If I'm happy with a bid I'll take it. I'm in no rush to sell as I still use it daily. If a bid is nice enough or I need the cash I will accept it. If you're interested enough you'll follow the post and bid to get the house.

I had the exact experience with another owner. Majority of the house owner there aren’t that interested to sell (they like to see their value) and when they do, it’s fast. Good luck! 1

If I don't accept a bid for 800k one week, why would I accept it the following week? If you really want the house offer me something more 1

Sorry if you get a tag for this and it annoys you, but I was in the same shoes as you @Chrisy but when we list something on here we don’t want to “see it’s value” we are just wanting to sell our house that we spent a bit on and know what we can get for it. I was in the same shoes as Chrisy and I wanted to get at least 900k+ so I waited like 2 weeks and ignored officers I didn’t like, and now I’ve sold it for 890k. So we don’t just want “to see it’s value” we just want what it’s worth and the truth is, a lot of people low ball on the forums because they want to flip it. So we wait until someone actually wants it for the use and they will pay top dollar. 1

House in mirror park go for 800k+ so obviously anything lower is not even worth mentioning. Owners in mirror park loves to see their house value climb. I have seen many listing of houses in mirror park on this listing when I was looking for one and majority of them aren't THAT serious to sell. I mean he just said it himself that he is in no rush since he also is still using it. Don't get me wrong I see no issues in this it's up to him to do what he wants. I was sort of talking to those that really wants a house there. If they really want a house and not trying to buy it at the lowest price to resell it higher then your best bet is to actually go and visit the blip.
