Phase 2 It had been a long night in Grapeseed. Vincent Maxwell just finished closing up the Wonderama Arcade for the night. A strange man dressed in a all black started to approach him and smacked into him as he walked past, dropping a black bag on the ground. The man then faded into the darkness never to be seen again. Vincent had been curious and decided to investigate the bag that the stranger had left behind. After a small investigation of the strangers bag. Vincent Maxwell found a Picture of Angelo Capone and a cellphone. This raised many concerns and he decided to get in contact with Angelo Capone to figure it out. Vincent Maxwell grabbed his cellphone and called Angelo Capone telling him about the strange man and the black bag that had been left behind, this also raised concerns with Angelo Capone as a photo of him had been found along side the cellphone. Angelo Capone and Vincent Maxwell decided to arrange a meeting with Toon Kamal to further discuss it. A day later Toon Kamal, Vincent Maxwell and Angelo Capone arrive at the meeting place to further discuss the contents inside the bag. Angelo Capone decided to switch on the cell phone and search through it for any information or clues on who might be looking for him. It didn’t take long for Angelo Capone to discover a contact saved in the cellphone “El Chapo” and Angelo Capone had been certain on the person that might be trying to contact him A week passes by and "El Chapo" hasn't messaged Angelo Capone, so he decides to break the silence and sends him a message. After meeting in Grapeseed, Vincent and Lena spent the next year learning about each other and hanging out most of the time, from fishing on the shore at their secret place to lifting vehicles to chop. Lena made a joke about proposing to Vincent and this sparked something in his head that perhaps it was an opportunity to think about the future between himself and Lena. It took several weeks to prepare, but Vincent had a romantic plan in place to surprise Lena with a romantic tour around Los Santos, at night, then they ended up beneath the Vinewood sign underneath the stars and the astonishing landscape of Los Santos. Everything had been operating smoothly, he jumped out of his transportation and walked onto the field in front of the Vinewood sign and feigned tripping to get Lena’s attention, and it worked as she came rushing to assist him. She commenced treating him to his feet when Vincent caught Lena off guard and removed a small black box from his pocket, displaying an extravagant diamond ring to Lena. He took her hand and glanced up at her and asked for her hand in marriage. A couple of months has already passed, and the wedding day has come up. Lena was absentmindedly, kept tracing her engagement ring, and began thinking of her future. She was apprehensive and afraid, but she trusted Vincent with her life. She phoned Stela Carter, Audrey Martin, and other companions to tell the occasion. Lena got her bridesmaids sorted. After a couple of hours, Stela and her girlfriend pick up Lena from the pier and begin driving to the clothing store to get dresses. There she tries on several dresses, and she finds a gown that has, a fabulously flounced skirt, which created a beautiful dimension on the dual patterned, sequined net that will shimmer down the aisle. After getting her dress and footwear, the girls went to a hairdresser to get Lena her hair extensions. At the salon, ladies got comfortable, and even Stela's sweetheart Samantha dyed her hair and styled it. The time has come, we got ready and dressed up, and we rushed to the chapel. There, every guest was already in place, waiting for a bride and bridesmaids to arrive. Lena was apprehensive and startled, but she was safe because there were people that she cherished and loved. At the ceremony, Vik wished me success and happiness with Vincent. After a while, the time has already come up for Lena to walk down the ail. She walked her first steps and glimpsed throughout the chapel, and every guest was smiling and sobbing because it was a wonderful moment. After the whole ceremony, Lena replied yes, and she finally became Lena Kwananza Maxwell.

Vincent "Vinny" Maxwell returned to Los Santos from a long visit to Western Australia. As his mother recently passed away from cancer, and Vinny had to head back to Australia to deal with the funeral arrangements and sort out some family issues. After a couple of weeks after the funeral, Vincent had to pack his things and say his goodbyes to everyone and get ready to head back to Los Santos. A week back in Los Santos, Vincent decided to apply for the Downtown Cab Company to earn money to pay his rent and cover his living expenses. He wanted to purchase a vehicle that he could get around the City. Vincent had his eyes set on a car called - The Karin Sultan RS, a rally sports car. That vehicle was everything Vincent wanted in life. The Downtown Cab Company did not interest him as the work had many limitations and rules. Vincent gathered numerous speeding tickets due to drifting in the company vehicles around the City, and it got him in lots of trouble. It didn't take long until Vincent saved up the money for his vehicle. The last owner of - The Karin Sultan RS continued to change the price of the car and caused difficulties for Vincent, but he finally settled on a price. The next day, Vincent went out to the last owner and signed the papers to make the purchase official. Vincent spent all his free time working on the Sultan RS, preparing the vehicle ready for the streets, and spending thousands of dollars on new parts. He worked on the car by himself and replaced a majority of the vehicle's engine bay with up-to-date performance parts. A month passes, and Vincent had finished working on the Sultan RS. The Sultan RS was finally ready to hit the streets of Los Santos. He knew about street race occurring on the weekend at nightfall. After a while, Vincent decided to enter the competition. That race had a huge reward with lots of fellow racers joining. The race day comes, Vincent is getting excited about the race because it was different from anything that he had experienced before, but he was confident in his driving skills. He managed to get second place in the race and win $57,000 in prize money. The money - that Vincent won from the street race allowed him to leave his job at the Downtown Cab Company. A while after resigning from his job at the Downtown Cab Company, he ran into a man named Rock Miller. He was a Rookie in a gang called MS-13. Vincent got Rock's number, and he began hanging around with him. It did not take long for Rock Miller to introduce Vincent to - VikStav Zarkovic, the underlord of MS-13. VikStav and Vincent began to speak occasionally about a possible job for him. This only took few days until VikStav dragged him into a gathering at Kortz Centre, providing Vincent a chance to prove himself to the fellow members and high-command. The last couple of weeks, he has been working with MS-13, providing the organization with anything that is needed for fellow members. It has been dangerous and adventure dealing with opposing gangs to life-threatening gang fights, yet he loves the atmosphere and his fellow gang members. He has slowly climbed the ranks within the organization and is currently a Falcon. Vincent has earned the trust of most of the high-command due to his commitment and dedication to the gang, and it has allowed him to start ordering large shipments of illegal weapons into the city, giving him a way to make income.
