Hello, This suggestion is very short because it's not a major gameplay change or rule change. Simply as it stands, it is very hard to see where an unclaimed turf ends or begins, and as well seeing what said turf encapsulates if it is within a turf "bubble" The suggestion is to darken the Territory Overlay slightly and add borders to distinguish which areas belong to which turf.. Example of what it's like now: Very hard to see what turfs are right here. Transparent White on Light Gray, very difficult to see Right here however, very easy to see the turfs because of contrast. But, small problem, which turf is which and how big is any singular turf here and would it connect to my turf if I take one of them? Overall, I like being able to see all of them, but as it stands, it's not a very accessible thing. Also, I don't personally have colourblindness, but I could imagine that it's even more of a pain in the bottom for people with the condition. People with colourblindness, feel free to correct me.

Literal Skill Issue. Many crims kill cops on the regular with single mags. Ask Vangaurd, Ask Irish, Ask Lost MC, They regularly do it. You know why? Because their members have all spent time improving their clapping ability on DM servers, They can aim and they know how to position. Next gunfight we're in, i'm gunna watch you and see if you run into the middle of the area and call you out on it if you don't think that's the case. No, what it does is ensure that newer players aren't all flocking to single gangs. It also gives incentives to players being more protective and selective with their recruitment. Recruiting for numbers has and always will be whack, and now there's incentive to promote quality members instead of players who don't know anything. Newer players should use their first weeks to be learning the rules before they make ANY desicion as to whether or not they should go Legal or Crim, and certainly should be making a name for themselves if they want to be joining already highly recognized and highly respected gangs. The Cartel doesn't wanna ICly work with someone who recruits George Smith 19m from Birmingham who gets put in the slammer every weekend for drunk driving. Why would they want you to promote that kind of standard on an OOC level? Tragic right?

Get good with something that isn't a .50. Don't rely on your heavies. Show off your "skill" for once. Larger gangs have larger command teams which should be able to reasonably keep their members in line. If you can't do that, Useless command shouldn't be command. Finally you actually need to pick and choose who's going to be good for the faction's health instead of just having radio freqs where you call each other slurs all day!

To follow up on this, The changes are literally being rolled out? Have you not been paying attention to the Development logs? I guess things are just moving too slowly for your fast paced liking. Shame that change doesn't happen overnight. An automated script that has predetermined locations. You can't just say "Okay Drop go at these coordinates yeeet" It doesn't work like that. If weapons, Things that can already be ordered, but in a decently large amount, such as Pistols, No special weapons or heavies unless it's offered by the Cartel specifically in return for recovering the goods. Or just make it Ammo, Kevlar, and Attachments.

It's been done twice, both situations ended up as effectively Purge Night moments for the server, There is a reason they haven't done them again, and it's because the mentality regarding this hasn't gotten better, it's gotten worse. More and more Crims are shooting first and asking questions later. Now the GTA events FM were doing? Goated, Great, That was a successful concept, because there were IC stakes such as getting your shit rocked by The Cartel if you drew attention to them. You had a reason to follow the rules set forth by them. What's the incentive to follow Cartel rules here? None. You're in the middle of the ocean on a deserted island 30 deep amongst at most 10 factions. Lag would be hell, DM would be rampant, and there's literally 0 reason for ANYONE to follow IC rules laid out, So naturally some more trigger happy players will inevitably catch Punishments. If you can figure out a way to account for Lag and C0ing, and then the fact that people play this server like a game of Search and Destroy on Afghan, Then perhaps there's be more support. -1

+1 Doing Crime while on the job is the easiest way to get fired IRL. You are not a gang banger while wearing your job uniform, You are a Burger Flipper / Money deliveryperson / bus driver etc If you wanna do hood rat shit with your friends, clock off, and go do it. I think this Idea is neat! It eliminates the Powergaming that is already done by people who do /do bzzzt after texting someone even if their phone is off! (Stop doing that shit)

Yes because now there are 10+ labs that rotate and are back within hours of another one being shut down. My two cents that nobody has asked for: Just simply be more aware of your surroundings. You see DB and SIB adapting to blend in with your meta guns? Change your meta guns. You see DB and SIB rolling around undercover in Meta cars such as Comet Retros, Paragons, etc... Change up what you drive. “Where there is unity, there is always victory” -Publilius Syrus Act cohesively as has been done before, and you'll come out on top, as has been done before. Not everything needs to be enforced on an OOC level when the things that are being highlighted on BOTH sides as being meddlesome or issues, can simply be solved by an IC change in approach.
