From my perspective, the reporting party had already engaged in a lengthy pursuit and had repeatedly brake-checked multiple pursuing units throughout the incident. At the point shown in the clip, the reporting party's vehicle was stalled on the hillside and was unable to continue moving. There were already several units positioned below on the roadway. My intention was not to ram the vehicle off the mountain or cause it to flip. I made light contact with the side of the vehicle in an attempt to get it rolling back down toward the units below so the pursuit could continue and the suspect could be contained. Given the position of the vehicle and the low speed involved, I did not expect the vehicle to overturn as a result of the contact. The vehicle rolling and flipping was not my intention. My goal was simply to move the stalled vehicle back toward the units below and continue the scene.

Most places in front of the property will have this issue. I've also tried different doors, different storage items and it all seems to have the same problem with the UI not showing up. I noticed that when I place furniture behind and beside my house I can access it. I just can't access it when it's anywhere in front of the house.
