  7. -1 We need to embrace the civilian jobs at this point for infrastructure. As mentioned above, if someone wants to sabotage another shopowners deliveries they can try to rob the truckers or chase them around so deliveries will be delayed or even aborted. Altough I can agree on that criminals need more activities than to chase civilians for their stuff.
  8. -1 I have the phantom and I love this truck. Also I havent used it in ANY shootings what so ever. Plain RP with it and from time to time I do trucking job while listening to the CB and have a good laugh as McGee Said, its hilarious

  10. There's a huge missunderstanding about LS National Guard out there circulating. Let me just be VERY clear about this: Los Santos National Guard is NOT the Police or do have any Police/Goverment authority. Los Santos National Guard does NOT have any juristiction for doing any kind of Policing activity, Unless told so by the Cheif of Police or Comissioner. Los Santos National Guard is here for protection, safety and public service. Los Santos National Guard does NOT do criminal activities.
  11. What is the National Guard? The National Guard is a unique element of the U.S. military that serves both community and country. The Guard responds to domestic emergencies, counterdrug efforts, reconstruction missions and more. Any state governor or the President of the United States can call on the Guard in a moment’s notice. Guard Soldiers’ primary area of operation is their home state. How is the Army National Guard different from other military branches? Our mission makes us different. Unlike the other branches, Guard Soldiers can be deployed by the governors of their resident states to support communities stricken by natural disasters like floods and hurricanes. Guard Soldiers can also be deployed by the president of the United States. Where will I serve? That depends on a combination of things, including your current Military Occupational Specialty. Technically, it could be anywhere. Most likely, you'll attend drill at the armory nearest your hometown, and if called to action, remain in-state. How much is the salary? Guard Soldiers hold civilian jobs or attend college while maintaining their military training part time. Am I eligible to join the Guard? Recruits need to meet certain standards of height, weight, age, fitness and education in order to enlist. Your Guard representative will have complete information. Why is the National Guard in Los Santos? Criminal gangs has been spreading chaos in the city of Los Santos for a long time, local citizen believe that Los Santos Police Department is exhausted by all the massive criminal activities. The National Guard is deployed in Los Santos to keep civilians safe, mainly in the outskirts of Los Santos. Our main goals are: Protect the civilians around Paleto Bay, Grapeseed and Sandy shores Assist LSPD and LSEMS on place in the vulnerable areas mentioned above Where can I find and join the National Guard? Los Santos National Guard is located in Fort Zancudo military base. If you want to enlist, come visit us. BEWARE: Failure to comply to military personel or ground rules may result in personal injuries inside the premises! Discord: https://discord.gg/GWtkdvv Activities Here's some of our activities from a daily perspective. Before the Guard men gets on active duty there's always a breifing. Reporting in after completed mission. Patrolling in convoys Encountering hostiles is no uncommon thing on patrols

  13. Once again, I didn't say that all deaths is result of rulebreaking. Rules are not always fun or even funny, they're there for a reason. This was supposed to improve FearRP and all the things you do that's dangerous and could kill you. The higher you value your life, the more careful you would be, right ?
  14. Its pretty clear, that it's not bound to a specific time, that could be whatever. Where's the constructive comments?
  15. I didn't say every death is a result of rulebreak, that was a spontanious thought it could be nifty. Neither is it to punish anyone, It's about the character valuing their life more, and the timer doesnt have to be 15 minutes, it could be lower - That's not up to me.
  16. Here's an simple improvement to not only NLR, but also FearRP When getting killed there should be a respawn time for 15 minutes or so with a Blackout screen and no way to communicate with people, except /admin Benefits: Player will value his life more (Since waiting 15 minutes is a bummer) NLR is pretty much forced and can't be broken Player reports can be created while waiting, if death is the result of rulebreaking. Exceptions: LSPD will spawn back faster due to the poor balancing of PD and Criminals Blackout screen: Weazel news content ECRP Rules
  17. +1 Not only for the local VOIP but also to rule out Discord or other things in Recordings. I've seen many reports where theres issues to tell weither its discord audio or radio audio in the video.
  18. Oh really? So my suggestion was looked into? Or did you give away too much?
  19. Another idea that just came to my mind. As there's tons of vehicles stranded all over Los Santos, vehicle's with unpayed tickets, crowded NCZ parkings, abandonned job vehicles etc Even the PD impound is at many times overbooked and scattered around the LSPD station and then stolen since theyre out of NCZ Work details: Impound illegal parked vehicles (Like Tequilala, MD, PD, Interstates, red-zones etc) Impound parked vehilces with unpayed parking tickets Impound cars parked at NCZ which has been standing for too long (Timer function, if player is disconnected?) Since i.e Bank parking is getting crowded. Impound cars for LSPD, also at cimescenes (PD impound is at many times overpopulated) Clear abandonned job vehicles Act as repo for loan companies Needs to be done: Job vehicle with the ability to identify vehicles (Like LSPD MDC) Flatbed needs to be fixed, since towtrucks are causing serious desync and might be dangerous for the public (exploding cars for example) Bonus: Theres an opening for helping Mechanics with towing. * How many of you have ever been sitting stranded with a broken down vehicle and theres an X amount of mechanics online but noone are able/willing to help? The impound itself could work similar to the Parking lot or towed to Mors.
  20. Date and time (provide timezone): August 21 2018 CET Character name: Jimmie Healy Issue/bug you are reporting: Locking and unlocking vehicle outside house, this can leave your house unlocked without knowing it. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: When parking close to my house like this would trigger both door on the house and the vehicle. In this video can clearly see that I'm locking the vehicle before approaching the house. I step off the bike (same goes with cars and trucks), unlock my house door and I can enter the vehicle with any problems. There's no notification about the vehicle being unlocked, I can only see the house unlocking. Proof: https://plays.tv/video/5b7f53d4a3e6d55ff1/doorbug-with-vehicle-too-close
