I understand everything and how it works, I don’t understand why put something up for sale with no motivation to sell it, he is not active with people interested or trying to counter offer some bids

No where does it say he is going to sell it at X amount of dollars or to a specific person because they asked for it.. You have to bid the highest! that means spending more dough than the next guy, and I can see you are not bidding... 1
