20+ is being reserved, with both triads/zetas running around you probably have close to 50 people armed to the teeth, always trying to fuck you up, hard to grow when members dont want to stay because they are constantly getting fucked by the big 2
-
So go around the city with groups of 20+ people equiped with ak's and super cars? yeah your life is tough dude

Having a centralized bank not owned by a player and seeing who's online are things that would greatly increase the QOL playing crim, just those two things would be great, and you could even put it behind a member threshold so you would need a minimum of 10 players in the gang before you have access
-
Well it could come in stages, like you get a bank, prove to not be a bunch of meta gamers then get the chat and so there is more of a progression to official faction, right now it's either your official and you get all the perks or your not and you don't
-
I think anyone should be able to create a faction and have the advantiges of using a faction bank/chat and all of that, maybe as you get bigger you gain contacts which allow you to get gun imports, but everyone should have access to create a faction that gets a faction bank and all that jazz

I think if there were more things to do as a criminal the gang tensions would ease, right now there is only a limited amount of labs and 1 spot to chop, we need more ways to make money instead of trying to cram 100 People into 5 labs and 1 chopshop

Sorry what? you have 4x4 trucks with the new PD ive seen them rolling around, and bf 400's are dirt bikes.. meant for off road, 100% would take those up a mountain. If they added jeeps it would be better, especially when i see "High speed" unit take a million dollar sport car up the mountain

Every time i go to solitary and finish my time there i come out to this hallway https://gyazo.com/b1b3c2b0b60a9c9b218016dc74f0bb94 And i sit here for the rest of my sentence because no guards ever come to release you... so im basically still in solitary. With the addition to "time reduction" mechanics in the game and unlimited prison sentence its pretty shitty to be basically in solitary the entire time. But prison is good RP right?
-
+1 great idea, hate having to buy gps and radio every time I go to jail
-
+1 I think if you use /analyzewounds and you have been shot in the head. There should be 0 chance you should be revived/taken to the hospital, your dead. Maybe make it possible for medics to do /analyzewounds (ID) if the cops want you alive they can't shoot you in the head
-
If the guards actually did any of that i would agree with you, but they dont. Until the guards step up their RP prison is going to SUCK, guards need to be involved in the prison RP other than to take them to their cell and then never see them again. Guard RP needs to be reformed
-
+1 until a judicial system is put into place a max and min sentence would be a good way for officers to have some discretion on a charges time penalty, you will still have some cops that love to put people away for the max time but the reasonable cops will be able to use discretion

I wasn't wanting you to argue the points, i'm just giving my perspective as someone who has recently come to the server and noticed the lack of clarity in the rule book and i am scared every day that i am going to get reported and banned for something that wasnt clearly defined.
-
Its to vague, if im a gang member and i see another gangs person has fallen off of thier bike and hurt them selves im 100% going to take thier gun and laugh at them... i dont think that would be poor RP, but again who knows the rule is too vague in movies you see it all of the time, homeless people or crack heads going through dead peoples pockets for jewlery or shit they can pawn. Also ive made a report where someone chased me up a mountain in a super car and it was denied, how is that not poor quality RP, no where on earth will you find someone taking a million dollar plus super car up a mountain on a dirt bike track... one of the biggest problems i see with new players and even myself when i first joined is the lack of clarity some of the rules. take this rule for example: 14. Deathmatch (DM) Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. Yet in this rule only 6 bullets down you have this: Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) If a cop is pointing a gun at an ally, i am going to assume that they are getting arrested, there is no reason a cop should be pointing a gun at someone they are not arresting. Yet i have seen people get introuble for DM because the confusion in this rule. I think it would be beneficial to new players and people who are not so new for the moderator team and really all staff to come together and start taking decisions from player reports and incorporating them into a detailed document or list or something where a player can see examples of why people got in trouble and how they can avoid being in the situations. This document could also be used to refer to when handing down punishments almost like case law that exists in our legal system in the real world.
