MDC and /time date formations

Ok, So basically /time date,  and MDC's date formations are not the same.

For Example, if you use /time and it appears 6/7/2021, It would appear 7/6/2021 on MDC (month and day places would be changed.) And It could cause some misunderstandings for IC actions.

I thought that would be a good idea to sync the formations.

It’s the same at the impound, using the mmm/dd/yyyy config instead of dd/mm/yyyy

Then I think changing /time formation would be a great idea

mm/dd/yyyy is the only acceptable format.

I agree with @Aieos, DD/MM/YYYY should be the only acceptable format.

@DjBrichetasorry for tag, but the thing is we have MM/DD/YYYY In /time and DD/MM/YYYY In MDC/Impound dates and...

So I thought It could be a better Idea to Put them both in only 1 formation.

I agree that we should use one date format throughout the server. However I will play the other side. 

We are rping a state within the US, and in the US we use MM/DD/YYYYY. Since we aim for realism on the server, I believe we should use MM/DD/YYYY.

To avoid confusion from all the correct people who play ECRP, if we were to go to MM/DD/YYYY I think it would be better if we used month names, e.g JUL/07/2021

Of course I am all for a single date format everywhere.

On the topic of what format to choose it seems to be rather opinionated and I understand. Why don’t we all take a compromise and use an actual international standard for representation of date and time (ISO 8601)? Then the format would be YYYY-MM-DD.
