Big +1 from me. It could be used as a learning tool for people that are just getting in to RP and would like to learn better techniques.

We have been dealing with the same thing at Weazel News for quite a while. I have been trying to get an admin marker at the gate, similar to what LSC had on the steps leading to the office.

-1. Every faction, legal or illegal, in the city has issues when it comes to members. People come and go, due to various reasons. The old bleet system was removed for a reason and I don’t think having manual ads would be any better.

I can respect this. I do not think there are enough boat owners to warrant it though, at least not yet. Most people did not know that Oceanic existed.

It does not make sense to have the boat refuel station near the trucker job, in choppy water. For the sake of RP it would make more sense to have it inside of the marina, where boats would actually refuel before going out to the open water. This spot in the marina would be perfect for it.

+1 on the pistols. To add more realism to it, PD/SD could offer Concealed Carry Classes, similar to the BLS class that MD offers, so you can get a [Concealed] under your weapons license. If you were to be found carrying an unlicensed concealed weapon your charges would be more than open carrying. I also agree with @CaesarSeizure on the requirement to un-hiding before being able to use it.

Earlier I went up to a trailer that i owned and noticed that the building attached to my trailer now has its own address, that someone already owns. This property only had one address on it and the new address added is really only a small addition that you would see people build onto a house. I would like to suggest that if a new property is created and it is attached to an existing house, the current owner of that house get first right of refusal for it. I added chainlink fence around the entire property that was approved by an admin, now i will have to remove them, because this new property was added.
