We appreciate your taking the time to provide these suggestions. As some have already been implemented and others involve much larger discussions, I will be archiving this. If there is anything from your suggestion that you would still like to be looked at, feel free to post another suggestion on the forums. Yeah I agree. My thought would be that it would be after quite a long distance travelled, and then the warning light would come on really far in advance so that there was plenty of time to do something about it rather than divert all your attention to the fact you've got to get it sorted asap.

Now, I expect this suggestion to get a mixed response but I personally think it could add a nice addition to roleplay. After tyres has been changed on a vehicle, track the amount of distance travelled until a warning light comes up stating that the tyres are wearing thin and are due for a change. This warning could come up far in advance to provide plenty of time to deal with the issue. Then, implement the ability for mechanics and other authorised dealers to order in tyres via the trucking system and when they are delivered, notify the customer and fit these tyres for them. These tyres could also be sold as spare tyres. (Could allow for independent autoshops that are currently not scriptly supported to have some purpose) This idea definitely needs refining but it would allow autoshops to provide a service different to a simple repair, paint job or modification support.
