  1. TRANSFER REQUEST Character to Transfer From: Marlo Light Character to Transfer To: Vyse Legend Requested Transfer: Asset # Buffalo S Asset # Baller Asset # 70k Reason for Transfer: IC: Vyse gave all of this stuff to Marlo, including money. However Marlo is leaving town for an extended stay in Liberty City, unknown if he will return. He's giving everything that Vyse gave to him back since it will be no use for him. OOC: I transferred this stuff over to Marlo because I was going to play him more, but turns out I will not. I don't use nor log onto him so it's pointless to have these assets on him, especially since they originally came from Vyse. How would you transfer the asset(s) if approved? I will have a friend transfer the assets if this is approved.
  2. I think this could be a good teaching moment for everyone in the community honestly, Clint reached out to me shortly after this thread was made and acknowledged what happened and apologized. I understand his point of view and I respect it, he had no choice but to get involved as it was asked of him. We all make mistakes, and Clint is a good person. I don't believe he did this with ill-intent and I do believe it was a mistake. I have no problem with this report being completely dropped with no punishments being handed out. An honest mistake was made, he apologized and owned up to it as an adult, I respect that.
  3. Player(s) being reported: ID 48 Date of interaction reported: 11/7/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1573179183 Your characters name: Vyse Legend Other player(s) involved: ID 173, 15, 87, 176, 89, 39, 20, 133 Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt. Attacking another player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. How did the player break the rule(s)? I have no idea what this SWAT member was thinking, but he decided to ram several of us, multiple times. The guy in the insurgent gave demands which is fine, he should have rammed once. But the car infront of me was not moving and he decided to ram it 3 times. He attempted to ram me also, but I kept moving to avoid it, and I eventually got rammed once I stepped out of my vehicle. I also have another point of view here from another member, and you can see the insurgent just goes wild and starts ramming people on bikes, he rammed members of The Wanted, and triads, for no reason. I did not see any warnings there, and he rammed more than once. I find the fact that he was circling the whole area constantly to ram us to be poor RP, and generally not realistic. No cop would drive into a field of gang members and try to attack them the way he did, I also feel the way he handled this situation is beyond just a normal VDM since he tried it on multiple people, at different times during the situation. I would honestly consider this mass VDM the way he went about it. Proof below of what happened. (Also I will not argue back and forth like a child, if a mod or admin needs to be post, I will post) Evidence of rule breach: Mine: Abilio POV: Amir POV: https://streamable.com/yxt63
  4. I was a former cop, and now I'm a zeta, a lot of what people are saying is actually 100% true. But I will say I haven't personally seen cops metagame using ID's, but it'd be almost impossible for me to have known that anyway. Further more, IA reports literally don't do shit, unless it's a big offense, otherwise it's a slap on the wrist. I've seen big things get passed over and turned into nothing but a simple *Verbal* or *Written* warning. A lot of offenses certain cops do or have done, should amount to an instant discharge. Also, to your previous post of telling the guy to "quit moaning" and make an IA report, I honest consider that blasphemy. Again, they go nowhere and it's just a slap on the wrist. Anyway, I'm not going to go into a big rant about this because I know it's pointless but closing points are simple, if you're a cop, you need to put yourself in the criminals shoes, and think about you're doing. We want realism yes, but to a certain extent because at the end of the day this is STILL GTA. For criminals also, need to put yourself in the cops shoes, and think about what you're doing as well. That SIMPLE mindset can cure a lot of problems, and can stop a lot of the /b that goes in the server. One last note as well, you calling others snowflakes and etc, is completely out of pocket. You're a higher up in the PD, insulting people that have genuine concerns is not the way to go. I'm sure High Command would not like to see that type of attitude OOC'ly, especially, since I know it's against the rules and frowned upon.
  5. I was a cop when you were, I know exactly what you look like and sound like. I had you alias'd previously once before but the server crashed. I can go into detail on how I knew how it was you, you patrolled with the same person consistently, you talked goofy on the radio. I knew exactly who you were once I pulled up. In fact I know every cop minus the new class that came in after I left. I infact did not metagame, and you have yet to talk about what you did here. I won't be responding any further unless an admin needs me too. Peace.
  6. Player(s) being reported: Sonny Liston Date of interaction reported: 10/14/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: https://imgur.com/a/X2k6ElR Your characters name: Vyse Legend Other player(s) involved: ID 34, ID 40, ID 70, ID 10 Specific rule(s) broken: IC and OOC Interactions Players are required to remain in-character (IC) at all times. Text chat, VOIP, radio, phone and commands like /ME and /do are to be used only for IC content. IC content must not contain acronyms like “lol” or “u” or smiley faces excluding IC SMS. For OOC content, players must use chat commands that encase the content in brackets. For example: (( this is OOC content )). OOC chat commands are /OOC, /O, /B, /PM and /F. OOC videos or screenshots can be used as IC evidence only if the footage contains the character using the /RECORD command to hold a phone in their hand. Property interiors can have cameras only if the owner roleplays installation and takes time stamped screenshots with the camera angle as evidence. Exteriors only if there is an object. You may roleplay a hidden camera, wire, or dash cam in a vehicle if recordings are unedited and include roleplay starting and ending. Attempts to search must be answered truthfully in /do. Sexual, torture, or extremely gross roleplay is allowed only if all involved parties (participants and witnesses) have agreed to it in OOC text chat, prior to the actual roleplay being performed. Only administrators are allowed force pause RP or investigate rule breaches. Only administrators are allowed to void roleplay scenarios at their discretion. Players are welcome to voice their opinion but should never disobey administrators. A /REPORT does not pause roleplay unless an admin does so. 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle in an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. How did the player break the rule(s)? We had a shootout with cops at LSC, one of the cops was being held at gunpoint and absolutely refused to Role-play at all. As you can see in the video below, he constantly ignores and stalls RP consistently during the situation. At one point he even started doing /me's and /do's that he was done. Which to me indicates that he's mixing OOC and IC. He also consistently did not show ANY fear for his life despite having multiple pistols, and heavy weapons aimed directly at his face, and the fact that his cop friends were just killed. This is extremely poor RP, we asked him multiple times in /b to cooperate and he simply ignored us. The PD is supposed to be a "high level" RP faction, and what he did there is completely unacceptable, for Eclipse and the PD. Also want to pointout, this is me coming into the middle of him ignoring RP, he was ignoring RP longer than this. I'm also not reporting him for combat log as he did come back a few moments later. Evidence of rule breach:
  7. TRANSFER REQUEST Character to Transfer From: Vyse Legend Character to Transfer To: Marlo Light Requested Transfer: Asset # Contender Reason for Transfer: Marlo has been in Los Santos for awhile, he tried the legal way of earning money but that just wasn't working out for him. He did make quite a good sum of money while being a civilian, as well he has signed a recording contract to make music and has receiving an pretty big advance on his contract. He will be making more known music soon. ((The advance alone is enough to cover the car, being a rapper and having worked a civilian job, Marlo shouldn't drive around in lackluster cars)) How would you transfer the asset(s) if approved? I have a few friends I could ask do this.
  8. Dear Citizen, I don't believe this to be true at all. Chief Reefer has done a great job so far. It is simply impossible to curve all of the issues and crime in the city, especially this city since it's what I would call, 'special'. Solely placing the blame on the Chief just isn't realistic either. There are lots of factors that go into this being a problem. I know this may seem a bit odd, but have you ever talked to any of those "zeta" members and asked them why they keep coming around? Have you ever tried talking to the higher-ups in LSC to reach out to a high rank within the department to increase patrols around the area? I know the owner and 2 higher ups in LSC have ties to the police, so why haven't they reached out to the Chief or someone else regarding this issue? I am in no way shape or form dismissing what's happening at LSC, and I have noticed some of the issues tied to it as well, and it is very unfortunate. I will attempt to reach out myself to my higher-ups and see if we can definitely increase patrols around the area and possibly stop the violence happening. Violence at a garage should not be happening, but I am also a firm believer of trying to talk things out before they escalate even further. I will do the best I can to attempt to help, but please look at all perspectives before blaming this on the Chief, this is not his fault. Sincerely, Officer Vyse Legend.
  9. TRANSFER REQUEST Character to Transfer From: Vyse Legend Character to Transfer To: Booker Light Requested Transfer: Asset # Baller SUV Reason for Transfer: Vyse has officially left town for a bit, unknown if he will ever return. His cousin Booker Light recently arrived and met with Vyse for dinner just before he left, Vyse felt the whole PD thing wasn't working out and decided to transfer to a different precinct in a different state. He took all of his cars and bikes with him except for one, and pushed the keys over to Booker and told him to take care of it as it wasn't a use for Vyse since he had plenty of vehicles already. It was the keys to his "Baller" SUV, Vyse told him a friend let him borrow it, but eventually let him keep it when he was new to town. Vyse figured it would be good to return the favor, and finally pay Booker back for all the help he did when they were kids. Booker accepted the keys and said he'll put it to good use and make sure not to abuse his trust. ((OOC: I'd like to do this because the Baller vehicle never fit well with Vyse's character, thus he never used it. This car fits very well for Booker and it's right up his alley. Also, Booker really needs a car. This car was not bought with PD money either.)) How would you transfer the asset(s) if approved? I'll do this with a friend.
  10. RP is not paused unless an admin pauses it, I said that was DM in /b, and didn't say much after that. You guys continued in /b for awhile and I simply didn't respond because I don't argue. It's not stalling due to the fact that you guys were not RP'ing with me, that's on you guys. Also I was not under fear RP, so per the rules that was indeed DM. I said I will call backup if you do not back away, under no circumstances did I call for backup UNTIL I was shot at. Per the rules, that is DM. I once again will say this, I'm not here to argue, the evidence is there. If YuSoHelpful needs me to respond, I will.

You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. How did the player break the rule(s)? These are apparently 2 DOC guards that were on alts, I was not under fear RP as my car was turned on and running, i could not open the gate because I knew they would run inside and be a headache. I told them to clear out several times or they could be under arrest, I also told them I will call additional units if they don't leave, at no time did I ever call for more units UNTIL I was shot down which is where I pressed my panic. Once my car was hit once and stalled, I hit my panic button several times to get more additional units to the scene. I also caught one of the people in teamspeak, and I know this isn't a server rule, but from my understanding, if you are on a criminal account you're not supposed to be on the legal faction teamspeak, as it can lead to metagaming our numbers and etc. If needed I can supply a screenshot of this or just send it to the faction leadership. It's also confusing why two DOC guards on an alt would want to stand by there HQ and cause trouble, not trying to reach but I wonder if it's metagame as well. Evidence of rule breach: Admitting it was DM?

How did the player break the rule(s)? Player logged as I was arresting him, I waited over 15 minutes for him to come back and he did not. His friend said he attempted to log back in, but I do not believe him. 196 also had over 2.3k on him, I believe he didn't want to lose that, as well as spending time in prison. Evidence of rule breach:
  13. I don't see the point of this... I get called the N word whenever I talk on the mic or when someone see's my character. There isn't a place for sensitivity on the internet. Just ignore it and move on.
