Player owned trailers.

Recommended Posts

Player owned trailers, each trailer would have 500-1000KG of Inventory space ( if not more )

Could be spawned and despawned like regular vehicles in your garage.

This could improve RP in many ways, and also make it easier for people to transport bigger loads of things ( such are Ore ) at a time.

Trailers would be for sale at dealerships like regular vehicles.

+-1 I think this could be nice but honestly I don't know if I think the community is mature enough for this, we would probably just have them scattered all over the place, people robbing anyone with one, and just overall chaos... interesting, but probably not reasonable.

Add: The Ability for dealerships to sell trailers ( Semi-truck trailers )

Trailers would have unique license plates, just like cars. And would be able to be parked just like you park your cars.
I'm thinking the trailer would have a storage of 1000, depending on the type.
Totalling at 1500 storage with a semi + trailer.

I think it would be really cool, and fun to be able to own your own trailer, and haul whatever you like.
Furniture, weapons, drugs?

Could add to the RP.

The problem is that when you access a large vehicle; the pounder and the mule for example. There are way too few inventory slots. Even with 500 Vol you need around 5 bags for furniture  to get 500/500 vol.

Ohhh i hadnt thought about that. They should add more in that case to be honest. Maybe double the grid? And you'd just scroll down.
What do you think about actually adding personal trailers tho? Yay or nay?

+1 I could see this being used on all sides of rp, along with player owned delivery companies etc.

Warehouses currently have an inventory of 5000 volume with a scrollable bar as mentioned above. Perhaps 1/5th of this would be realistic for large scale trailer as you wouldn't want to fill an entire warehouse worth on contents in 2 trips.
