  1. REPORT ACCEPTED ――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――― Thank you for your patience while this report was under review. After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, we've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following player(s): Isaac_Crane [ID 184] & Victor_Marke [ID 165] will both receive a punishment for NRP. As seen in the provided evidence, the reported parties initiated and conducted a robbery on a new player that was not seen conducting any illegal activities, and due to no evidence to support otherwise. Isaac_Crane [ID 184], Victor_Marke [ID 165] & Pablo_Vargas [ID 172] will all receive a spoken to for excessive OOC. We understand that situations sometimes do not go the way you plan, but you should always attempt to remain in character and continue with the RP. In the future, submit a report in game, save footage and if you do not receive a response, submit a forum report, while also continuing the situation in character and staying out of /b. Additionally, we would like to mention that while attempting to put someone under FRP and giving them demands, you should always try to be clear, and give valid and direct demands. Telling someone to "get out" could be interpreted in a few ways, which is why you want to be sure that you give clear instructions. Regarding the DM accusation, while you are under gunpoint in a vehicle with the engine on, you are free to try and evade, but in doing so, the assailant receives DM rights on you and is allowed to shoot. This is what happened in the situation, therefore the shooting falls within our DM rules. If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format. Regards, Thunderboss & Caesar
  2. It is also important to differenciate between things that can be copied from the LAPD and things that can't. Los Angeles is full of traffic and you would not be able to run from the cops at 240 in the middle of the city. You would get stuck behind other cars, possibly crash into them etc.
  3. I don't see anything wrong with the lockpicking term, that's essentially what we're doing. Would just be weird if people referred it by other. We are forcing entry purposefully and that term describes our actions.
  4. Hello! The supers aren't that easily accessible, you need to find someone who is certified to deploy it and then have them go and deploy it. If there's not already one deployed (which usually is the case) it can take up to minutes before we have the high speed nearby. The LSPD has internal protocols as to which vehicles it can be deployed for. It will not be deployed for a normal chase, but if the vehicle is one requiring it, we may consider deploying one. As for the lockpicking, we strive to use keys but when it isn't possible, we need to force entry. Due to script limitations, the only way to force entry into a vehicle is by lockpicking it. Let me know if anything else needs to be cleared up.
  5. PLAYER REPORT ACCEPTED Thank you for your patience while this report was under review. After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following players: Vincent_Crawford (131) & Anderson_Moze (106) will both receive punishments for NLR. Although we can appreciate you resolving the matter in private, this report shows too many breaches to be let go off. We have agreed to not take action for the breaches reported, but that you will be punished for the instance of NLR. After dying, you two met up at the hospital and continued with 0 regard to this rule. Let this serve as a learning opportunity and do not repeat these mistakes. If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format. Regards, Thunderboss & @Tenbe
  6. PLAYER REPORT DENIED Thank you for your patience while this report was under review. After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I have decided to deny this report for the following reason(s): For future reference: "Please do not take reporting another player lightly and reserve player reports for situations that have caused severe loss or were abused for benefit. Consider if you could possibly teach this player or if you've tried to come to a resolution on your own". I feel as this report could easily have been spoken trough or avoided with increased communication in-game. In the end of the day, we all slip up some times and we're here to help each others. This decision is final. Unless instructed to, if you post another player report pertaining to this incident, you may be muted from posting on the forums for a temporary period. If you disagree with the outcome of this report, please file an appeal following the appeal guidelines and format. Regards, Thunderboss & @Tenbe
  7. PLAYER REPORT DENIED Thank you for your patience while this report was under review. After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I have decided to deny this report for the following reason(s): We have not only concluded that the reported party instantly apologized, but also that the report in itself is very petty. If another player slips during an argument like this and instantly apologizes, you should look to educate that player, not attempt to get them punished with the most. We are all humans and make small mistakes such as this from time to time. This decision is final. Unless instructed to, if you post another player report pertaining to this incident, you may be muted from posting on the forums for a temporary period. If you disagree with the outcome of this report, please file an appeal following the appeal guidelines and format. Regards, Thunderboss & @Tenbe

  10. PLAYER REPORT ACCEPTED Thank you for your patience while this report was under review. After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following players: Darragh_Curtin (129) will receive a nonrp punishment for crouch-walking in a shootout. This is something that the administration team has ruled as nonrp due to the unrealistic nature of this. No-one would realistically in a shootout crouch down and keep walking, as that would severely impact your aim etc. had this been behind cover, would it be more understandable but doing it in this nature is nonrp. It is also worth mentioning that shooting trough the bush / tree is not allowed, as you are using the id for an IC advantage. If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format. Regards, Thunderboss & @Tenbe ( & @MarcoD)
  11. PLAYER REPORT ACCEPTED Thank you for your patience while this report was under review. After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following players: Erik_Nomar (75) - Deathmatching - The reason for the punishment is the lack of escalation in the footage supplied by the reporting party. Another relevant point are the invalid demands. Demands may not be issued to a moving vehicle and in this case, there were no other demands than the invalid ones.
