here is an example of what i mean. the car jack refuses to work because the car "isnt in the correct position" even though it doesnt matter where the car is relative to the jack, it just doesnt work. to clarify, when the car was turned the other way round, it did work (didnt manage to get it in the clip) but not when facing the way shown in the clip. this is happening almost every time i try to use the jack. it doesnt matter how flat the land is (tried in a relatively quiet parking lot before and still didnt work), it just refuses to work. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1XClSz4iEhDW7gXidg0VkOSZqmwQf9Ofm/view?usp=sharing (drive link because file is too big)

I think something a lot of people can probably relate to is the fact that in the clothes shops - and other stores that have a similar menu such as the furniture store (especially in sections where there are a lot of items) - it can be quite difficult to find specific items as there is just too much in one section which results in skipping over items that you are looking for and having to search over the general section of the selection bar that you think an item may be in until you eventually find it. Some people may suggest just using arrow keys to cycle through the items, but not all keyboards have arrow keys and so this isnt a very viable solution to everyone. i suggest that the ui could be segmented a bit more so that there arent so many options all in one spot. e.g. still having a section for "top", but breaking it down into more subsections such as jackets, jumpers, t shirts, hoodies, etc. (these could all be in dropdowns to stop the ui becoming cluttered maybe?? just an idea). I think this would stop the issue of just having a massive list of items that you have to try and search through to get to what you want. Additionally, i think items in the store should be assigned a name and be able to be searched for. it could just use the item name that is used in the inventory after purchase. i think it would save a lot of time for people trying to find specific items or build specific outfits (such as gangs who have a specific uniform, maybe?) edit: i also think gloves should be moved from the convenience stores to the clothes shops as its a wearable item that should belong with other clothes. just my opinion though, others may disagree

was about to make a similar suggestion myself. glad to see others have the same sort of ideas and see how it would be good for RP. +1

i think someone may have mentioned earlier on in the thread but what if plantations could be created in spots such as forests or just in the middle of nowhere on the map. this means gangs are still out and about and even solo criminals can be too. they can still set up smart places to hide the plants but they are still in more of a spot where its possible to be found
-
yeah i think its quite unrealistic that the only spots to go to are ones that every other criminal involved in the drug trade know about. this would never happen in real life. these suggestions are quite good and i think aslong as indoor plantations are made to be more high maintenance than public ones, there shouldnt be much of an issue with them
-
i agree i think plantations like that would work then theres still risk but you dont have the bigger gangs basically dominating the drug trade with no way for smaller gangs to ever realistically use it without constantly being robbed. additionally, some people irl are likely to start small plantations in their attic or somewhere more private and dark so i think planter boxes in apartments still make sense

ive saw this idea circulating a bit but the it mostly seems to have been forgotten about. I think it would be a good idea if people could have their own private plantations by buying something like a planter box that allows some marijuana seeds to be planted. It could have some debuffs instead of using public spots just like how private tables need water put on them + use of protective gear and drugs take longer to produce etc. i think it makes most sense to have them be imported the same way tables are as theyll only be used by criminals and gangs
