road

Just make the drugs bought from the NPC not sellable to the other npc and i think this could be interesting. Have the locations be randomized. And when PD or SD "arrest" the dealer another one could pop up sometime later.

For cruise control would be to simplify it. Just have hitting L set your cruise to whatever speed your going when you hit it.
