After nearly a month of constant construction, the day has come where we have decided to open the doors to our beautiful facility for all to see and hopefully get some networking options underway. We have decided that this event would need to be fully planned out and coordinated with tasks to ensure all of our bases were met. Soon before the gates opened, Pokey PeGoGo the clown showed up, that was our signal to open the gates. With a DJ custom mixing her music, dancing coming full swing, a foodtruck line as far as the eye can see, and overall happiness - the event was doing just amazing. Shortly after the event started, a head count was done within the crowd and an official attendance of 182 people came to our opening tour to support us and our work. A true happy day and moment for the family. This is when a commencement speech was done to welcome everyone and talk about the intentions of the theatre along with the ways to book it. After the speech, the doors to the facility were opened and the Information Booth was lining with people. It was all coming together. Blossoming conversation inside the walls of this beautful theatre, bars being sang in the studio with a metronome booming in the background, and overall just positive feelings around the whole property. In a world where challenges seem insurmountable, finding support and true friendship can make all the difference.Throughout his journey, Scoobie has encountered countless hurdles and obstacles. However, what sets him apart is the immense gratitude he holds for the support he has received from his friends. These friends, who believe in his abilities and dreams, have become his pillars of strength. Scoobie's friends not only cheer him on from the sidelines but actively stand up for him, providing unwavering support when he faces challenges. Their belief in his potential fuels his motivation, empowering him to push beyond his limits and strive for greatness. That is the reason Scoobie values his bestowed friendships, this theatre would not be anything but a dirt pile if it wasnt for his amazing support system and family who bends their back for progress and Flarg. Nearing the end of the event, with about 60 people still in the area. A known member of a gang the Bathsheba's have had trouble with prior, The Rooks, came in and began to scream obscenities. This member being Harley Pavlovich. Screaming things such as "Fuck Flarg, Hail Boofa" many times over. Being asked to leave along with many other people supporting the Bathsheba family, she began to get more hostile and negligent of her reality. Scoobie screaming at her to leave, following her to the middle of the street where she would pull a knife out on him. She would then return, running into the parking lot up to the Information Booth, screaming her hate speech once again. Scoobie swung on her twice and would chase her out of the facility along with 20 other people chasing her too. She would escape by car and would rather return inside the theatre to shout obscenties again. Scoobie is done. Scoobie is also confused. No one has ever met this member before, how does she know Flarg? How does she know Boofa? Scoobie begins to questions. Scoobie, also hurt again by the Rooks, being bullies and runiners of anything good. Scoobie would call his friend, BERK-O-TITZ, and would ask him about the situation in which he would tell Scoobie "[REDACTED]". Scoobie would agree. Again confused though, Scoobie was at Pearl's two hours earlier with a bunch of Rooks laughing and hanging out, getting to know some of the people he hadnt met prior. It finally felt his family and this bully gang would be friends again, but nope. Not only to ruin good things for his family, but they once again went against everything they have told Scoobie and his family. As told by [REDACTED], Scoobie thought the Rooks never lied, what happened to that? I guess some people only want to tear down others for an ounce of attention, but Scoobie cannot bare this being an occurence that happened for literally no reason. An odd predicament Scoobie is in. I guess he will just wait longer for a response from his connection in Rooks, if they even care to hurdle the sheep Scoobie see's on a day-to-day basis. As the lot empties out and the sounds become quiet, Scoobie has some reflecting of how he percieves this event and what he should do next.

For some time now, Scoobie has been waiting for this day in court. It has been a wild set of stipulations and a crazy ride that has brought everything to this very moment. The stats for this case are below: Start Date: 28/NOV/2022 End Date: 10/JUN/2023 Days Pending: 194 Days Pending Month Equivalent: 6.49 Months Pending # of Times Case Has Been Rescheduled: 5 Times Attorney: SEERIUS RAVEEN (Cyrus Raven) Presiding Judge: Huge R. Allgoodey Bag (Hugh R. Allgood) Verdict: NOT GUILTY What started out as something so benign, a slow progression of facility and government corruption based on "assumption" turned Scoobie into a focused citizen to beat this case he was charged for. For context, here is the court submission: After nearly 6 months of sitting on this case and several attempts of scheduling, the defense and prosecution teams were able to confirm a date and time. This being June 10th, 2023 at 3pm. A stipulation though, the prosecution will be arguing to add the charge Perjury as they do not believe Scoobie and think he is making up his entire story. Anyways, the day has come. Prior to the case, Scoobie met with his attorney to go over what the game plan is and what is going to be expected of Scoobie and his gang. Cyrus tells Scoobie that he should go on the stand to testify in which Scoobie immediately jumped on the pedal to say yes. As a heated trial and cross-examination ensues, the Bathshebas remain strong and wait. The verdict gets read out and is within the Bathshebas favor under the basis that Scoobie was charged with doubt and room for misconception. Scoobie would receive $7500 for the time lost when he served his sentence in conjunction with the fines he had to pay out. Scoobie was not aware of this newfound history. Since Tyquan has been on his grind to release a new album, he has opened up in his religious story. Unbeknownst to Scoobie, there were two Apostle's Flarg has sent to Earth in hopes to conjure the less fortunate communities through worship music, some would call this modern day hip-hop and rap. These two apostles are named Dayvon Bennett and Durk Derrick Banks, better known as King Von and Lil Durk. On a journey of his own way his own type of music, Scoobie was delighted to hear such prominent rappers in the game were believers of the same faith Scoobie was leading. Scoobie was about to plan on dropping some heat with an AK in the studio [REDACTED] with some EP's about his private battles in his head. The beats and lyrics inspired by both Von and Dirk. Jiggin' In Da Jag: An intense reverberation of Scoobie's old life in the criminal world where violence took over his ambition for his family and the road to a successful "person for the people" goal he has always had. Crazy Brazy Bitch: A high tempo'd recount of Scoobie's first love and how she began to twist the ego of a Prophet into a something its not. Nearly destroying Scoobie's motivation for Flarg, Scoobie leaves an abusive situation for the people of Los Santos. Lost In My Head: Slowed beat with an emotional insight of how Scoobie values his friendships. After losing a family member to the streets where gang life was more attractive than the word of Flarg, Scoobie feels berated under a notion that he lost not only a family member, but a dear friend who he still loves. With a new studio in the run, Scoobie and King Quan keep running nights in the studio with friends who surround them in support and ideas for their lines. This is something that Scoobie is so happy for, the studio constantly feels full and lively. While something Scoobie could never imagine himself rapping, he now feels that releasing a few things would honor the believed apostles of Flarg. While these beats were not Von or Dirks, the lyrics and style by both "Scoob Da Baby Goob" and "King Quan" are heavily influenced by these artists. Scoobie is a family man. He is. He jumps to their rescue even if it means he is put in danger and would do anything for his family, even if people on the surface dont see it. Scoobie has always longed for a large family - as many brother and sisters he could possibly have. When he met his newest best friends BRUCEY LYNCH and NI CO LYNCH, he knew they were bestest friends 4 lyfe. When Scoobie ran into NI CO LYNCH, he was introduced to a professional business woman, ALLAH LEE, who would then become one of Scoobie's bestest friends and someone Scoobie would lean on for ideas regarding the new theatre. With a social circle sprouting, Scoobie would be more involved and connected with the Lynch brothers and Allie on a daily basis. From coming to see new additions to the theatre to rooftop terrace parties, a bond that Scoobie appreciated began to sprout heavenly. Scoobie called up NI CO one day, pondering if he should ask him something oh so important, but it was a large ask. And it wasnt a favor, it wasnt a small little blah blah speech, Scoobie wanted to ask if he had NI CO's permission to put his last name, Lynch, in his middle name. Scoobie would muster up the courage and would send the phone call, NI CO would answer and would be soon on his way to hear what Scoobie's question was. As NI CO approached in his blasting red car, Scoobie becomes nervous and filled with anxiety. Scoobie stutters at the sight of a confused look on NI CO's face and in one breath asks the questions. NI CO sits for a second, blanked face, looking at Scoobie and would ultimately give the privledege to Scoobie, making him his new brother. Scoobie did it! Since Scoobie is emailing more with the Theatre being a fully legal operating business, he has changed his email signature to fit the new name change. **Important Upcoming Information** This for Scoobie means a life with new family, a life with new people to have around his church family. People to grow old with, to share memories with, to protect and love when in need. Because of this, Scoobie has already started his screenwrite for his new upcoming production, Brothers: A Walk To Remember. While this is long from its debut, this live production will follow Scoobie's venture and journey to finding brothers that enjoy him and his family's presence. While no date is placed yet, a script is in the works and will be made available to public viewing within the next few months. The Bathsheba Family Studio Productions Director of Talent Managment, Dewk Bathsheba, will be disclosing showtimes and how many shows will be had when time comes closer in the development in this project.

Days have passed. Grief is strong and wonder is high. Will Scoobie be able to rekindle the friendships he is debating on cutting? The following days have been full of meetings, temptations, negotiations, and balancing. Scoobie had some conversation with LOLLY in which she organized a meet-up with the two culprits of the previous day, JAKKY and TREVIR. In their meetup, the two apologized to Scoobie. JAKKY begging on her knees to be unbanned from the theatre and their future events. While Scoobie nods in appreciation to the apology, he chose to keep the two on the ban list. He outlines that he does NOT want bad blood or violence, that he is a family man who wants only a loving community for his family to indulge in. Afterall, the Bathsheba Family has very close ties to a lot of local criminal organizations that would be so unhappy to hear about continue Rook shenanigans, but Scoobie doesn't want war and blood, he just wants peace and neutrality. An easy send-off to large situation, something that can heal even just a little bit of the broken heart Scoobie still holds, so this helped Scoobie in his heartbreak recovery. After this, days go by without any word and inkling that change will actually occur. With a failing hope that the Rooks will not uphold their deal to not mess with Scoobie's family, he reaches out to the one person all notable criminal organizations fear, Leah Lennox. Scoobie would catch Leah up and ask her advice, telling her that all he wants is to be friends with everyone so everyone can be apart of his events. Scoobie realizes in an elementary sense that if a group does not like his family or cause them continuous trouble, there is no hope for them to be in any of their events. Leah would then meet with a higher-up in Rooks, MISTER ROKS EVERDEN, where she would recount the steps of the nights prior and attacks on Wolfgang. Scoobie would recount his side of the story and MISTER EVERDEN would recount what her heard, both varying in who was victim and who was the provocative variable. Scoobie would reiterate that he wants no bad blood and that he finds it increasingly frustrating that his family was the center of Rooks shenanigans. Scoobie would sit back kicking rocks and finding stones to play with while Leah and MISTER EVERDEN talked. After some time, Scoobie and MISTER EVERDEN had a small talk and gained some mutual understanding and agreement that the two groups should not mess with each other. That is what Scoobie wanted. Scoobie can look past the events prior, but only at the expense that things like this would not reoccur. Scoobie would now contact MISTER EVERDEN for any further issues that he would have with the Rooks if there were to be any. Scoobie would now consider MISTER EVERDEN - as they depart, they both said to each other either "Like I love you too Scoob" or "Buh bye baby, love you". A mending bond. Recently, our ties with the city has grown very strong. We had no enemies, we had no conflicts, we had amazing love for each and every group. But in the 3 years the church has been established, this is the first time we have questioned such friendships. We as a church, a community post for people to gather and love one another have had issues arising from our assumed friends and allies, The Rooks. In recent times, Wolfgang has been shot and injured after attempting to [REDACTED] a house by a member of Rooks. Wolfgang calls out that a black car is chasing him and events transpire to a shooting where Wolfgang is left injured and helpless, my poor furry buddy, cold and alone. Recently as of yesterday, the family would find themselves at Pillbox rendering aid to Timowthy. A black car rolls up with excitement. The occupants being: ANJRU BIRK-O-TITS, JAKKY, and TRAYSEE BUT NO TREVIR. They asked to see a tour of the theatre in which we responded with excitement. They all then travel to the theatre for the tour. Once inside, TREVIR and JAKKY would remain clowing around, not following the tour or listening to anything Scoobie or Timowthy had to say. After some time, JAKKY made an insulting remark to Timowthy in which Scoobie ordered everyone out of the building and ended the tour. JAKKY and TREVIR did not listen and rather kept running around like a chicken without its head. TREVIR pulled his crowbar out and Wolfgang pulled his hunting knife to attempt to get them out. Upon leaving, one of the Rook's would swing and injure Timowthy, leaving him battered on the ground. As Scoobie ran Timowthy to a trunk for medical assistance, TREVIR would batter Wolfgang and then carry him away until BIRK-O-TITS asked them to bring him back to a trunk. Scoobie immediately reached out to his friend, LOLLY, for her help. The day following, Scoobie had a meeting with LOLLY and BIRK-O-TITS where they would talk with Scoobie and about their standings with the group. Scoobie said over and over that he does not want blood, he doesnt want violence, he only wants to make sure that the Rooks dont mess with his family and keep a lane of mutual respect. Filled with small apologies and simple "we will talk to them"'s, Scoobie felt his heart fading that he might soon have to say goodbye to a friend, a part of the family. Scoobie talks the world of his friends and family, when things like this happen to him, he shuts down and becomes an emotional mess. He begins to ponder if he is failing Flargs mission or if he did something wrong. He will ping-pong ideas as to why he would give up the world to help a friend, but he asks for mutual respect from a thought-to-be friend, it is just explained in why's, well-that and well-this'. After the departure of LOLLY and BIRK-O-TITS, Scoobie went to his safe place on the scaffolding to journal and draw where he would cry out and mourn the possible loss of a few friends that he would have to accept if he were to stop associating with the Rooks. Scoobie has some thinking to do, what is best for him, what is best for his community projects, and most importantly what is best for his family.

What do we plan on using this space for? When first pitching ideas about the theatre, there was a lot of conversation about providing complex theatrical productions for show nights and more complex Civilian RP. But now since we are in the motion of making this a reality, we have shifted the goal to just providing more concurrent forms of entertainment to the server and the city! Date night at the theatre, friends catching the new screenwriter to a popular Los Santos play, or pals going to listen to the new artist debuting at the theatre - all possibilities are endless! It is the Bathsheba's goal to make this a place of gathering and community. This is why, apart of the business plan behind the theater, the Bathsheba's want to hire a Talent Acquisition Agent who will help book shows continuously through the theater season. The theatre was designed to be flexible for creative minds. If someone wanted to put on a concert for his/her music, if someone wanted to host a fashion show, if someone wanted to put on a play/musical, if someone wanted to host a late night show and have a live audience, or if someone wanted to film a TV show - we wanted to provide that space to them. We would love more entertainment-based events which is why this project is called Project-Gathering. All events hosted at the theatre will be placed under temporary NCZ's, this being because I want people to focus on the interactions within and the production being pushed to them. We ask that all events are attended to with respect of other people's experience and to behave in an immersive way. Fuck Court and Boofa After Scoobie's first failed attempt at making a court appeal, he was up to bat for 8pm case for the following charges: - Evading an Officer - Resisting Arrest - Battery of a Government Employee Now, Scoobie was imprisoned within DOC and was only released at 8:03pm. But no fret, the Judicial Branch was notified and Timowthy raced DOC's transport convoy (that was suppose to pick up Scoobie, but Scoobie was way too fast and got in Timowthy's car anyway) down to court. Scoobie meets his counsel and then makes his way to the court room where the session would soon start. Scoobie's defense leans, informing him things dont look good. The prosecution quick to the excuse of false stories and assumed intentions! Scoobie's lawyers Sirius Raveen and Bri Bri served him well and did their best with minimal resources; however, Scoobie could not recover from the prosecutions lies, he would lose the trial. Just two major issues here that I see are not fully understood so I would like to be transparent and share that. For one, we do not facilitate nor limit their time on the server by physically limiting them by hours so they can go outside and touch grass. Not only is that none of our business, but I see no reason to intervene is someones time in a game that they enjoy. Some people genuinely seek out their time on ECRP as their social network and escape their harsh reality - there is nothing wrong with that. My point is that it would actually be quite dehumanizing to instill a cap for someones play time - what if they have the time off work and nothing else to do? 50 hours may not be enough for them, and if they don't have a crim or don't care to play crim, the server is down a player until he faction pays out said player so they redo their dystopian limit. Secondly, contrary to popular belief, players who hold legal jobs such as PD/SD/DOC/JB do not hold the same asset grind that criminal players hold. I want to reiterate that this is *NOT* a negative comment or suppose to be harsh in any way, but criminals have more assorted items they need to pay for which requires more startup money. Legal characters typically do nothing outside of their faction job, so they do not care so much for the money. If we were to allow this, then I would suggest only allow interaction with the criminal NPCs for 6 hours out of the day since realistically they would have day jobs or be somewhere with their families and have banks/gas stations have normal business hours that can't be robbed at night. TLDR; we don't need to handhold people's personal time for them to go outside and legal characters like the job and duty of their faction so there is no need to impose a limit on how much they can enjoy their faction.
