As someone who has run one of the only successful loan companies in Los Santos, who understands exactly how much effort and business acumen it takes to be successful within the industry, I will offer 4 million at most for this. @Paulo has made what I would call an extremely generous offer, which if he has not already withdrawn, I would recommend taking. If Paulo has changed his mind, my 4 million dollar offer stands. 

I am uncertain what lead you to re-sell this business only 3 days later, but I would imagine the understanding of risk and difficulty was realized.
