The speed cameras stay, but dont give fines. If you're caught speeding on the speed cameras you get a warning. 3 warnings and its a kick.

But you're breaking rules by doing that.

So seeing as speeding through NCZ's is considered Non-RP driving and is a rule-break, it would make more sense for speeding in NCZ's to be a 3 warning kick system instead of having these massive fines build up. Every time you're caught speeding in a NCZ by a speed camera you get a warning. The warnings would reset to 0 every 30 mins.

Not sure what you mean about the Fear RP. The scenario mentioned that both people had a weapon drawn from the start.

scenario: AK vs taser and shit pistol Guy 1 has AK out, Guy 2 has taser out. Guy 1 initiates, Guy 2 tases Guy 1. Guy 1 is defenceless, Guy 2 pulls out pistol and claps him. Guy 1 loses AK. It's gonna get abused and it will be a grey area for making a rule on abuse of it.

+1 for tickets being removed once you go to prison I have racked up about 100k in tickets so I just don't care about speeding anymore. I am never paying them off so why bother? If they get reset upon getting put in prison I would actually care about not getting speeding tickets again.

It's too hard to remember to put cruise control on every time you go into a NCZ. It's just dumb.

$2000 is way too much for a speeding fine, I managed to rack up 93k in fines in about 5 mins by purposely driving around bank in a loop. I suggest you either reduce it to $100 per fine or add an automatic speed limiter that enables when in a NCZ and limits your speed to 70kmh. It is very dumb currently how it currently works. The idea is good, but the implementation sucks. Another way it could be better if there was a cool down on the fines. Let's say 30 mins before you were able to get another speeding fine.
