Hello James nolan, Vehicles purchased through credits can be refunded within 24 hours of the purchase, anytime after 24 hours it can not be refunded. It can not be transferred to another account or sold in-game, it can only be transferred to another character of yours.

I don't mind whether NCZs were reverted back or not, but I agree with Bala on this following point: We have upgraded our MLO for a reason, we have parking garages with doors for a reason. Why can't we just add them as a faction door that can be locked/unlocked like every other door? Yeah, people shouldn't be robbing vehicles there and we are told to report it but why I do I have to go through staff to fix a situation that shouldn't have been there to begin with?

I like the idea, but I would prefer the notifications to be on the phone screen itself instead of in chat. Having the notifications in chat can be annoying specially if you're just getting spammed. I think the notification sound along with the added on the picture below will suffice. If you have 10 or more notifications it should stop at "9+" and icon disappears once the messages app is opened up. Also, a notification icon like that added to chats for new texts would be a nice addition as well, to indicate whether a new message has been read or not.
