Originally, MS-13 worked in the backstreets of Los Angeles, California where making rivalries was a key component to success and inflicting fear and resilience into the gang made the gang almost unstoppable… Until the day came where it all started catching up to us. Rival gangs were robbing drug cartels and the ambition of becoming a national gang became too much! Due to the amount of gang leaders being put in prison, a small group of MS-13 decided to branch off and ride into the streets of Los Santos. However, this time the gang was going to operate differently and learn from their mistakes! The Leaders Angelo and Vikstav began creating great relations with many of the gangs in the city and hitting many stores without being caught once! As the gang progressed, more and more gangs started remembering the name ‘MS-13’ or in some cases ‘The Pink Gang’. This new found popularity did not phase the gang as the leaders still had bigger ambitions to become even bigger and perhaps rule over the streets of Grapeseed! On March the 10th a group of MS-13 members rolled into Grapeseed and managed to locate a HQ and meeting place, this victory was massive as they finally have a place to live and trade at. Changing the gang's mentality was important for Angelo and Vikstav as previous attempts to grow the gang had failed due to bad ethos. The criminal life has always been extremely important to MS-13, as it's pretty much the only way of life for some of them. Even Though, it is important to remember our origins we have to try to adapt to stop disastrous events like previously stated, but Angelo and Vikstav still enjoy the process of purchasing heavy weapons and distributing them around the gang for our own safety. A few months had passed and MS-13 were getting tempted day by day to fight! As numbers began to grow so did the ambitions of MS-13, this could change everything... Would the Leaders change the core values of the gang? After a high command meeting lead by Angelo it was then discussed that joining in with the gang wars was not an issue, however; he made it clear that this is not something MS-13 should be doing on the daily! Due to this meeting it had given confidence to the gang and filled them with belief and excitement of the progression of the gang. As plans begin to form for MS-13 so did there enemies. As many gangs at the time was looking for an alliance with them due to there new emergence within the city and the down to earthiness they portrayed. When sides were chosen MS-13 knew instantly that they would have to look out for themselves as they had now lost the neutrality with all the Gangs! Phase 2 (Grey) Nearing the peak of MS-13 it was time to move into the next phase of the gang, due to the departure of some high ranked members of MS-13. Angelo knew it would be time to evolve into the final version of the gang. This included a change it clothing that could be harder to identify in the publics eye, also Angelo believed this would give an element of surprise to other gangs that may think they were still rolling round in pink. Due to phase 2 beginning Angelo was beginning to sort out all the new roles and perhaps prepare people for this as it would have to be the hardest they have worked in there life. The backstreets of Grapeseed was still being used for day to day business and the new look had been praised a lot by friendly gangs, and they believed it was a much better look for us as a well respected street gang. -Once accepted into MS-13 you are part of the gang and should commit everything to it; If the gang has your back you should have it too. -Communication is critical, if you can’t tell us where you are when in need of help or you can't back us up when we need you, MS-13 isn't the right gang for you. -MS-13 has changed their ways now they are in Los Santos, firing a shot due to a petty argument will not be tolerated as we are trying to portray a good image. -Keeping an Positive attitude even when events don't turn out as we want them too. OverLord - Has the main say when making decisions for the maintenance and stability of MS-13. UnderLord -Is the second boss and makes all decisions with the Overlord. Inner Circle - Is the backbone of MS-13 and has a say in any changes within the gang, also are also split into 3 sub sections of the council. The first is the Head Recruiter, Head Commander and Head Arm Dealer, as said in the titles these people all have important roles to play within the gang. Deputy's -Helps assist the Inner Circle with any background on goings and helps split the work up for the Inner Circle of MS-13. Commander - Helps teach Rookies the ways of MS-13 and reports back to the High Council whether they should be a good fit for the gang. OG - Has proven their loyalty to MS-13 and will have the authority to lead small store robberies without needing a higher-up to be present. Assassin - Is critical to the success of MS-13 as they are tasked with the job of looking out when performing bank / store robberies. Gangster - Has just become a full member of MS-13 and is striving to reach the higher ranks by proving themselves. Rookie - Has the most to prove and will be under review until the inner circle have made their decision (A mix between IC and OOC milestones) Rookie - Gangster -5 Contributions (Events, Labs, Fights, Meetings, etc...) within the rookie period to show commitment to the gang. -No rule breaks at all within the period of recruitment. -Active within the gang showing effort to progress into the gang. -Collecting weed to the HC to show they can work the illegal life solo. -With the gang for longer than 6 days at least. Gangster - Assassin -Actively turn up to operations and provide useful information to the gang. -Cause little to no issues/arguments within the gang. -Should be able to know most illegal activities within the city without the need of being taught. -Bring in at least 3+ recruits into MS-13. -With the gang for a few weeks at minimum. Assassin - OG -Contributing ideas to the gang to help improve the inner workings of the gang. -Be able to teach rookies/gangsters illegal activities within the city and helping them with any questions they may have. -Should be updated on new server rules so they can inform others in the gang to prevent rule breaks or poor RP. -Bring in at least 3 more recruits into MS-13. -Been with the gang for at least a month. OG - Commander -Initiate at least 5 rookies to gangsters with the trademark tattoo. -Shows some leadership skills and the ability to lead small groups when asked. -Has to of made a detailed backstory to post on the player faction thread. - Become a write or a recruiter at the minimum. -Brings new ideas to HC that is effective and valuable. -Has been within the gang for a few months depending on their progress. -Bring in at least 2 more recruits into MS-13. Commander Rank Expectations: -Able to lead operations without needing HCs help. -Have an educated opinion that can be used when fighting or in operations. -Check up on the members and make sure they are working on there milestones. -Keep bringing new ideas and suggestions to HC. Commander - Inner Circle: -Purely based on the decision of the Overlord with help from the Inner circle. - There are no milestones needed to progress to this rank, it is purely based on HCs decisions. IC Rules: -Respecting everyone who is a part of the gang and not speaking down on anyone. -You will listen to higher-up and act your rank (This stops any confusion over radio). -Always help if a member is injured, we are brothers and don't accept people ignoring help calls. -Stay loyal to the gang and communicate any issues you have. -You must be wearing the gang outfit, EXCEPT the tattoo as this is for full members of the gang not ‘Rookies’. -Keep good relationships with other Gangs that we are cool with. This includes chopping, shooting for no reason and stealing from them! OOC Rules: -The gang cares alot about how we interact with people in game, so we have a zero tolerance of toxic behaviour or turning IC issues into OOC issues. -Please DO NOT post any IC information or forms of communication within the Faction Discord. -Please follow all Eclipse RP Rules. -If any of the Rules that have been stated above get broken, it may result in a removal of you from the gang. -Achieve 10+ quality members that can help in tricky situations. -Manage to purchase a property in GrapeSeed. -Keep a great relationship with the gangs we have talked to and perhaps create new relationships. -Keep within our core values of MS-13 and not go back to our old ways. Added (17/4/21) -Achieve 20+ Quality Members within the gang. -Manage to get cartel connections from Mexico. -Make alliances with smaller gangs as well as large ones. Become known around the whole city without being identified as the 'pink gang'. 28/04/2021 Similar to Goals this will cover the plans that are being put in place right at this moment. - Manage to obtain the Grapeseed HQ to hold events and use a facade to illegal activity within it. - Hold the neutrality within the gangs to become the middle men of the north (The bridge between north and south). - Portrayed as a laid back and friendly gang, however willing to defend there place of operations! - Host many events that can draw not only illegal gangs and citizens, but everyone from Los Santos into Grapeseed. -Has to know the criminal life well and understand the sacrifices. -Once a Rookie, they need to gain full trust and respect from all members before becoming a full member. -Must have clear communication, and even be able to communicate well in tricky situations. -Must be confident at ‘RP’ and provide great interactions within everyone in the city. -Must adhere to all server rules (A check of admin logs may be requested). -Have at least 20k XP on Eclipse RP Clothing has always been important for MS-13, however due too moving to a new city funds had been low and the old clothing of MS-13 was the only option available. Times have now changed and money has started to trickle in, this meant that Angelo could now go the phase 2 of the gangs new look, He hopes this should suit the gang a lot more and perhaps keep us more hidden from other gangs. One of the most important fundamentals of MS-13 is the Skull Back Tattoo, This tattoo isn't just any tattoo, this symbolises the gang and provides an identity to the gang. The procedure of having the tattoo may be classed as quite painful or perhaps unnecessary, but this is the way of life we choose and the Leader Angelo Capone requires every member to be put through the initiation. The Middle Men Of Los Santos (Grapeseed) After finally reaching Grapeseed the place that is the bridge between the North and the South. MS-13 had settled into GrapeSeed well due to the varity of the area, from small backstreets at the back of shops, to an large abandoned arcade ready to be taken over, and finally the long and complex roads great for street races! The Leader and High Council of MS-13 have already discussed plans for Grapeseed and cant wait to bring these ideas into fruition, however still need some time to establish connections with Mexico and purchase the HQ they are waiting to go up for sale. Bringing life to Grapeseed is the main goal for MS-13, this includes bringing gang activity and transactions within Grapeseed, as well as hosting events for all citizens of the city and also making sure that these events will interest everyone. These plans are part of the MS-13 project to be a different gang is Los Santos and not to be focused on just the fighting, but more of a hub of activity both legal and (Main)illegal. Creating a facade to the gang is important as we want to attract the average citizens to our events, but have backstreet outgoings that they may not know about... Angelo Capone Posted March 19, 2021 Author Report Share Posted March 19, 2021 (edited) Phase 2 A new Chapter for MS-13 has occurred, the loss of the UnderLord and High council had hit MS-13 hard, However, Angelo knew this wouldn't be the end... On Friday the 14th of May LJ and Vikstav both approached Angelo wanting to be no longer a part of the gang, this came as a surprise to Angelo, but he knew this wouldn't take down MS-13 as he still had a lot of loyal members ready to serve him till the end. After the departure the gang was waiting for a response from Angelo, unsure whether he would have the motivation to carry on, but they were wrong Angelo knew this could birth the new phase of MS-13 and start 'turning the tables' in terms of bringing the gang together and growing even more. The first task Angelo had to do is finally bring up the 2 prospects high command into the inner circle. Angelo trusted Vincent and Toon greatly and he knew both of them would never leave the gang and put everything they can into the gang. This also resulted in many promotions and a reshuffle of ranks, Angelo was extremely happy with how the gang was laid out and believed this loss wasn't for the worst, but the better! Communication started to become a lot more cleaner and the whole gang was starting to work as more of a team and a family, this pleased Angelo , and he believed that the gang had taken massive steps forward from where they were. However, one of the biggest changes was how they would look, Angelo believed they were getting too much attention from wearing the pink pants and felt in some instances it was very easy to identify us. Also, the gangs' income became a lot more passive and every member was becoming slightly richer! This lead Angelo to the decision to move to grey as it offered MS-13 the chance to look more undercover and perhaps feel safer in the streets of Grapeseed without being identified every single hour. After a few days of wearing the new outfit, Angelo knew instantly this was the correct decision and believed others in the gang much preferred the look. Even though we had covered up our identification (the tattoo) we still stuck to tradition and hand tattooed the gang logo onto the back of new gangsters in MS-13. Weeks have gone by now and the progression MS-13 is seeing is much better now and Angelo has fewer pressures due to the hard work of the inner circle and the members in the higher commands. VikStav Posted March 26, 2021 Report Share Posted March 26, 2021 (edited) Target 1 Bella's Bites! Target 1 was one of VikStavs favourite stores due to the great lookout areas and store design. Leading the store robbery was Angelo Capone who was tasked with the job of lookout with his High Council member LJ. Vikstav led a small group of MS-13 members into the store ( 3 money grabbers and one member holding the gun), tasking each member with an important role in this robbery. VikStav also managed to smash the CCTV cameras so any evidence of the store robbery was void! This was only the first store so we knew that we needed to be quick and efficient with our time as the Los Santos Police Department will be on our tail. Suddenly, a car was seen driving towards the store so Angelo Capone made the callout and luckily VikStav and his crew managed to escape the incident with alot of packed money. Target 2: The Chop Shop! The second target was a shop very close to home, as this was in GrapeSeed. We believed this was one of the best stores we could hit due to us knowing every single backstreet and shortcut in GrapeSeed. We then started the same process again, grabbing the money and looking out on each side of the road towards the shop. However, this time was different because an undercover cop went past the store and alerted lots of High pursuit units on our tail. Luckily, we were organised and managed to deliver all packed cash to the Falcons, this then prevented the cops from finding any money if they managed to catch any of the MS-13 members. The chase was on, 2 members were getting chased down by the whole sheriff department and there was little time for error. So we sent the Falcons back to HQ to secure the packed cash and managed to only get 2 of the 6 MS-13 members arrested for only attempted store robbery. Even Though, they had been caught it was still a great success due to the money and members we managed to get out of there. Target 3: Palomino Freeway Store! The final store, probably the easiest store to hit in the whole city. We were hoping this store could pay out big as it was so secluded. We began with the same process again, Angelo and LJ on lookout and VikStav leading a team to rob the store. This store was a great success. We managed to completely clean the whole store out of money without any hassle and got out of the area within minutes of finishing the robbery. Overall, the Leaders Angelo and VikStav were pleased with the progress today as the gang stuck to their core values and managed to make a lot of money within a few hours of each other! This money was then used to wash with the likes of the Goblins, Lost MC and any other Gang we were wanting to be cool with! Bala Posted March 27, 2021 Report Share Posted March 27, 2021 I have to be honest here, I would struggle to take you seriously as a gang that is running around in pink pyjamas and calling themselves MS-13. It's not for me to guess how seriously you are taking your role-play as a faction but I respect the fact that you have some really good looking content posts on here, the layout is fantastic. That being said, personally I'd urge you to reconsider either the aesthetic of your faction's clothing or perhaps choosing a different name. The name MS-13 and the pink pyjamas is quite jarring and I'd struggle to maintain immersed in role-play with you if our paths crossed in game. I was apart of another gang about two years ago we did some crazy stuff. mostly raiding chemlabs and making tons of drugs, so I know how to make every kind of drug. I had seen different GANGS around and it had me thinking of that life, but before I attempted to join a GANG, I did a bit of illegal shit like ROBBERIES. and even MURDERED 2 people. Ever since then, I fell in LOVE with doing DEMON shit , a code name for my criminal activities. Later on I looked around for POTENTIAL gangs. I met and got in contact with ANGELO CAPONE(MS-13). Here is where my gang life began. I started as a recruit where I had to prove my work and LOYALTY. I managed to have many successful store robberies with the rest of the gang. As a recruit, I manage to move WEED for weeks, but it wasn't all sweet, my first ARREST came behind an ATTEMPTED MURDER of a police officer, RECKLESS EVADING, and DRUG TRAFFICKING. I got almost 4 years in prison for the charges, but shit , I knew what I was getting into so I didn't complain about it. After my sentence was up, I went straight back to the STREETS and applied pressure and went harder. After a week or so I was INTRODUCED into the gang. After being officially in the gang, I started doing more and more for the gang. I started making MONEY, meeting bigger gangs, and even started dealing with heavier DRUGS and flipping GUNS. I finally felt like I can for sure be successful and become KNOWN in LS. Soon after that I got another promotion to FALCON as a look out. I had to prove that I can do other things, other than DRUG RUNNING, so I had the role of making sure my boys don't get caught by POLICE while doing gang shit. I would say I was a damn good FALCON but I was looking to climb up the RANKS, so I got to work and began to put in work...... Immediately, I contacted the members in the gang and rallied a group of us to either fight or show our support to the goblins. The event started and already I had this feeling that our two fighters would have a chance to become the Fight Club Champion of the north. As each round passed confidence grew on the two MS-13 contestants and I was beginning to believe we could get both MS-13 fighters to the final and show our dominance of ‘Bare knuckle fighting’. As some of the favourite fighters began to get knocked out by other contestants it gave the MS-13 fighters a chance to win the title and claim the championship belt for the first time ever. The time had come...The semi-finals had hit and both MS-13 fighters were ready to tackle each other in the final; however, they had to get past the final two fighters who had taken down the likes of Benjamin Specht and other goblins who were known to be good fighters. Our first fighter LJ provided an outstanding performance as it took him only six seconds to knock out the opponent! This put him in great standings to win the competition… However, when the second semi final hit we had our second MS-13 fighter and he was one of the favourites to win the fight as he had won the grand prize last Fight Night, but failed to defeat the defending champion for the belt! This was an easy fight for Albert (the other MS-13 fighter) as he managed to destroy the opponent and create an MS-13 only final! The MS-13 final had finally begun after a ten minute break for both fighters they were ready to take on each other, LJ vs Albert… Who will win? A mutual handshake between both fighters started off the fight; however, this didn't mean they were gonna go easy on each other! After a good 5 minutes of fighting LJ began to tire and started to get hit by the one … two, hit after hit the fight was over! One of the closest fights of the night; however, there was a winner… ALBERT! All MS-13 members including LJ when he came to his senses crowded round Albert and celebrated the victory of MS-13 and more specifically Albert for winning the Belt! Friendships with bad people influenced her to become a criminal. At the age of 18, she finished school and started studying at the RUDN University. She studied marketing advertising. This accommodated her to develop an idea that she will move out of Russia and begin her own new life with recommendations from that university. When Lena finished studying, she booked a ticket to America - Los Santos. At the end of 2019, she moved to Los Santos. With the money that she brought from Russia, she bought a tiny flat in Sandy Shores next to a supermarket. In the first month, she was looking for her father. Lena didn't know his name or last name. She only memorized how he looked and sounded. After a while of working in various jobs, Lena bought her first bike - BF400. She painted her first bike pink with a white stripe. She started driving around the city with that bike. One day Lena met few girls at the bank, she thought that they seemed like they needed some help. She felt nice and asked the girls what do they need. One of the girls named Anastasia Economou told Lena that she needed a lift to Mirror park. She didn't mind giving her a ride so, Lena let Anastasia sit on the bike. After an hour of driving, they talked about their own lives, what they enjoy doing in the city, and their plans. When we came to Mirror park Anastasia asked for her phone number. After giving her phone number Lena started to understand that Ana is going to become her best friend. After few weeks of talking with Anastasia nonstop, Lena suggests making a girl organization where they could begin doing criminal stuff such as cooking drugs, chopping various vehicles, and killing people. After a month of working, they started recruiting girls. After gathering many girls in that organization without a name, they began cooking drugs in various drug labs. They made over 100,000$ in few days. With that kind amount of money, all of the girls started buying things such as guns, clothing, houses, or even vehicles. Lena had an idea, that all of the girls should start wearing the same outfits that they were wearing with Ana because it was really dangerous to go alone without anyone in the lab, and wearing the same outfits became like a sign of protection. They started communicating with other organizations to gain their trust and become mates with them. They gained trust from Azctecas and other groups. After a while, They became well known in Los Santos for the group. After 3 months they had a massive meeting with every member of the gang. There they discussed about robbing stores, scamming people, and other many ways to get money. One girl in the group suggested starting dressing up the same, having identical hairstyles and tattoos. Lena thought about that suggestion for a long time, because that might get them in trouble, but that idea was brilliant because of it they easily started running away from cops, tricking people became a piece of cake too. After a year, Lena started rethinking her decisions. She began to regret being in a gang because it got toxic afterward's. After a while, everything started to get boring to her because everything was the same. The same clothing, the same people, and the same routine that she went over and over for a while. After gaining some bravery she changed her clothes, did her makeup, dyed her hair and sayed goodbye to Ana and other wonderful girls. They didn't want to say goodbye they began to look for Lena, tried to take her back. Lena was upset about whole situation because it was her desision to move on.... Lena was desperate to find happiness once again. She was in luck because she met a lot of people who helped her to get a job in Weazel news as a reporter. At work, she met a lot of people such as Seth Blackwood, Chris Kellerman, Jason Tate, and Valentina Montenegro. These people influenced Lena to work her best to achieve her goals of becoming happy. While working at Weazel news she saw a man that looked like her dad. She was extremely nervous to approach him for a while, but after some time she gained some courage and went up to him and asked if he was the lost father of a girl whose mother died in a horrible shootout. At first, he didn't say anything he acted clueless because he thought Lena was just another journalist from another country just approaching a man with a broken story. After some time, Lena gained his trust by showing the old photos of a little girl with her own family. He recognized the photos and accepted her as his daughter. The man's name is Oboobwe Kwananza, the man who was her dad but also the lead reporter of Weazel news... Lena was finally happy after a long time due to her father and convenient workspace. She began producing reports, events, and other projects for people in the city. Her life was finally in place. She had a stable job, a home, and family with friends, but she wanted something more... By that, she meant that she wanted to meet the love of her life... Her love life was not that great, she met lots of people but they never made her feel special.. Because of her unfortunate love life she was frustrated with her job and her friends didn't make her happy anymore. Lena's father had to leave the town for some time because he was feeling tired and he figured out that he needs a vacation. While Oboobwe being away Lena was feeling upset.. Everything began to look the identical. The same routine destroyed her mentally... She only had one thing on her mind is to join a gang. The alarm went off, Lena opened her eyes. She was in her apartment in Sandy Shores, she was laying on the ground like a corpse. Although it might look like another depressive episode that Lena was going through, but it was the origin of her new start. After an hour of laying on the ground, she got up. When Lena stood up, she just sat on the bed for a while. She started reflecting on life, how she needs to leave Weazel and start a new beginning. Lena packed her stuff and called a friend to help her sell the old flat in Sandy Shores. After selling her flat, she looked for a new place. After looking for many hours, she found a house that she liked, and she bought it. Her new shelter was now in Jamestown, Los Santos. She unpacked her stuff, got ready to go to work. After working few hours, Lena had a mental breakdown, and then it clicked for her to leave the Weazel to become the biggest wanted criminal in Los Santos. Lena took off her badge and sobbed for a while in an empty parking lot. She thought about it a lot but she gained some courage and she signed her contract and she just left weazel. She didn't do anything for few days... After few weeks, she got out of her house, and she went to the bank. Lena saw a group of people wearing pink pants. Lena went up to these people and spoke with them. From them, she got information that they are in a gang named MS-13. Lena was interested and excited. She got one of the higher-up's numbers. Lena gained some courage and called one of the higher-ups - Angelo Capone. After a while of talking, they planned to meet up. In the gathering, Lena talked about illegal stuff that is happening in the city, and about new gangs developing. She also spoke about how she is lonely and that, she is looking for a new family. Lena thought about becoming a criminal again, and then she agreed to become one of the MS-13's. After few hours, Lena got a call from higher-ups of that organization to come to their HQ. Lena got her bike and her clothes ready. When she came to their HQ there were lots of people such as LJ, Angelo Capone, Vik, and the others... She convinced them that she is powerful and that she is not afraid to fight. After that meetup, the higher-ups had their discussion about Lena, and the following week she got a call saying that Lena is accepted to become one of the family members... After thinking for some time, she came up with an idea to mark places with her graffiti. Lena got herself dressed, grabbed her radio from the cabinet, and called Vincent for help. Vincent thought about that idea, and he loved it. After an hour, we met up. We switched our cars, got spray cans from a shed, and got weapons. Angelo Capone Posted April 14, 2021 Author Report Share Posted April 14, 2021 (edited) Phase 1 On a sunny Friday afternoon Angelo decide to let all members know of a Gang meeting that was going to be held at Grapeseed, this was mainly to discuss a few changes in the gang and mainly promotions to some of the members . Firstly, it was discussed between all high command and the UnderLord whether certain people should be promoted or not. When discussing about promotions at our HQ in Grapeseed we saw many cops around the area, perhaps a store robbery was happening at the same area. This then prompted High command to change meeting places to the Kortz centre as a temporary solution to stop police from pulling up on us. We managed to have quite a big turn out and many recruits managed to join us too. Angelo started off with discussing a few key topics about changes in the gang and the new way of recruiting people into the gang. This then swiftly moved onto promotions where the first member to be called up was Toon Kamal, he was already a senior within the gang and was a well trusted gang members. Because of this it was decided that he would be promoted to the Commander rank in the gang giving him ability to leader small groups of members for store robberies etc... The next member to gain a promotion was Vincent Maxwell, even though he was slightly new to the gang he had proven himself a lot to the high command and we believed that he deserved a rank up to falcon role. The last few promotions was giving to three recruits Lena, Albert and Zelo as they all showed some ability to work well as a gang and showed commitment to MS-13. Angelo's childhood was extremely challenging due to the pressures of joining the gang life, as years went by and his parents giving him more freedom this was only going to lead to one scenario and that was due to MS-13 living in his neighbourhood and taking a liking to him. At the age of 14 MS-13 had taken Angelo under their wing and taught him the ways of the street and how everything works. MS-13 had big plans for Angelo, however; as years went by more and more conflict arose in the area due to gang rivalries, because of this it gave Angelo no chance to prove himself and get promoted into the high council of MS-13. On March the 5th Angelo finally decided with VikStav and LJ to travel to the city of Los Santos to create the NEW MS-13. Due to all of the high command being locked up in Los Angeles, Angelo and the crew knew this would be the perfect opportunity to take the name of MS-13 and keep within the same core values, however, changing their ways to make alliances. Angelo has always hoped that one day the old MS-13 could visit Los Santos and see what he has created with his loyal friends and members! When arriving in Los Santos Angelo was confused as this was completely different to Los Angeles... New gangs... New streets and most of all a new police system that seemed stricter than ever! Due to this Angelo and the Crew decided to join one of the local gangs before bringing MS-13 into the city. When in the local gangs we began to realise that we could run a gang our self and do a much better job, this is due to the lack of poor communication within the gang. Angelo realised that the leadership in the gangs were poor and weak, this gave Angelo and VikStav the idea to become joint leaders as both leaders ambitions were similar and they believed that they could work together in most cases! The day had come, March the 9th... The day where the gang would be created and alliances and rivalries would occur. When creating the gang it was decided Angelo and Vikstav would be the Overlord and LJ to be the first High command. Due to Angelo's troubled childhood he was ready more than ever to bring MS-13 into the city of Los Santos, however; starting from scratch was the biggest challenge as Angelo had never experienced or learnt any ways of growing a gang from scratch due to him only ever joining these organisations, but Angelo was determined to bring MS-13 to the city and eventually achieve the cartel connections. Angelo wasn't just any leader, he believed he was a fair and just leader giving all members within the gang a chance to bring there own ideas to the tables. Due to Angelo bringing in a democratic system to the gang it also left chances for powerful characters in the gang to express there opinion and perhaps bring unrest into MS-13! The past month Angelo has changed and evolved drastically, there has now been a change in the leadership ranks where it was discussed that Angelo would Lead MS-13 and VikStav would be the underlord. This was decided due to it being easy to establish cartel connections and we felt that it would reduce the amount of background dealings Vik would have to do. With these changes it has hopefully made decision making a lot easier without having debates over little changes in the gang. The long standing relationship between VikStav showed here as both leaders were willing to step down for each other to show there loyalty towards the gang Within this month Angelo has worked on a personal Lab setup with his friend (commander rank) Toon Kamal and has also bought a safe house to store all of his Heavy Weapons. Due to the amount of cooking they had done, Angelo had managed to purchase himself an Paragon R to add to his car collection as well as many shotguns, micros and AK's to be stored reaady for a fight. The future for Angelo seems bright as he is still trying to strive towards becoming officially known in the city as well as his gang... TO BE CONTINUED... Berry Frost Posted April 18, 2021 Report Share Posted April 18, 2021 (edited) Hello, my name is Berry Frost, as I flew in the city, I have met so many people and gangs, it influenced my gangster to its max ability to show that I am a real G, I joined a gang, but I didn’t feel right, I didn’t feel like I was the one for this gang, as soon as I met, Angelo, Vik, LJ, I knew they were the ones, I knew I had to serve, steal, sell, rob, chop, shoot, and have war with them. From the moment I met up with them, I knew they were serious about MS-13, I knew they were the ones. This is how it began from day 1, I pulled up to the recruitment day, I got interviewed and passed the recruitment process, I was a recruit, I had been doing stores and anything illegal you can think of, I showed MS-13 what I had, and then, as you know it, BOOM, gangster, I had been working so hard, showing my full potential, I worked even harder, I am honored that I was also promoted to Falcon, next step, Senior! As his mother recently passed away from cancer, and Vinny had to head back to Australia to deal with the funeral arrangements and sort out some family issues. After a couple of weeks after the funeral, Vincent had to pack his things and say his goodbyes to everyone and get ready to head back to Los Santos. A week back in Los Santos, Vincent decided to apply for the Downtown Cab Company to earn money to pay his rent and cover his living expenses. He wanted to purchase a vehicle that he could get around the City. Vincent had his eyes set on a car called - The Karin Sultan RS, a rally sports car. That vehicle was everything Vincent wanted in life. The Downtown Cab Company did not interest him as the work had many limitations and rules. Vincent gathered numerous speeding tickets due to drifting in the company vehicles around the City, and it got him in lots of trouble. It didn't take long until Vincent saved up the money for his vehicle. The last owner of - The Karin Sultan RS continued to change the price of the car and caused difficulties for Vincent, but he finally settled on a price. The next day, Vincent went out to the last owner and signed the papers to make the purchase official. Vincent spent all his free time working on the Sultan RS, preparing the vehicle ready for the streets, and spending thousands of dollars on new parts. He worked on the car by himself and replaced a majority of the vehicle's engine bay with up-to-date performance parts. A month passes, and Vincent had finished working on the Sultan RS. The Sultan RS was finally ready to hit the streets of Los Santos. He knew about street race occurring on the weekend at nightfall. After a while, Vincent decided to enter the competition. That race had a huge reward with lots of fellow racers joining. The race day comes, Vincent is getting excited about the race because it was different from anything that he had experienced before, but he was confident in his driving skills. He managed to get second place in the race and win $57,000 in prize money. The money - that Vincent won from the street race allowed him to leave his job at the Downtown Cab Company. A while after resigning from his job at the Downtown Cab Company, he ran into a man named Rock Miller. He was a Rookie in a gang called MS-13. Vincent got Rock's number, and he began hanging around with him. It did not take long for Rock Miller to introduce Vincent to - VikStav Zarkovic, the underlord of MS-13. VikStav and Vincent began to speak occasionally about a possible job for him. This only took few days until VikStav dragged him into a gathering at Kortz Centre, providing Vincent a chance to prove himself to the fellow members and high-command. The last couple of weeks, he has been working with MS-13, providing the organization with anything that is needed for fellow members. It has been dangerous and adventure dealing with opposing gangs to life-threatening gang fights, yet he loves the atmosphere and his fellow gang members. He has slowly climbed the ranks within the organization and is currently a Falcon. Angelo Capone Posted April 23, 2021 Author Report Share Posted April 23, 2021 (edited) Phase 1 HQ has been located and the backstreets of Grapeseed are now MS-13's, with the hard work of the gang and the absence of business owners it has given MS-13 the chance to hold there initiations at the New HQ! After Angelo had confirmed to MS-13 that Joe Simmons had been promoted to the Gangster role it was then time for the most painful and sacrificial moment of his life. The Gang Initiation... This wasn't as simple as just tattooing the skull on his back, it required one of the High Council to personally do it himself. Angelo had decided to let Toon Kamal a new Prospect High Council do the job and to see if he has what it takes to inflict this much pain. Joe Simmons going into this initiation seemed unfazed, however, tears began dripping from his eyes and the gang knew that the initiation has started! Angelo knew Joe would be able to take the pain and become a full member of MS-13 and prove is loyalty to the gang. This was also a test for Toon Kamal as it was his first time doing the initiation, and Angelo was interested to see if he would have flashbacks to his own initiation and the pain that VikStav had done when he did the initiation. The initiation had finished and it was cause for celebrations! Not only had MS-13 successfully added another member to the gang, they had also located an HQ where they could successfully run operations through and provide gang meetings without having the issues of other rival gangs pulling up. Sadly, not all of MS-13 could make this initiation so a quick photo from our cameraman Vincent was sufficient enough to show our success!
