Leon was born in Los Angeles. As a kid, Leon didn’t have any other choice but to get involved with crimes in Los Angeles since money was a big problem in the family and school wasn't a place for Leon so he chose the hard way of life, the criminal life. 

Leon used to run around in the streets of Los Angeles and rob stores and people to be able to survive. Leon saw how easy it was making money in the streets, on good days Leon could be making thousands of money as just a kid. This made him go even further into the criminal life and at the age of 15, Leon joined MS-13 in Los Angeles. 

Life in MS-13 was tough, the higher-ups made Leon do stuff every day, stuff he wasn't ready and capable of doing. It went from delivering drugs to different junkies to going on missions to end different people's life. All these things just for stashes of money, but was it worth it? These were questions Leon asked himself every day even though he didn't have a choice, leaving a gang like this wasn't an option, this was the new lifestyle and it couldn't be reversed. 

Leon was in MS-13 for 4 years. In these years Leon built up a name for himself: LJ. This was Leon’s new name that the older members of the gang called him. LJ was a runner in the gang and had no choice but to listen to higher-ups even if it could mean risking his own life. This was the lifestyle LJ had chosen when he decided to join, and he had no idea of how he’s gonna be able to leave without getting killed. But the luck was with LJ. On a meeting day at MS-13’s warehouse, cops rushed in and raided the whole warehouse. 50+ tables, 100+ pistol .50s, 25+ different heavy guns...all gone. Not only that but all High Commands (except one) were put behind bars with only a few of the lower ranks who managed to escape. Two of the ones who managed to escape were Vikstav and Angelo. We all immediately knew that we can’t stay here anymore, we had to move somewhere else and hide. And that's what they did. LJ, Vikstav, and Angelo bought a single ticket over to Los Santos. Angelo’s ambitions with the flight over to Los Santos was to build up a new, better, and more friendly MS-13 but LJ was done with that. LJ didn't believe that it would be possible to have a “friendly” MS-13 after everything that happened in Los Angeles, so the idea got left behind…

In Los Santos LJ decided to still be a criminal, but not part of a gang. He continued robbing people, hit labs to cook drugs, rob stores but something was lacking: money. In the old MS-13, LJ made five times more money than he did as a criminal in Los Santos. This was a problem because LJ needed stuff he couldn't afford, for example, straps to rob people with. So LJ hit up Vikstav and Vikstav had the same problem as LJ. So they decided to roll together and try different drug setups and different things to make money but it never worked well for them. So they made a gang: The Bloodz. But they couldn't keep up with all the work that had to be done for the gang to keep on going so they went to Angelo. They all three discussed what they will do, how they will do, and came up with the idea that Angelo had a long time ago. The return MS-13 but a better version of it. And from there everything has been going well for LJ. 

He’s been setting up a drug setup together with one of the members making loads of money to buy weapons, ingredients, and different stuff. They have been making alliances with different gangs and continue to do so. LJ together with MS-13 still has loads of goals for the future and LJ’s story just started here in Los Santos. He has a long way to go.

Not long after my humble beginning's , I became trusted and known in the gang and reached the SENIOR rank. Here is when I went from , moving drugs and COOKING drugs. It did take a little bit of time but, hey I made it. There was UPs but also DOWNS, there was PEACE, but there was CONFLITCS.

With more freedom, came more RESPONSIBILITY. This meant that I had to step up and do more and expect less. I slowly started getting involved with higher ups in other gangs and got to know a little about the DEEPER things in gangs. Got my own place and started dealing with more and more MONEY.

Soon enough was I BUSTING banks.  My first bank ever was the FLECCA bank on Route 68. I was nervous at first but nothing to stop me from doing MORE. First BANK I ever scored, I got about $20,000 by myself. The other BOYS probably grabbed around $50,000 all together maybe more. It was a joined operation with the GLOBINS and 67.

After a lot of grinding later , I got the ultimate bond and respect from the gang. OVERLORD, UNDERLORD and HC , ANGELO CAPONE, VIKSTAV ZARKOVIC, and LJ. All agreed that I should be the commander for the gang so they PROMOTED me to COMMANDER of MS 13. I was excited to keep growing the gang but that only means MORE "DEMON SHIT" HAHAHA

Phase 1

On a sunny Monday afternoon, the day had come… The EVENT! This was going to be one of MS-13’s biggest meetups, yet alone the fact that it was their first Event! The initial preparations for the Event took place the night before where Angelo Capone called upon all the members of MS-13 to come to the HQ and discuss the event and the roles that would be given out to each member. The event would go as follows, Angelo Capone would send invites out to all his friendly gangs that he was cool with, this included Goblins, 67, Kudo Kai, Lost MC and other small gangs that wanted to participate. It would be then discussed that the prize pool would be 50k with a 1k racing entry fee. Yes… The main event was a BF400 backstreet race around Grapeseed. We thought this could bring back some much needed life to Grapeseed as well as to show off our ideas and future plans of the broken down arcade in Grapeseed. 

Preparation day was over and Monday had hit, the time for the event was nearing! Angelo and Vikstav began stressing about the event due to the amount of interest there was about an MS-13 event in Grapeseed! Invitation were all given out and now that was left to do was wait for the event time… 30 minutes left before the event and Angelo has gathered most of MS-13 to turn up to the event and prepare the BF400s and the DJ stand ready for a hopefully good night in Grapeseed.

The event had started and Angelo was astonished by the turn out by all of the gangs that were invited. It really showed Angelo that MS-13 was here to stay and his fellow friends were here to support him along the way. The event was split into 3 races and then a final for the 50K cash prize. There was much interest in this race as the brackets were full to the brim of racers! The brackets looked as follows:

The first race the winner was Gorg Borg, however there had been many rumours going about that his BF400 had vehicle modifications, due to this being an illegal race Angelo and VikStav took a blind eye at the obvious cheating going on around the main event. The second race was a close one, however, Benjamin Spliff came out on top and progressed to the next round!

As the second round was finishing there were Cops pulling up to Grapeseed, however, they had no chance; we all surrounded them in a peaceful protest to prevent them from shutting down the event. This did not stop them soon after more and more Cop cars started to appear, this did not faze Angelo as he knew the 40+ people who turned up were in support of this event and wouldn’t stand for this! 

This all changed,,, as the night darkened at the clouds started to cover the street a Grapeseed. Angelo knew something was about to happen but he wasn't sure quite what it was! ‘Thud... Thud’ Yes the SWAT has arrived… The police megaphone shouted ‘Disperse the crowd now or you will be arrested’, there was an uproar that LSPD were disperse the crowd that wasn't causing a commotion or issues within Grapeseed. This disheartened Angelo greatly… After all this hard work and MS-13s Event would just be closed down right as we were getting to the finals. Nevertheless, the event was a great success as it brought the most ever people to Grapeseed and brought life to a dead farming town. The backstreets were full of illegal on goings while the event was running. Even Angelo was planning illegal meetings and other on goings as a way to get these discussions out of the way while everyone was distracted. As the night ended so did the party.... Even Though LSPD ended the event there was still a massive buzz and smile from all of MS-13’s members as we had completed our mission as well as keeping in contact with all the contestants that didn't race and were willing to finish the race off privately to make sure the cash prize was given out!

2021, April 25th Lena Kwananza got up from bed with an idea to tag some places. Lena got herself ready, she took her radio from the house and got spray cans from a shed. She put the spray cans in the black garbage bag and put them inside her vehicle. Lena wandered around the neighborhood looking for places to graffiti. She arrived in Paleto there she spotted an exact location that she wanted to tag. This place was in Paleto, medical center.

[VikStav]

VikStav Zarkovic was originally from former Yugoslavia. When he was just a child he used to fight for his country. His parents were both shots in front of his eyes. VikStav quickly ran up to his father and VikStavs father said: “Don’t let me down my son.”, then he handed VikStav his pistol. VikStav used to practice shooting at their home but he had never shot at other humans before. He quickly reloaded the gun and pulled the trigger. The man who killed his parents was now lying dead on the ground. 

 

This was the beginning of VikStav’s criminal life….

 

VikStav got adopted and moved to Los Angeles. He was very affected by what happened in his childhood. So he started his own small group in the Los Angeles streets. They called themself “The Bloodz”. He started “The Bloodz” together with a man called “Ceasar”. VikStav and Ceasar learned how the street worked together and saw their gang growing. They were riding around in red lowriders and listened to music. VikStav then met Angelo while VikStav was in “The Bloodz”. They became good friends and started planning to build their own gang because Ceasar wasn’t in the city that much and VikStav needed to do all the work himself which he didn’t like. 

It ended with VikStav leaving “The Bloodz” and joining MS-13 who was a brutal murder gang. They made him do stuff he had never done before. VikStav was rolling around with MS-13 a while before every high command in MS-13 got arrested. Everything was now fucked up.

 

VikStav decided together with Angelo and LJ ( who were two other guys in MS-13) to fly to Los Santos and start a new MS-13 but be a bit smarter with the alliance with other gangs. VikStav and Angelo thought it would be great to do this because we had almost the same idea and we almost never argued. 

When they arrived in Los Santos they Immiadly started to plan how to start the gang. To start the gang was the hardest part but over time the gang started to grow bigger and bigger. The gang was now well known in the city and VikStav and Angelo was happy that we had made so much stuff in that short amount of time. VikStav then chooses to get down a rank to “UnderLord” just because he felt like it would be a bit better to have just one leader. 

 

As time went past VikStav made up some money to buy a contender which would be useful for the gang since it’s a fast truck with 4 doors and it has a big trunk. He also spent some money to buy a new and bigger apartment for him. 

VikStav also started to set up a drug Lab inside his new apartment and that would make him loads of money. The future for VikStav Zarkovic looks bright and he still works on making MS-13 the biggest gang in the city…

Phase 1

The increasing demand for weapons, due to the rapid growth of MS-13 had forced Angelo into the mass orders of weaponry, this included many .50s to shotguns, SMGs, and AKs. Angelo knew exactly who would be the right be for the job! Known as Big Jawn the head of arms for Lost MC was the right man for the job, so Angelo approached him as there was a discussion of prices and the amount that was wanted to be ordered. After the meeting, it was settled that MS-13 would mainly go through Lost MC for weapons, and also a respectable price was negotiated.

The first-ever order made by MS-13 was quite a large one so when Angelo approached Big Jawn a time was set to pick up the large order. This prompted Angelo to gather up a team of 6 MS-13s members ready to support him in the collection of all the weaponry. Tuesday had hit and Big Jawn messaged Angelo to meet at the bank to hand over the large sum of cash. This was done as discreetly as possible to avoid suspicions from the general public. Once the transaction was done Big Jawn told Angelo a location to meet later that night.

Tuesday night had hit and it was time to collect the order, this would need to go perfect for there to be no issues. Angelo and his crew reach the organised location and were greeted with Big Jawn and a few other Lost MC members. Angelo knew that the time had come to do the transfer and attempt to get back these large containers safely!

The drive back could have gone much better... As when leaving the location a flurry of cop cars came chasing down the highway. Was this us being busted... Keeping our head down and to the speed limit kept the cop's suspicions away and helped us to finally reach the safe house where we secured all of the weapons. Angelo then spent the rest of the night delivering all of the firearms to each member in the safest way possible.

Due to the success of the first order, Big Jawn and Angelo set up a deal where this would occur a few times a week and hopefully will all run smoothly like the first time. Months later the friendship between MS-13 and Lost MC has never been greater, and MS-13 has also explored options with other gangs, however, have been specifically ordering certain shipments with certain gangs.

Phase 1

On a sunny day in May Angelo and MS-13 were ready to take on the next step of making money for the gang. This was a job that required careful planning and consideration a this could end up in a long prison sentence for a lot of MS-13. Even though most members had already robbed banks before Angelo knew this would still be a challenge due to the nature of how banks are and how easily people can make mistakes. The time eventually came and Angelo started giving out roles to certain members... The destination was route 68! A bank Angelo knew inside out and he knew MS-13 could pull this off if we all just worked as a team and cooperated.

After the roles were given out Angelo decided to send the scout out first and prepare in position, this was an extremely important role, and only trusted MS-13 members could pull this off. After the coast was clear Angelo instructed everyone to a place near the bank to use as a gateway route, this is where they parked all their bikes ready to evade any cops that would potentially see them.

Once the coast was clear again Angelo began the operation and everyone began running into the bank with guns pointed at anyone that was in there Angelo began the process of knocking out the cashiers and drilling the final volt door! As soon as the large metal door swung open MS-13 rolled in ready to grab as much cash as possible, strangely after a few minutes, there were still no calls for cops. This gave Angelo and the crew time to completely clean the whole bank out of its money! Once the call for cops had been said over the radio it was instructed by the inner circle to get out of the bank as soon as possible and get away. A few hours of laying low happened after this operation... this gave us time to stay under the radar and prepare to be all of the money and distribute it out to the gang!

That evening Angelo collected all the money and spent the whole night laundering the money to anyone that would take it, this includes many areas in the city and Paleto! After all the money was washed Angelo paided the scouts some cash and distributed all the money out to all of the members. This boosted the gang's morale and made MS-13 more ambitious to take on such big operations in the future!

Phase 1

A few months had gone by and Angelo and VikStav have kept closed doors for high command positions, however as the gang was growing and numbers started increasing the upkeep of the gang became harder for just the two of them. Even though there had been one high command from the start who was LJ, Angelo still believed he would need 2 more members to complete the inner circle! Angelo and Vikstav took months to decide the correct people for the job. They were mainly looking for a head arms dealer who would take control of all weapons and shipments dealing between other gangs and MS-13. They also were looking for a Head Commander who could lead large operations and would have a level head when dealing with potential fights.

The Head Arms dealer was appointed to Vincent Maxwell, this was based on the logical and quick thinking approach Vincent brought to the gang. Angelo and Vikstav felt that he would bring a lot to the inner circle and take the pressures of Angelo when it comes to shipments for the whole gang. Even though Vincent's quick rise up the ranks may bring doubts to some members but the high command believed this was overruled by the effort and loyalty Vincent has put into the gang. 

The head commander is a very important role in the gang as it is an enforcer role that leads all operations. Angelo and Vikstav had to make sure they choose the right person for this role as people would need to respect and perhaps fear him. It was decided that Toon Kamal would become the new Head Commander of MS-13 and he would lead most operations depending on if Angelo was taking it or not. Toon Kamal was a trusted member of MS-13 and when the promotion came to the inner circle there was no surprise in MS-13 that he had ranked up this much.

The inner is now ready and prepared for what's next to come, and hopefully, the decisions made by Angelo, Vikstav, and LJ are the right ones and will lead MS-13 into the future. As of now Angelo would not need to deal with a lot of the gang's issues but split it between the inner circle so there would be roles that could focus on certain tasks and make sure they are done properly.

Phase 1

MS-13 is now a well-respected street gang and most criminals know them. Rumours started spreading round of a potential wedding that could take place on Friday. This would be between Lena and Vincent, both well-respected members of MS-13. Lena's idea for the wedding was to keep it as traditional as possible and also inviting some very old friends that were legal citizens. Angelo made the wise decision to wear smart clothes and try to hide so any suspicious cops driving past would not suspect anything.

Angelo invited the groom to a clothing store as well as the other members ready to sort out the clothing for the wedding. It was then decided pink blazers would be worn from all MS-13 members with exceptions from the priest Vikstav who was going to lead the ceremony. Even though the blazers were expensive Angelo treated the gang to it. MS-13 wasn't used to high-quality clothes and wanted to get back into the MS-13 clothing, but knew Vinny wanted to make sure the wedding would go to plan so we took the hit and wore suits to the wedding. After all the clothing was sorted for the wedding Vinny invited everyone to the stag do what was very normal to MS-13 (Running labs and cooking drugs). Just because MS-13 had to adapt for this very legal wedding Angelo knew it was the only way unless we would want other gangs or the law enforcement to come and wreck this special moment.

The next day would be the wedding day...

After meeting in Grapeseed, Vincent and Lena spent the next year learning about each other and hanging out most of the time, from fishing on the shore at their secret place to lifting vehicles to chop. Lena made a joke about proposing to Vincent and this sparked something in his head that perhaps it was an opportunity to think about the future between himself and Lena. It took several weeks to prepare, but Vincent had a romantic plan in place to surprise Lena with a romantic tour around Los Santos, at night, then they ended up beneath the Vinewood sign underneath the stars and the astonishing landscape of Los Santos. Everything had been operating smoothly, he jumped out of his transportation and walked onto the field in front of the Vinewood sign and feigned tripping to get Lena’s attention, and it worked as she came rushing to assist him. She commenced treating him to his feet when Vincent caught Lena off guard and removed a small black box from his pocket, displaying an extravagant diamond ring to Lena. He took her hand and glanced up at her and asked for her hand in marriage.

A couple of months has already passed, and the wedding day has come up. Lena was absentmindedly, kept tracing her engagement ring, and began thinking of her future. She was apprehensive and afraid, but she trusted Vincent with her life. She phoned Stela Carter, Audrey Martin, and other companions to tell the occasion. Lena got her bridesmaids sorted. After a couple of hours, Stela and her girlfriend pick up Lena from the pier and begin driving to the clothing store to get dresses. There she tries on several dresses, and she finds a gown that has, a fabulously flounced skirt, which created a beautiful dimension on the dual patterned, sequined net that will shimmer down the aisle. After getting her dress and footwear, the girls went to a hairdresser to get Lena her hair extensions. At the salon, ladies got comfortable, and even Stela's sweetheart Samantha dyed her hair and styled it. The time has come, we got ready and dressed up, and we rushed to the chapel.

There, every guest was already in place, waiting for a bride and bridesmaids to arrive. Lena was apprehensive and startled, but she was safe because there were people that she cherished and loved. At the ceremony, Vik wished me success and happiness with Vincent. After a while, the time has already come up for Lena to walk down the ail. She walked her first steps and glimpsed throughout the chapel, and every guest was smiling and sobbing because it was a wonderful moment. After the whole ceremony, Lena replied yes, and she finally became Lena Kwananza Maxwell.

The wedding ceremony ended. Lena and Vincent walked through the path of love to celebrate their occasion in Bahama Mamas in Los Santos. Everything was operating quite well people were dancing and singing.
 

 

Although, everything went the opposite when the Irish came and crashed the party. The bridesmaids and people who were not affiliated with MS-13 were completely frightened and afraid. Stela and Samantha mentioned to Lena that they were not feeling safe neither comfortable being in the club with the Irish around. Lena was really upset and irritated. After all, she thought of shooting someone because people ruined her's and Vincent's ocasion. All of the guests even including bridesmaids left Bahama Mamas and drove their own ways. Although, MS-13 members didn't care about Irish crashing the party. All of MS-13 affiliates drove back home, got their weapons, radio's and continued their party in Grapeseed, Blaine County.

After a year, Lena became less pissed off at Anastasia Economou and other individuals from the girl gang. One day Lena Kwananza and Vincent Maxwell went fishing at the pier located in Del Perro, Los Santos.  Lena and Vincent were fishing.  Nothing crazy happened, but after a while, Ana came up and began talking to Lena. She spoke about how she missed Lena, the old days when Lena and Ana were chopping vehicles, manufacturing drugs, and killing people. Lena began feeling regretful and whispered into Vincent's ear and spoke with him about the whole situation. Vincent said it might be a bad idea because Lena hadn't seen her for a long time, and she didn't know what she was doing. Lena mentions the whole situation to Angelo Capone, and at that time, we needed recruits, and we decided to provide an interview to Anastasia Economou. Lena, Vincent, and Angelo got ready for a drive to Grapeseed. There, Lena called Anastasia to come to Grapeseed our HQ. When Anastasia came, the interview began. Lena and Vincent started questioning Ana, and she responded to all of the questions accurately. After providing all of the results, we discussed them with Angelo about her and, Ana became one of the MS-13 rookies.



 

For several weeks everything was alright, with no complaints from fellow members, Ana was still a part of MS-13. One day Vincent and Lena were chopping cars in Stab city, Sandy Shores. There, one of the Lost MC high command members approached Vinny and Lena, then the conversation began. The man with a mask from Lost MC removed his mask to reveal his face, and it was - Big Jawn. We got information on Anastasia and her associates shooting and stealing from one of the Lost MC fellow affiliates. Apparently, from Big's Jawn knowledge, her associates looked similar to Russians. After that conversation, we drove to Angelo's apartment, and we explained everything that happened. He got upset and called one of the members of Lost MC to talk about the whole situation with Ana and her companions. After a talk, to the members, Angelo assigned us on a mission to track down Ana and get her side of the story. For several weeks Ana was hiding in clubs and bars, disguising herself to look like another person. We almost gave up, although Lena got an idea to check Ana's vehicles in her house for missing weapons and money that she owed Lost MC.
 

Lena and Vinny prepared their transportation and started driving towards the Mirror park - Ana's main household. We put on our masks and began lockpicking her vehicles. We didn't have a piece of good luck with pick locking every single vehicle. Ana got warnings on her telephone about her cars being touched, so she phoned the police to come to her residence due to people trying to picklock her vehicles. When the cops came, to the residence - of Ana. Vinny and Lena were too late to run away from the policemen. Lena tried her best to run away with bare feet to a safe place, but she didn't make it. The cops caught her and Vincent. She said to the policemen that Lena didn't do anything and that Vincent performed everything because he is a vicious and ruthless man, which kills people for pleasure. Lena and Vinny got sent to prison. Lena stayed up there for several days. In jail, she was being harassed by cops, and Lena was told by them, that she knows better than that. She was bitter and pissed off at everything. Lena's thoughts were not about how she will get out of prison, but the ways to murder and torture Ana for her carelessness and stupidity for betraying the family.

Phase 2

Phase 2 had already commenced and due to the number of changes MS-13 had to go through it was believed that Angelo should perhaps prove himself as a leader! Angelo wanted to assert his dominance as the leader of MS-13. A small fire pit on the lakes of Grapeseed was the perfect spot as Grapeseed was the gang's home. Angelo invited a few MS-13 members to the sandy lakeside near the edge of Grapeseed's main road and told them to sit by the campfire.

Even though, it seemed quite peaceful Angelo knew what would need to be done to show his resilience and dedication to the gang. Once the members caught onto what Angelo was planning, there was a slight pause, and unsure whether this was a wise choice. Nevertheless, they seemed to take Angelo's word and let him prepare for this bizarre event that had not cause such public attention for a long time! It had felt life was being brought to Grapeseed as crowds of MS-13 supporters crowded in Grapeseed ready to see this spectacle... 

Step by Step, Angelo carefully walked over the campfire but started feeling a tingle sensation around his feet. He ignored this at the start, but the heat started seeping through the soles of his feet and caused Angelo to dance around on his tiptoes. Many members laughed as Angelo isn't known for running such speeds. After the spectacle was done Angelo felt a sense of accomplishment and pride as he had brought the people of Grapeseed together and is hoping the future can be bright for both MS-13 and the people of Los Santos! 

After an Eventful night Angelo invited the rest of the MS-13 boys to the bridge in Grapeseed for a small party and fish, as they had been working extremely hard with the on goings of MS-13 and all the tasks that are needed to be done on a day to day basis.

Phase 2

The Mud Wrestling championships for the Grapeseed Belt were up for grabs for the first time! MS-13s main goal was to bring some more events to Grapeseed and attract the locals to the event. Lead by Vincent Maxwell the Championship consisted of most of the MS-13 members with a few outsiders who wanted to participate and watch. The first rounds would be in the muddy fields of Grapeseed where they would have to prove there self and make it to the Grand Final... Located in a large empty farming container.

The first few rounds were very dirty with Rock Miller pulling off a narrow win against James who had a valiant effort and was close to moving onto the next round. The next few rounds were tight, however, had clear winners and were raring to prove themselves to Angelo and the High Command for potential promotions and the Grapeseed Belt. After the first round, it attracted the attention of the police department who investigated the area and made sure this was running okay and everyone was happy with attending this event.

Rounds were finished and the final two wrestlers who had defeated everyone else had made it to the final and will fight in the main arena. Everyone crowded around the edge of the arena and Vincent and Rock lined up ready to fight. Angelo counted down the fight and watched over the fight to make sure no foul play would occur as this was a high-stakes event with a lot of bragging rights for the winner. The fight had started and it was looking very even until Vincent dodge a take-down move from Rock and counteracted it with a takedown. Rock struggled to move and Vincent had him in a hold that would win the fight for Vincent, Angelo presented the Grapeseed belt to Vincent and assert dominance from the High Command of MS-13.

After all the wrestling Angelo invited everyone back to the arcade/HQ to have a small party. Toon plugged in his phone to the car speakers and began the party as a celebration for Vincents win and success of MS-13 over the past few weeks. MS-13 were extremely happy with how the event went and was excited for the future of the gang and have many more plans to bring life to the streets of Grapeseed

Phase 2

It had been a long night in Grapeseed. Vincent Maxwell just finished closing up the Wonderama Arcade for the night. A strange man dressed in a all black started to approach him and smacked into him as he walked past, dropping a black bag on the ground. The man then faded into the darkness never to be seen again. Vincent had been curious and decided to investigate the bag that the stranger had left behind.

After a small investigation of the strangers bag. Vincent Maxwell found a Picture of Angelo Capone and a cellphone. This raised many concerns and he decided to get in contact with Angelo Capone to figure it out.



Vincent Maxwell grabbed his cellphone and called Angelo Capone telling him about the strange man and the black bag that had been left behind, this also raised concerns with Angelo Capone as a photo of him had been found along side the cellphone. Angelo Capone and Vincent Maxwell decided to arrange a meeting with Toon Kamal to further discuss it.



A day later Toon Kamal, Vincent Maxwell and Angelo Capone arrive at the meeting place to further discuss the contents inside the bag. Angelo Capone decided to switch on the cell phone and search through it for any information or clues on who might be looking for him. It didn’t take long for Angelo Capone to discover a contact saved in the cellphone “El Chapo” and Angelo Capone had been certain on the person that might be trying to contact him






A week passes by and "El Chapo" hasn't messaged Angelo Capone, so he decides to break the silence and sends him a message.

Phase 2

Monday night had hit and Angelo believed it was time for MS-13 to step it up and show the law enforcement the capabilities of his High Command. With the help of Toon and Vincent the plan to rob a bank was set in place, however, this wasn't going to be any bank like they had done before with more members this was going to be a hostage situation where they would have to negotiate with the LSPD to gain rights of free passage... Specially chosen by Angelo, Berry and Rock both joined in with the operation as they had experience in bank robberies, but just not in the depth Angelo had planned. 

Many of Angelos's friends had told him that the hostage situation never works and requires teamwork and skilled gangsters, this is why Angelo choose this team as well as finding a hostage offering him a small cut to be a hostage. Angelo briefly told the hostage what he would be doing and then sent the hostage away while he discussed the grand plan with the members doing the operation with him. The plan was to hold the hostage at gunpoint while Vincent would negotiate with the police detective and the actual leader Angelo would be taking all the money with Toon. This confused the police department, however, they still knew that they would come out of this with all the money saved and all the gangsters caught.

 

Vincent managed to discuss a right of passage for both cars, however, would have to risk imprisonment due to him having to stay behind. Angelo knew the LSPD would not respect the demands so once all the money was collected and the cars had free passage they thought they were free, but a loud helicopter noise came from above both cars... Angelo knew the LSPD would do this, so plan B was activated where Toon would let Angelo out in an area the cops wouldn't find him. This worked as all the cops kept chasing Toon, but Angelo was safe with all the money without a single cop noticing. The LSPD still believed that their money was in Berrys, Rocks, and Toons bags, however, Angelo had outsmarted them and made sure it was only secured to him and that he would get away with it all and the others would be eventually caught.

Vincent, Berry, Rock, and Toon were all caught and locked up with big fines, however with many days of laying low Angelo had all the money and had to somehow get back to the safe house without being spotted. This took many days of traveling, however by going through all the offroad tracks and alleyways he managed to secure all the money with only a small percentage being lost due to Toon being caught. This left the police department confused about where all the money went and very annoyed due to the massive loss of the main fleeca bank being successfully robbed.

Angelo was proud of his High command and other members who took part, as this was very well executed and nearly went exactly to plan. Weeks later Angelo managed to talk to all the local dealers and take sell throughout the whole city helping his allianced Gangs out a lot.

Phase 2

Another week had passed since the last event hosted by MS-13 and Angelo and his inner circle began planning the next one what would be contender racing around Grapeseed. This would be a relay race to show who the drivers are within MS-13, as Angelo wanted to test his members to see who he could rely on in a race.

It had hit Wednesday night and the message had gone around that the event would be tonight, this got many members excited and ready to compete! Angelo and the inner circle set a prize pool of over 40k for the winners to try and bring to competitive spirit to Grapeseed and the event. Many locals surrounded the area cheering on their favourite team. Round 1 was very simple... 4 people in 1 car, with each person having to complete 1  lap. Each team faced each other once and it was extremely tight with everyone ending up on the same points. This led to a sudden death where Angelo decided that they would just do 1 lap with their best drivers to see who would come out on top.

Once the semi-finals were decided and the 2 teams were ready the penultimate race was ready to start. The race had started off slow due to cops catching onto the event, however, this didn't stop them and the winners narrowly won and progressed into the finals. The final 4 were then split into 2 teams ready for the final race and the 2 winners to be crowned Contender Kings Of Grapeseed. The locals loved this race and many comments came back to the high command that we should do similar events again, and perhaps next time there will be drinks and music involved! 

The final race began... it was neck and neck until the final lap of Grapeseed where Hugo and Rock narrowly edged forward giving them just enough to win the prize! This was a huge win for both as this was their first-ever event win and also the payment and street cred in Grapeseed was a great bonus! The arcade had never seen this amount of people in a long time and Angelo was extremely happy with the event and how they are being organised. Next time the plans will slowly grow until these events start attracting wide public attention giving MS-13 a steady flow of profit. Until next time Angelo closed down the arcade and left it ready for the next event...

Phase 2

After many months of Property Hunting MS-13 had still been looking for that perfect property to host parties and have a safe place for members to come and chill out. As the middlemen of Los Santos MS-13 believed both Grapeseed and Sandyshores would be the best place to look for a property that would be large enough to fit us all in. Angelo had called up a few of his contacts trying to get in contact with the house owners of the larger houses in sandy shores. Saturday had hit and a large property in Sandyshores had become available and Angelo knew this would be the perfect location due to it being near the lake meaning once MS-13 purchase a boat to travel between Grapeseed and SandyShores.

After an agreement had been settled with the owner and Angelo had finally managed to get the keys to the place and start the preparation and modification of the property. The high command spent the rest of the day preparing the house for a massive gang party that night after a large meeting at the Arcade in Grapeseed. Not many members knew about the party house due to the secrecy of the inner circle so once it was revealed many members were happy to see progression within the gang and the advancement into sandy to secure the middle of Los Santos.

Once everyone had arrived Toon set up the DJ stand and began the party with everyone from MS-13 surrounding the grass patch at the side of the house. The party lasted all night with some locals from Sandy and even Grapeseed popping by to check out the new house and party. MS-13 are finally seeing their final goals insight and are ready to bring more life into Grapeseed and SandyShores.

Phase 2

After many months of working with his Underlord and High council, the shock of the departure of his inner circle impacted Angelo massive. Losing his great friends and partners in crime meant a lot to Angelo and left him unsure of what to do next due to having a mass departure in MS-13. However, the support of Toon, Vincent, and Lena gave Angelo motivation to keep MS-13 running and push harder than ever to make the gang the best it can be. This means a restructure in the gang; Angelo spent weeks locked in his house drafting up "Phase 2" of MS-13. Angelo knew this would be the final push for MS-13 and knew this would be the phase that could reach them the highest goals, but this work takes a long time to get to and Angelo wasn't willing to give up.

Bringing structure into MS-13 was Angelo's main goal and also to involve everyone in the gang. This meant involving New gangsters to OG's and Angelo wanted to show more change and remove the mistakes from Los Angeles. Bringing more to MS-13 than just the gang life was important for Angelo this is why he had brought in systems that would make time for Events, parties, and activities that could bring in some teamwork. Angelo hoped this would bring in a positive attitude to his gang and form a close bond with all the members.

"Phase 2" had been operating for months now and the gang has been thriving more and more every day. Angelo has increased his wealth and purchased many properties and heavy weapons to protect MS-13 from any attacks. With the partnership of Toon Kamal and Vincent Maxwell, Angelo knew they would be unstoppable and would achieve their goals! Giving out roles within the gang was a challenge as Angelo needed to make sure he was gifting certain people the right promotions without causing issues in MS-13. The strong bond within the inner circle has become pivotal for Angelo as it has removed responsibility away from him, as others have been stepping up and taking on larger roles for maximum growth. 

Due to the large influx of people, Angelo has been busier than ever, with members needing more and more shipments and drugs. Angelo hasn't shied away from this and is still pushing for the direct connection to the cartel hoping the recent contact and messages from them have left them in good standings.

Angelo Capone has become a larger and more well-known name in the city day by day, however, Angelo isn't going to stop there and has bigger ambitions to grow himself and MS-13 to even bigger heights!

It has been a year since Fabrizio Barboza last visited Los Santos. Time has passed, people have changed.
Fabrizio had to find new friends and new connections to be able to get back to his past. The first thing he noticed was that the city has changed a lot more than he expected. There were new gangs, new responsibilities, and new opportunities. Fabrizio had to learn all the stuff by himself because there were no familiar faces from the past. He remembered that he has one person's number that was always loyal to him and was doing all the business together. He gave it a try and that person answered the call. It was Joe Simmons. He was a professional poker player back in the days, but after some circumstances that occurred, Joe decided to switch up the sides and do the stuff he always wanted to do. He was a friend that helped Fabrizio rob stores and deals with those people who wanted to mess with them. They started to spend more time together talking about the plans and what are their current goals in the city. Fabrizio always had some authoritative traits that helped him build strong respect in the past gangs he was in. After working some boring legal jobs they invested in some weaponry and started gathering all the equipment needed to make the drugs as this was the best way to make money they thought. But not everything was that easy.

A few weeks passed and both Fabrizio and Joe came up with the idea that they have to find a group or family to do business together as the power of local gangs was too big for the two of them to stand against them. One sunny day Fabrizio was going to the LSC to fix his car and he saw a few guys standing in the corner, talking about something. He decided to approach them and ask if they are a part of any criminal group in the city and if there's a chance to know more about it. Expectedly the answer was yes and a few hours later Fabrizio and Joe became a part of MS-13 as rookies. Fabrizio's criminal experience lets them understand what kind of potential this man has.

Both of them had to prove to the Leader and High Command that they are worth being in this gang. Fabrizio and Joe were doing a lot of stuff for the gang and their efforts were evaluated. Gangster, Assassin, OG were the ranks that both of them managed to cross and become one of the highest ranks in the gang. The experience in the gang helped both of them to remember the old days when they were working for other criminal organizations in the city.
Fabrizio and Joe started doing small operations, cooking drugs, and earning some money for their future. They both knew that they have to work hard to feed the family and help new members stand up on their feet. Being Commanders they understand the impact they have on the gang and their opinions and decisions can change the situation in the city for better or for worse. Right now this duet is responsible for different things in the city. Fabrizio is working hard to create new connections and trusted people to sell weaponry to while Joe is responsible for most of the drugs we produce and supply for the city and other gangs.
