  1. Hello! My character is currently in the midst of filing an IA report because of an OOC Script Issue. The Script Issue is that there is no where for officers to put confiscated personal belongings of players who are incarcerated to temporary hold them until they are released, instead they are put into "evidence" and this is told to players IC'ly, how is a crate and radio evidence to a reckless operations? This is not valid RP, those are my legal belongings and PD has no right to hold them past my incarceration, however, they are forced to either wait with the items on them (Unreasonable) or place them into evidence where they are deleted (also unreasonable, players are losing legally acquired guns this way, this will end up with their permit revoke because PD is IC'ly stealing their weapons essentially). Im always told "you'll get it back", never do. SOLUTION: Police have 2 evidence lockups per presinct, one large warehoused, one in their department. Evidence room will have a Y menu with access to TWO types of boxes , one 200vol evidence boxes and one 100vol belongings box. DOC will contain only personal belongings boxes. Boxes are looked up by name, current id on the server, or Stranger_UNIQUEID. If there is a large amount of evidence, the PD will have to organize and take the evidence to a larger warehousing location and store it there. I think this large warehousing will allow some interesting RP if PD does a large drug bust, and needs to move the product and secure evidence for final charges and what not. When players are released, they can then go to their arresting department or once they are released from DOC and request their belongings. I hope you guys like this idea, I know it is very much needed and wanted by both police and criminal RP'ers alike.
  2. Huge +1
  3. Hi, I believe the city and players should be able to have access to trash cans within their homes and around the city, whether or not these cans eventually get added into the scripting of the garbage job really depends on the difficulty of the coding (that would be ideal however for RP sakes). Anyways, I am tired of walking through the city and seeing trash everywhere, I HATE littering but in LS there is no other choice. We are forced to just toss our bottles, clothes and empty plastic onto the ground and wait for server restart to clear it up. What I am proposing is that a new furniture item is added to the store which is a trash can, with 50vol, 6 unit storage. This storage is a temporary storage, and depending on the integration will either build up trash bags to be picked up outside of the house (or can if placed within the city), or will simply delete the items after an amount of time. These cans should then also be added around the city to our population RP locations (Banks, drops, pier, stores,), I think this would aid in not only the cleanliness of the city, but allowed more proper RP situations to take place. Players could do dead drops in trash cans, use to dispose of evidence, or just keep the city clean and refreshing. I hope you guys enjoy this idea too
  4. Adding some kind of /placeobject or /storeobject command into whatever inventory the player currently has open would also cut down on admin reports, as I'm sure there's still scenarios where players accidently place too many of these persistent items and become stuck because they have the max amount of items dropped, but they are still carrying a bag. And thus cannot pick anything up and is stuck until an admin or another player OOC'ly helps them. Also a big plus to realism as OP said, if the target storage has the vol capacity, you should be able to directly place it into the storage.
  5. Was actually coming here to post a report about this exact same thing, I lost a table to it, very frustrating. I will provide this report with the evidence required. Here is the clip done with a CF Crate without full inventory and then a clip with full inventory, you will see it deletes the item instead of dropping to ground like it should. Empty space and crate returns to inventory (regardless of original item location) No empty space and crate simply gets deleted. I can submit evidence of me losing the table, but I dont think its value is enough to meet refund requirements.
  6. +++++1 to all these, the only addition that I would make is to also not force stop the bus as soon as a pixel touches the bus stop area, currently buses are forcibly stopped in the middle of the road, and with the implementation of the countdown timers at stops I feel this is doable.
  7. +1 I would like to be able to have my character smoke without chain smoking a pack every minute from how the animation plays. Makes every look like some kind of fiend, and as such I don't think I've ever seen a player use the current smoke animation.
  8. +1 have my own post on this as well
  9. Date and time (provide timezone): From beginning of June till now. Character name: Swarles Barkley Issue/bug you are reporting: Rental Trucks from the trucker port have no rental quality, no charge per time/km/damage accumulated Expected behavior: I would expect that I would be charged either a flat rate on the time or KM i have the truck out, since it is a rental, and then charged an additional surcharge given the state of the vehicle when I return it. These trucks in my opinion should be rentals, not provided vehicles like farming or what have you. (Game describes it as a rental as well) Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: I dont think evidence is necessary, simply take out a truck and there is no accumulation. Vehicle license plate number*: N/A
  10. -1 Would like to see the storage available in the car
  11. I believe we should at the very least be able to also refill our bottles at artificial sources of water within our homes (Kitchen, Bathrooms). I would suggest also being able to refill from public drinking fountains (the main ones in like banks or cities) and also at bars like Tequi-la-la but not sure if this is too widescope. So lets try to start with within our homes!
  12. From a motovlogger I follow, this is him teaching his 4 year old daughter how to ride.
