  1. General Store - Assured 24/7 In a significant development for Assured Services, James Hawkes recently concluded the acquisition of a general store located in Chumash, adjacent to the Pacific Bluff Club. Formerly owned by Hector Mayfield, James considers it an honor to assume ownership of the establishment, having had the privilege of meeting Hector early in his arrival to the city. The store was renamed Assured 24/7, keeping the 'A' on the door as a subtle nod to its predecessor, Arcadius 24/7. The store represents a significant milestone and a strategic addition to Assured Services' assets. With plans in motion to expand and diversify its offerings, Assured 24/7 is poised to honor its legacy while also contributing to the company's future growth and community involvement.

  5. Hawkes Through The Years 2023 marks James Hawkes 5th year in Los Santos and while going through old pictures he found a picture of his squadron while in the military and remembered how far he has come. Hawkes was born in Canada and mastered psychology, soon after he joined the military following his family’s path. It wouldn’t be long that Hawkes left the military after questioning his career after a death in the family. He felt the need to leave Canada for Los Santos, a place he visited on vacation while he was young. Searching for the joy he once had when he was a child. After settling for an apartment he noticed a helicopter flying around the city which led him to join LSPD. Hawkes had always had a passion for aviation after his career in the military and therefore he focused his career in LSPD to become a pilot himself. Eventually James was able to buy his first house in mirror park where he always wanted to live and made multiple friends along the way. Having his own house James started to have interest in building his own company and notice that business in the city didn't have much branding thus creating LogoSource; a company focus on logo creation. Eventually he became partner with Arcadius Loan Company. This new company led him to many business owners however one stood out more than the others; a man with a company named Assured Services, Paulo Witherfork. At first he was to simply design this company’s branding but little did he know that Paulo Witherfork would become not only his partner but a good friend! Paulo was not only a successful business owner but also a Sergeant in LSSD which led to James transferring to LSSD. Not only did James join LSSD to patrol his friend but also being part of a new department and helping on the newly developed division, the Sheriff’s Air Support Division. After many acquisitions and plentiful of events Assured Services grew to become the biggest company in Los Santos therefore Paulo and James started to have their hands full which led to their retirement to focus on the business side of Los Santos. Today James has joined the government after he was excited to see the city bringing aviation to the public since aviation has always been a passion of his. He believes the potential of this could be very beneficial to Assured Services. He therefore joined the Government in the Aviation Administration to help this new administration.

  7. Future Establishment Assured Services is in process of establishing a law firm; Assured Law. In connection with this new division Paulo Witherfork and James Hawkes met at the newly constructed City Hall that now includes the court house. On their arrival James and Paulo encountered Judith Mason. Judith Mason was also in visiting the new City Hall and therefore James and Paulo toke this opportunity to let her know about Assured Law. The moment they were all about to walk around to visit they noticed Matthew Burns and Jimmithy Jemima were also visiting and they joined them. Paulo got in a room that seem to be private meeting room and right away he mentioned how he needed this table at the Bluff Tower Office. While the visitation James talked to Samantha Tenbe and Johnny Bmore about the future of aviation commercialization with the new aviation administration. James has always been a helicopter enthusiast and has work with Air Support Division, he would love to bring this service to the public. Eventually Paulo had to leave due to a meeting. James however stayed with Judge Mason, Matthew and Jimmithy and went to visit the new Mall. On the balcony of the mall James received a phone call from Sai Modi to discuss further about Assured Law. To discuss more about the subject James went back to the office. Sai seems to have a lot of interest in this new division therefore they set up a future meeting with Judge Daniels for specification on public law firms. Chief Executive Officer - Paulo Witherfork "The day provided great insight for myself and James. Having the opportunity to speak to officials from both the Central Government and Courts was educational for us both and helped give some clarity on uncertainties. In the build up to establishing our law firm and aviation division we spent the day making our way around the newly refurbished city hall and Mall where we bumped into prominent individuals such as Judge Mason. Having the opportunity to talk to Assured Law candidates helped to reaffirm commitment towards creating Los Santos' leading law firm. We look forward to the coming weeks and month were we hope to maintain this momentum in expanding our range of subsidiaries."
  8. Relay Rally Race The team of Assured Services was invited by Burnout Nation Car Club to join their private event; a relay rally race at the winds farm. James Hawkes and Blair Allison met just before to dust off their Kamacho after being stored for a long time and enjoy some off road while Asbjorn Schmidt was setting up the vehicles. Once arrived the vehicles were already setup and ready to go! Don Mozzerella and Gareth Longford were the first to start the race with Gareth setting the bar high. Blair and Peter Stanford were next but were not fast enough. Sanjay Devils and James went on head to head. First lap was very close but James decided to do a crazy stunt to jump on Sanjay's BF400 and failed. Marco Davis and Asbjorn were next to race. They both followed each other and were very competitive following each other the whole rally. Asbjorn toke first place with Marco right behind him with second place. Eventually Paulo Witherfork arrived to the event, still hope for Assured Service to win, Paulo start the race and secured the third place making Burnout victorious.
  9. PACIFIC BLUFFS CAR MEET 2ND EDITION When you think of Assured Services, our legendary record breaking events should spring to mind. To kickstart 2022, the Assured Team returned to their most prominent event and brought it back to the state. On a beautiful Saturday morning, hundreds of eagers attendees swarmed the carpark of Pacific Bluffs to participate in this years car show. Following last years turnout, everyone was excited to see who would take the mantle this year! Seeing as it's one of our largest events we host, it only seemed fitting to turn to our longest serving and most loyal friends at Burnout & Diablos MC for their assistance. Unsurprising they both were more than happy to help but what did come as a surprise was the contributions both groups made. Diablos MC offered up a breath-taking $100,000 and Burnout provided an extremely generous $75,000. Furthermore, one of Assured Services most recent subsidiaries, HeavyFlow also pitched in offering up some luxury vehicles at a cheap price for this years raffle. All together this prize pool accumulated over $500,000 in value making it one of our highest yet! While the sun rose over the roof-top of Pacific Bluffs, the carpark was a hive of activity with flocks of people jamming to DJ Asbo's legendary tunes, viewing the magnificent turnout of vehicles, enjoying refreshments from Diablos John McArthur or socializing with fellow car enthusiasts. As always, Paulo had selected a diverse panel of judges ranging from Corporate Executives, Motorbike Riders, Racing Professionals & Vehicle dealers to judge this competition in an as fair way as possible. While the judges wandered around the carpark it became apparent that this year was especially challenging to judge with such a diverse range of new and unique vehicles all with different customizations, however after 30 minutes of judging they'd managed to narrow the selection down to 3 top vehicles! Congratulations to Giovanni Rossa on 3rd place Bruce Hensley on 2nd Place Hanzo Devil on taking the top spot! In addition to our 3 car show winners we would also like to congratulate "Like" Kourtney Lafleur on winning our Cinquemila and Katie Schneider on taking home a brand new Jubilee. Throughout the event, Paulo James and Marco were all showed with Praise over the amazing coordination and planning which had gone into the event. This years car show truly met up to the standards we'd been maintaining over the last year and secured it's place as one of our most profound events to date. Chief Executive Officer - Paulo Witherfork
  10. PLANNING UPCOMING EVENTS During the meeting around the boardroom table of Maze Bank West, the decision of future events was presented. The executives settle on a perfect occasion to celebrate new vehicles with non other than one of our most successful events, The Pacific Bluffs Car Meet 2nd Edition! After concluding the details, the possibility renting the club was also mentioned. Soon after the meeting James ask Marco to help him make a picture for the events with new vehicles that just arrived at Heavy Flow dealership. Marco and James setup the vehicles in front of Pacific Bluffs entrance and took many pictures of different angles. Immediately after the pictures were taken, James went to his office to work on a design for the event's poster and came up with something similar yet different. After the first design, James went for a quick coffee break and noticed the abstract poster hanging next to bar he went straight into designing an ad to help promote Pacific Bluffs renting options with a similar abstract feel.
  11. Could be interesting but I would be careful not the make the VIP subscription turn this server to a pay to win because lets not forgot that donations are to support the server not a quid pro quo. The Kamacho is now obsolete especially without the VIP fuel efficiency.
