LancelotTheKing Posted August 13, 2017 Report Share Posted August 13, 2017 I think they should implement a command to open up a newbie chat that the whole server can see and respond in just to help the work load for the admins so they're free to handle more serious situations that require urgent attention. Admins don't usually answer these questions as that is what the support role is for, but if they have time to spare they may be able to help. isBrainDed Posted August 16, 2017 Report Share Posted August 16, 2017 You say use /report when there is like 5 support IG and it takes 5 minutes for someone to answer, and when they answer they say they weren't daring to answer as their rank was not high enough, but being support they should have easier access to talk to high command and then report back down to the player. All support staff do have easy access to communicate with higher ups. Support members should also not be responding to reports in which they cannot deal with...
