I can assure you all of us follow the server rules and, our alt characters being in pd has made no difference whatsoever. I am 100% certain that we have casefiles on all of us (as we can tell by the way GND is onto us daily) and that they are constantly updated.

Cmon man gps makes it more fun, make sure to not leave cruiser unlocked if thats a problem. Wouldnt make any sense to lock it in as for example, a cruiser get stolen and now u cant remove gps and suddenly all of pd/sd shows up. Some things are better of being the way they are.

Since they made it possible to get pilots license and purchasing helicopters I've seen it is quite hard to build a helipad on your property. It would make it much easier if there was a helipad "furniture" you could buy for around 50-100k and then just place it on your property with the permission from gov.
