  1. +1 This would drastically change the way I personally play.
  2. I completely agree, as is the reason to my proposal of adding a "read screen" option! I personally would like any method of binding the freq to the specific radios.
  3. The process would be simple. Reading the screen shows the last Used radio freq unless the radios never been used. Scratching the screen makes the last freq used unreadable. (maybe unable to be changed after?) Currently if you are in a group of friends and have a radio you are extremely susceptible to having your freq stolen and many of us Roleplay scratching the screens out with /me's to do it and /do's to confirm it and a /time command followed up by a screen shot as proof. While I love role-play and would like to see as little scripts as possible the problem with this current process is that it is only "client side" while being dead center of fast paced multiplayer interactions. Here are some examples of what I mean: If you Kill your target before role-playing looking at their screen you don't know if the screens scratched at all. If the player dies before responding to your role-playing of looking at their radio you don't know the freq its on. Knowledge of if someone lied in /do is only held by person doing it and accusing someone over a dead radio freq doesn't feel right. I think this change is simple enough that It could be done, very similar to the Serial ID's on weapons

    Los Calaveras

And when Los Calaveras decides something we commit to it... We fight till the end for our familia, What do you fight for?
  5. Is there a certain period of time where you lose your house if you do not log on? Like 6 months? I have raided houses recently and found 15+ houses that are unlocked and the stash is directly in front of the door and empty. I don't think people are using these houses but they are owned. I would imagine this is the case for a large % of the houses in the city.

    Aiming dot.

+1 Currently removing the DOT unrealistically favors automatic weapons and was a massive nerf to pistols. I personally would like to see the Dot back in general, but specifically on pistols. IRL a person with a heavy weapon should reasonably fear for his life versus a Pistol because it only takes one accurate shot to kill you. In real life the trade off for fully Automatic gunfire is accuracy and in the current state of the server it still takes like 5 pistol shots to kill anyone so there is hardly a reward for accuracy on pistols while on the flip side automatic fire hardly changed much after the first few shots show you were you are aiming. I don't think RolePlay should rely so much on a Gamers ability to aim. This isn't CSGO or GTA5 Online. Having the DOT did nothing but give you roleplay options and removing the DOT does nothing but REMOVE RolePlay Options. This change favors the gamer with more skill and time behind their specific monitor/setup OOC and moves away from Character ability. We should have the option to Roleplay a better shot than we are at gaming OOC. Do you want to Roleplay hitting your target after lining up a shot for 20 second? Because currently first person still gives you a chance to miss, while a dot that turned red assisted with this problem. Did you want to Roleplay missing your shot but getting very close? Without a dot you have to miss incredibly far just to make sure Desync and your OOC aim doesn't mess it up. Personally even tho this change favors me heavily as I am really accustomed to the center of my monitor and have access to Fully automatic weapons ICly, I think this hurts the majority of players and unrealistically nerfs pistols.

    Judicial Sytem

+1 Cops should have an incentive to be thorough with procedures and a punishment when they fail to dispense Justice appropriately.
  8. What is the current method to getting the donator tag? Aside from donating of course
  9. +1. Heavy weapons shouldn't be more accessible then pistols like they are currently. Although I would rather see pistol ammo available to legal weapon license holders from Ammunation instead and have Criminal Organizations deal solely with heavy weapons/ammo. The "legal" characters that are clean enough to not get caught should be able to use their license to supply their gang or friends. This will help smaller upcoming groups to make an income and connections by selling pistols to larger Crime Organizations as well.
  10. -1 as it is. This would be a +1 if the normal storage remained accessible how it is. I don't want to see the front and back seats become unusable for storage. Its unrealistic to store everything in the trunk. In real life people use the back seats more than anything. I would like to see the trunks be usable for more than bodies, but removing the normal car storage is not the way. Personally I would like to see Trunks being used as a specialty storage for things like heavy weapons and bags. For heavy weapons: I think going up to a trunk/car to get or store your heavy weapons would be REALLY nice. I don't like the idea of people storing heavy weapons in their personal pockets all the time. I think they should go from storage to being equipped and vice versa. (you could still /dropgun of course) For bags: What if you could place or remove a carried bag in the trunk without a weight restriction? A bag that weighs 90/100 for instance would still only use 20/50 of your trunk space.
  11. +1, because It would be nice to see more variety in character models.
  12. I think adding binoculars would improve the roleplay drastically in certain situations. Its an innocent enough of an item to be sold at general stores as well!
  13. That's "reckless operation". The Automatic radar system feels nonRP because they couldn't prove IC that it wasn't a friend borrowing your car. I understand the need for it, but I wish they wouldn't punish people so hard at the impound lot over it. The impound lot is already a black hole for RP
  14. I did some research ICly and ooc I think a warrant was placed when my car was impounded, maybe that's the case with you? If (big if) officers are placing warrants for the owners while impounding cars I think there should be a reconsideration on how that works mechanically OOC. Not only is there an OOC 3 day time limit to pay the tickets, but currently server resets move your cars location if its not in a garage. This feel extremely punishing IC for OOC reasons If cops are issuing warrants while impounding cars.
  15. I am also very curious about this. I have not given my characters name to an officer or shown his ID since before these speed cameras, but he still received a warrant for tickets. I feel its very unlikely an officer manually put a warrant out for my character, unless for some reason an officer gave the warrant when they towed his car while I was offline. ( Server reset moved my car then it got towed) Has anyone else experienced this? Maybe someone here has overdue tickets but doesn't have a warrant out for them?
  16. Yeah i got one of those for running away from gunfire into a NCZ.
  17. Currently after 3 days IRL of not paying a ticket IC a warrant is placed for your Characters arrest and can only be removed by them serving the jail time. In my opinion Its unrealistic to punish a character so severely for something that happens in real life. When you pay off all of your parking tickets you should not be able to be arrested for failing to pay them. As a non criminal character you are left with no choices but to get arrested and that doesn't feel good, especially if you were chased into the NCZ that got you the speeding/reckless operator ticket. This would also help very much with the current state of the impound lot. Its not good RP to wait hours to get help that actually arrests you, because of a warrant over tickets you already paid for. There is also the reverse issue as well where serving jail time for the tickets don't erase the tickets.
