  1. The Triads ran into a little trouble with the clowns. They attempted to rob Ding and it never turned out well for them. After a big shootout, Ding decided to steal the car from the men. The Triads made a quick pit stop at their friendly local garage Triads Deluxe Motorsport. Together the men gave the car it's first service, the owners were so uncaring of such a nice car. The men finished off the service and prepared to move onto their next job. Look out for Triads Deluxe Motorsport coming soon to the city of Los Santos.
  2. The Triads don't always go around with the goal of committing crimes. Some of the members filled up and went our for a long drive. However, the men couldn't resist. An on the spot street race was arranged between them, the winner gets a cash prize.
  3. A shootout occurred on the streets between the Triads and some members of the Clowns. It resulted in a lot of injured men and many being sent to prison. However the Dragon of the Triads had a different idea and made his escape when the time was right.
  4. Player(s) being reported: ID 134 Date of interaction reported: 15/03/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1552608448 Your characters name: Bruce Wong Other player(s) involved: ID 119, Pete Wright (@Pistol Pete), ID 193, Alberto Wong (@w00dy) Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatch (DM) ● Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason. ● Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules. ● A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. ● A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. ● You must give demands via text if used as a reason to attack as VOIP isn’t always heard. ● Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt. ● Kill on Sight (KoS) is the act of killing a player with no engagement in roleplay. The person who has KoS rights must have evidence prior to committing the kill. ● Killing a player without warning or roleplay is allowed only within 24 hours of: • Your life being threatened not including law enforcement aiming weaponry. • The life of your friend or ally is presently being threatened or if you have witnessed it happen. • A player attempting to steal your assets worth greater than $75,000 not including vehicles. How did the player break the rule(s)? Before the Deathmatch scenario started me and @Pistol Pete were patrolling streets looking for cars to rob. We noticed one down in grove and he decided to pick-lock it whilst picking the car, ID134 logged in so we stopped it straight away and voided the scenario (This is a common occurrence when picking cars, we left the scene as it would be NRP for us to continue in case it was a crash). Now to the part where he initially broke Rule 14. Deathmatch, As I was driving off scene the man drew a gun and opened fire long after I was out of his range, he hit me with a bullet. Down the street I radio in that he is shooting me and stop to look, during this the man drives his car up and attempts to knock me off my bike but misses. After this occurred he hopped out again and continued firing at me. During this time @Pistol Pete finds me and shows up to help me. About 5 minutes before the interaction @Pistol Pete called over the Radio to come to grove, during the shootout @w00dy arrives and is instantly shot at by the man before he can even leave the car, therefor breaking Deathmatch again. After the scenario occurred the man looted us and stole everything we had. At the time I filed a /report 4 for DM but there was no response. I further explained in OOC that the whole occurrence was DM and ID 134 told me to go read the rules and that this was allowed, this shows a clear lack of knowledge of the current rule-set. DM#1 begins at 00:25 in the video. DM#2 begins at 01:16 in the video. Evidence of rule breach: Here is a streamable of the entire scenario: https://streamable.com/dmjin And below is a screenshot of the player stating this is allowed in the rules.
  5. One of the new organisations in town reached out to the Triads. The Dragons Head attended a meeting to discuss opportunities.
  6. Now that Ding was in prison for a long time. The Triads came up with an idea so he can protect himself. Together the four men talked about it and put the plan to action. It was a risky move. Whilst in the shop, Bruce decided it would be best to stay masked just in case. After buying the knife set, it was time to make it small enough to conceal. Now that the blade was small enough, It was hidden in the sole of a shoe. Hopefully it wouldn't be noticed by the guards. After arriving at the Prison outwith visitation hours, Bruce talked to the man and convinced him to allow the visit. The prison guard was cautious about the visit, especially at these strange hours. It was the moment of truth, would the guard find the blade when searching? Luckily nothing was noticed and the visit was allowed. However due to Ding being such a high value target, the guards were breathing down the Triads backs at every second. Due to the 100% surveillance there was no chances to smuggle the blade over to Ding. A large risk was taken, however no one was caught. Ding had to find other means of protection during his sentence.
  7. Please Archive this. A resolution has been made via pm's and it was clearly a desync issue.
  8. Hello there if you claim it to be desync, I'll take the benefit of the doubt. Don't want someone getting punished over a simple server issue. Feel free to PM me and we can further resolve this.
  9. Player(s) being reported: ID 1 Date of interaction reported: 13/03/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1552503656 Your characters name: Bruce Wong Other player(s) involved: ID 181 @FrazO , ID 21 @Pistol Pete , ID177 Specific rule(s) broken: 14. How did the player break the rule(s)? I was just driving about on my bike, then I got a radio call from @Pistol Pete saying to "come up from TQ". I responded to the radio call looped around and had a look, they weren't at that area so I headed up the road into vinewood. After a short drive up the road, I arrived at a scene of one of my gang members being on his knees and being robbed. I hopped off the bike and was shot at before any RP interaction occurred, I didn't have time to even aim my weapon (which would have granted KoS). I was instantly shot at, tried to flee and got injured then executed, Therefore breaking Rule 14. Deathmatch. Evidence of rule breach: The link below shows my POV before the scenario and what occurred throughout. https://streamable.com/x7lqt# Below is a screenshot from @Pistol Pete showing the person who initiated the DM on me.
  10. The Dragons head of the Triads attracted some unwanted attention from the police department. He wasn't willing to serve his times and attempted to evade the officers. Other Triads followed looking for an opportunity to help. In the end, the chase came to a stop. The engine on the baller failed, allowing them to arrest the man. It was time for him to serve his sentence.
  11. Due to the gun prices still being so high the Triads decided it was best to get them in other ways. Meeting up at the set location, the plan was explained by the Dragon of the Triads and the men set off. After a little bit of hunting, some easy targets were located. The Triads set up in position and made haste with the robbery, Men were placed at each entrance to prevent any unwanted guests.
  12. As the size of the Triads organization grows by the day a warehouse/business to use as a front for crime is their key focus. Together some members of the Triads scouted out more potential locations for their front. One of the men had an idea for a potential business front. This was the gigantic Chinese theatre in town. However, this location was a bit overcrowded and could draw unwanted attention to the operation. The Triads are still on the look for their place to "settle down".
  13. Last thing I'd like to add before an admin decision is made. I don't believe that I was under any Fear RP rules until you had my truck stopped and then I fully complied with Fear RP. Shouting demands/trying to pull over a truck travelling at 70kmh+ is not a valid reason for Fear RP to start. I am also protected by the truck and the engine has not stalled also meaning I am still not under Fear RP. I was not trying to avoid any RP scenario as I had already RP'd that the trucks windows were up, which you had chosen to ignore. My RP scenario was taking a criminal car to the impound, I was not willing to pull over the truck to potentially be robbed at gun point by a man from the same Gang.
  14. Another two men had reached out to the Triads. They seemed promising after passing the initiation test. Together with some higher up members in the Triads they were taken to the clothing store of choice to get their uniform. After the men had their uniforms they were given a final debriefing from the Dragon and Vanguard of the Triads. One of the Red Poles watched over whilst some confidential information was being shared. Now the men were fully initiated into the Triads as trusted members and sent to go do some work.
  15. The reason I was refusing to stop the truck and void interaction with you was I knew what your goal was. I was called to a crime scene by PD and told to take this specific car straight to impound. Irl you wouldn't stop a towtruck for random people just because they had asked you to. I'm not going to argue about the situation, I'll wait for the Admins to review this. Thanks for the response.
  16. One of the Triads new members had a friend who was interested in joining our organisation. A meeting was arranged and a plan was set in place to test the mans worth. They decided that the man had to prove himself in a street fight. After explaining the situation to the man he was allowed to choose his opponent. He chose the Dragon of the Triads, Bruce Wong. The man made quite the effort and showed he was willing to fight his way into the organisations ranks. After the test, the two men ran across the street to grab some fast food and celebrate.
  17. As the Triads expand by the day more men are needed to provide leadership to the new recruits. Two men had proven to be a necessity to the organisation. They were rewarded with the respect that they deserve by receiving a promotion. Meet the first of the new Red Poles: Brian Walky Meet the second of the new Red Poles: Pete Wright
  18. Following Dings latest trip back to Shandong China some promising agreements were made. A month down the line the first delivery arrived in the city of Los Santos. The Triads received news that their delivery was on its way and headed down to the collection point. Once at the collection area the men helped unload the crates from the jet and cracked them open to inspect the contents. Upon opening the crates the men were relieved. The arms dealer Pong Xing from Shandong had kept up his end of the deal. Now that the men had their hands on the weapons, it was time to check them out and ensure that they are the real deal. After some inspection of the guns and a little fun, the men loaded the crates up into their vehicles and prepared to leave. Before leaving the area, the Triads kept up their end of the deal. They loaded up the crates up with games consoles and video games that will be exported back to Shandong China as payment for the weapons. Once all of the crates were loaded into the vehicles the men headed out. On their way out the Triads made sure that no one would know they had ever been here. The security guard is now on their payroll and will receive a generous sum of cash each time they require access to the delivery location.
  19. Whilst hanging around at the bank the head of the Marcello's approached the Triads and asked for some assistance. We were to help watch over and smooth out a potentially rough meeting between two MC's. The bank was a little bit open to hearing so we decided it was best to take this to a more private location. Whilst the meeting was going on the Triads and Marcello's watched over the men awaiting to split up any fighting. Men from each organisation was positioned to ensure that no eavesdropping occurred from the local street.
  20. Hello there, ID 26 here. I was the one typing out the demands whilst aiming a gun at the players face, whilst he was in a stalled vehicle. I also have footage of him blatantly breaking Fear RP from my side as well. I decided to PM the player and ask for a reason for him breaking fear RP, his reason was "The vehicle is bullet proof". I made a /report in game to clear this up before proceeding any further. @Archaeah accepted my report and confirmed that the vehicle in question was in fact not bullet proof.
  21. One of the Triads ended up requiring some urgent medical attention. The men waited outside the hospital hoping for some good news before setting of on their way to take control of the chop shop. The men split up into groups. One group to go out and retrieve cars and the other to operate the shop when the cars are delivered to them. Whilst operating the chop shop, one of the men began creating a spreadsheet on his phone to keep track of the each vehicles worth, this will be handy in the future.
  22. Some of the LSC Mechanics attending a peaceful protest against the new wage changes.
  23. A member from the Triads managed to get a hold of a notorious car and took it for a joy ride. After having his fun with the car the man called it in and it was time for business. Two of the Triads who are highly trained in the arts of Tai Chi went to work on the car. Surprisingly the two men would make great panel beaters. Once the make shift mechanics were done working on the car, we notified the owner that it was ready for collection from the local Chinese dealership.
