Repairing a car you have perm keys to thats not yours

I think this is a good idea. I also agree with Silky. If you have permanent keys you should be able to pay for repairs. This also would help when people rent cars from others

This is me semi spitballing here. I could be wrong. but this has already been suggested DOZENS of times and never implemented. Devs are clearly aware of the desire and have either chosen not to implement it because of one of 2 reasons. either they cant, or they dont want to. It dosent look like a hard thing to implement so im trying to come up with the reason they dont want to. this makes the most sense.

Nope, youre right, maybe on an ooc level it does make sense. but as is so often the case, ooc  reasoning isnt everything.

Either way. This has already been suggested probably at least 3 times a year since I joined. it never goes anywhere. so either devs are straight heckin deaf or they are making a conscious decision to shelve this. Ill leave the finer points to yourselves.

This is something that has been needed for a while, if you have keys you should be able to repair the car. This would be helpful for everyone, especially those who like to rent out their vehicles.

I think this would be easy to do script wise, instead of checking if the person is the owner, it could check if the player has keys to the vehicle
