Fairly sure this is a base GTA hairstyle so its on the GTA devs. When the customization and clothing update is released there should be a whole bunch of new hairstyles anyway!

The new jobs obviously need a bit of balance, they have just come out! The exchange rate from stamps to dollars at the moment is 1:3 meaning that if you earn 100 stamps, you come out with 300 bucks. I've sat down and done some maths. You can earn at minimum 150 stamps for 5 minutes of work (laundry), so that's 150 times 12 which is 1.8k stamps an hour, or $5,400 an hour. Not bad for doing almost no work! Also, if you were to transfer your stamps to time (7 stamps to 1 second), you'd reduce your time by 258 seconds or just over 4 minutes if you used 1.8k stamps earnt easily in the hour. I personally feel like that exchange rate for stamps to money should be 1:1 to keep it consistent with real currency. Even if the current stamp cost was deducted by this amount it would be easy enough to make back your fines and then some if you do constant work especially with people saying that they can earn upwards of 90k if they farm it. Time should also be changed from 7 stamps to 5 stamps per second. While that still doesn't sound great it would ensure that inmates can't farm down their time to make it insubstantial. 5 is also a much easier number to divide things by so people can figure out their time reduction to see if its worth it!

This is pretty easy to do in game, just need a property really. SADOC has a K9 division and we go super in depth with the roleplay with the dogs where we perform medical check ups and such ourselves. We roleplay the initial check-ups and such at the pet store at the vets in Paleto. I think having a whole division for it for MD is probably a little too much as the roleplay is incredibly niche.

There is absolutely no reason that crims couldn't use the IC advertisement section of the forums for illegal purposes. Unlike lifeinvader there are no rules against selling illegal things on it however obviously there might be IC repercussions if not done in a smart way. I'm not a huge fan of making an easy to access black market as the fun of crim is the difficultly that comes with it. Making an easy to access domain with no repercussions would take a lot of the fun out of roleplaying a criminal in my opinion.

Instead of anonymous phone booths I feel that hiding your caller ID should also affect 911 calls. Right now it says who the caller is even if they have their caller ID hidden.

I love this idea however there are soooo many issues that come with it. As stated above, aliases. Going from a tough beefy mexican gang member to a small chinese lady is gonna make no sense if aliases stick around. While you'd still RPly be the same person (same criminal history, etc) no one would recognise you. While I don't think CKs should be a thing to become a new person, maybe something like character resets where you pay to lose aliases but retain the same licenses, criminal history and such. This would help so much with transition roleplay or just people that are bored of playing a male or female character and want to swap. A cooldown or increased fees to avoid repeated abuse of this would be cool or straight up you only lose the alias if you change gender to avoid just changing the face slightly but retaining everything else. Games like WoW have recently adopted gender fluidity where you can far easier play who you want to be and change a lot easier so I'm absolutely all for it if the above steps can be sorted out.

This would be fun however I don't see script support for this necessary. If anything involving script would just complicate the simple method that people can do to RP illnesses (and in extension injuries). If someone wants to RP as being ill then they're able, that's what roleplay is for. There are plenty of IC avenues already in place to get diagnosed and treated already without the need of extra development time or specific commands in place. I'm probably not alone in thinking that the idea of a "pandemic" system where everyone could get infected and suffer an illness might not go over well with people, especially since we're still in the aftermath of a recent worldwide pandemic.

Can confirm. I tested these two bikes out and the bike with less mods went significantly faster than the maxed out one.

We are always open for constructive criticism yet this doesn't really seem like much of a discussion. I was personally not a witness for what occurred during that cake smuggling however I did catch the IC and OOC aftermath of it. I don't think simply making guards allow any smuggled items inside promotes realism however there are times when we do allow items to be smuggled in if RPed properly. You must remember the smuggling rule in the prison rules. You are absolutely 100% allowed to smuggle in items in a cake (although quite an absurd idea but that is IC absurdity!). Rules do state "Trying to smuggle in larger items such as weapons or radios on your own body would not be realistic and considered as powergaming." however the weapon would RPly be in the cake, not on your person. I will personally bring this up. Breakout RP is completely out of DOC hands. We don't approve or disapprove anything yet we are the people to often facilitate the RP. Prison fights are fine! Obviously DM rules always apply and IC consequences will occur from fighting. Illegal RP (I assume this means doing crimes inside of prison) is fine as well but IC consequences can occur. As a faction we are always happy to facilitate any form of RP that any inmate wishes to do, within reason, however we must still realistically roleplay as guards so if we see a bad thing occur then we have to react to it accordingly.
