NLR Notification & Radius

Fairly simple.

• Body
  • Add a notification if your body is rendered on your client or if you are within a 3 (city) block range of your body.
  • Continue to notify every 10 seconds until it no longer does.
• Area
  • Add a red radial zone on the map where you died for 30 minutes.
  • If you enter this zone, you will receive the same notifications.

Add /clearnlr ## for admins, if players use the same command, it will tell how much time is left before it is cleared.

Waking up at pillbox should be accompanied with a /time command automatically. IMO.

-1 I see this being exploited too much. You can do the /time command when you end up at Pillbox. Having a radius and timer would only allow people to exploit it and return anyways.
