The use of haircutting is an issue I have wanted to address on ECRP for some time. I have reflected on this a great deal as I want to avoid making game-wide suggestions that are influenced solely on my own personal values. However, after having a number of discussions with other female ECRP players from many walks of life I feel this is a seriously important recommendation to put forward to the larger community. I would really like to see the command for haircutting entirely removed from ECRP (or altered in a significant way). In my experience it is never used following appropriate IC RP escalation and has become the go-to method for male (and some female) players to shame, embarrass, and harass female (identifying) players. Not only is it degrading ICly it then requires the victim to travel to a salon and pay for new hair again (which isn't very RP to begin with). Most of the time, if not always, these players have been robbed and thus have no means of transportation and potentially no money. And while we'd like to think ECRP is just a game and the things that happen in-game shouldn't matter to us personally, its ignorant not to consider the context that haircutting has for some people. Just like the use of rape or torture, haircutting is often deeply tied to religious, cultural, and historical frameworks that have significance to lots of people for many reasons - most of whom are women, and most of which are regarding shame and purity. Here are a few suggestions: 1. treat haircutting like ERP and require consent from all parties (requiring a consensual script activation similar to /frisk) 2. remove the command all-together and require haircutting to be only-RP 3. have a special item (e.g., scissors) that can cut hair that can only be purchased in a salon for a significant amount of money (this could prevent a lot of frivolous non-RP haircutting) 4. remove haircutting all together I really, really hope that this suggestion is well received and is considered by ECRP decision makers. I welcome all input - please be kind!

Modify ((Tabbed Out)) Toggle or Make it a Command.

+1 I feel people have already begun misusing this feature by both targeting players with it shown above their head (e.g., people who are 'down', highway patrol) or purposefully alt-tabbing in a sticky situation to give themselves more time. I like both ideas for having a command and the option to set an AFK tag above your person (used sparingly of course). -

Cars to stay on map longer after logout or random car spawns.

+1 I have wanted random cars to be spawned in the city forever. I am so glad you suggested it! -
+1 This is a great idea.

I don't think charging people to park their RV's in this way is feasible. A lot of new players use RV's as their first home. It could be possible to charge a fee of some kind but I think it would have to be a relatively modest one. It would be cool if a player could purchase some land in the desert or one of the unused parking garages to open their own trailer park.

Refill water bottles at more water sources

+1 Definitely agree with 2 types of water - one for drinking, one for drugs. -
+1 I agree with a lot of the other commenters - 60 minutes is probably too much but 20 or 30 minutes would improve gameplay. I also agree that it would be nice if the game recognized other forms of in-game interaction such playing poker, fishing, interacting with others etc.

+1 I agree - it would be ideal if the server offered a legal method of parking RV's for players. Whether the parking work like the public garage where the RV is stored "in the cloud" and is unusable until taken out and/or there is an RV park where people can park and leave their RV's like homes. RV's are often a newcomers first home and it would be super cool to see ECRP implement something that would ensure people can use them legally.
