Bring back /togglebloodFX, please!

With all the new changes happening at once I haven't caught up with everything, but after being hurt I noticed the new Blood FX and I feel like the effect is too much for the screen. Having a toggle will give people the option of having the blood FX on or off, for crims we end up getting hurt a LOT more than legals and this will affect us more. So having the toggle gives everyone the option. 

The blood FX is not a bad idea, but I don't like how much of my screen is covered.

Wierdly all the blood fx are where the UI is, and now the UI is teeny tiny. no one wants this.

BloodFX was players preference with /togglebloodFX, It should remain that way and not be forced upon everyone.

+1 A regular occurrence in medical rp was having to tell players how to toggle the effects off so they could respond to rp.  This makes rp harder without adding real value to it imo.
