I am just getting back into the server after a few years away. The one of the issues with these jobs is that when you get into the later evenings(NA time zone) it’s feast or famine. There are times when I used to “stand in the ledge” by myself for 30 minutes. I didn’t log into the server to stand on a ledge with no interaction. But you also have the flip side which is there are plenty of times where you have 2 or 3 cars lined up and 3 or 4 mechanic request and you find yourself typing /mess and /dos for 30 minutes straight without any “real” RP because you are rushing through everything because there are a ton of people who need help. The best RP is always somewhere in the middle where you would have 3 or 4 people on the clock. You could take your time with customers to do fun RP, you can chat with the other mechanics, and there is a person out answering mech request. But that is not what happens in late night USTZ. But that is also a server wide issue. There is often less police and EMS in these later hours also. The difference is when you get injured, anyone can take you to the hospital. When there is a situation that requires the police, if they don’t show up then fun RP happens. When your car breaks down in the middle of no where(and there are no taxi drivers on for good measure) you are forced to either stand there and hope some one comes to repair your vehicle or run 20 minutes to a city bee while leaving your car to get stolen or chopped. I think it is less of an RP issue and more of a how can we let people repair their cars when a mechanic can’t get to them.

I can confirm that the price is good at HE for someone looking to own one of these. It is over 100k under retail price.

I do just want to follow up since I missed buying the property by 15 minutes. If renter leaves the lease, I am currently interested in buying it at the 1.8m price. I have already reached out to the renter letting them know that I am interested in buying them out of it if their aspirations of running a car dealership does not materialize.
