Currently, the ECRP rules have multiple situations that require OOC consent. In addition to these rules, we should add a section that requires someone who RPs a mental illness and an animal to request OOC consent.

Each situation is different, to say that PD/SD don't investigate anything is false. If you wish to have officer misconduct investigated IC or OOC you can file the report here. Each complaint is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

I would find you are mistaken with that one. Not sure how calling out one person out helps any situation. There are multiple factors to take into consideration before shooting someone who has a hostage.

If they can access the contents of the groups I don't see an issue. The only problem that will arise could be the need for a high-ranking admin to access this information which is not easy to get when needed.

DM rules need to be changed. A few of us in PD were talking about situations like this after the raids. We all expected an IC retaliation for the raids. With the current rules the only way I see things like this working is two people/groups agreeing OOC that KOS is allowed or something in regards to relation IC. Some people will want to retaliate differently.

Doing this will result in more forum reports with players just reporting to get a weapon refunded. 15k is not hard to get. Since your complaint the how cheap the weapons are, they could always be put to higher prices.

I think when buying a house you should have two options, one to have furniture and one to empty the house to create your own. I don't see why this has to be for credits, an IC cost for a 'furniture removal company' would work fine imo.

LEO Factions have to deal with a lot more than gang members. There are civilian interactions and countless amounts of 911 calls.

All jokes aside this is why something needs to change or be removed. The rule states "Climbing steep hills and/or mountains in non-appropriate vehicles, mechanics and LSEMS vehicles are exempt." yet people get punished for going on grass patches.
