If you have played on ECRP before, there should have been past emails from Eclipse on that email address. Did you double check if the preview of the email actually matches the email of the inbox you are checking? (The preview I refer to is in this picture you included at the top, partially hidden by '*': https://imgur.com/2WFKNiQ)

Here a few things to try: - Try logging in through the panel to see if that gets you any different result: https://panel.eclipse-rp.net - Check if you received any emails in the past on your email account from ECRP. You can use the search term "Eclipse" for example. That way, you could confirm that you are looking at the right email address. Let me know how that goes. Try to be as detailed as possible and add any screenshots when relevant please.

If you have a different copy of GTA, your friend should be able to use that one to connect to ECRP, create their ECRP account, do the quiz on their own and potentially play. The possible pattern you have mentioned gives me the impression that the MLO's might cause issues for you I have quite similar specifications and I don't experience any crashes at all honestly. However, I do know that for other people, mainly turning down the extended distance scaling helps a lot when experiencing crashes around these area's. Could you try this out for us and report back to us regarding your results? -Yputi

I believe looking into making VOIP more reliable is a more realistic approach than allowing everyone on a third party program to communicate to each other. TeamSpeak has never been the reason to bypass this issue. Since I am no longer part of PD, I will only speak on behalf of DOC: TeamSpeak is barely being used by DOC. Only for JTAC. Also not because VOIP sometimes has issues in reliability. If a player has VOIP issues while in TeamSpeak, they also need to make sure they fix it, because they also need to be able to be heard in-game by other players. I believe every faction would rather have all communication being done in-game only instead of moving to other software. It makes it easier for everyone. No need to set key binds to make sure you can also be heard in-game while speaking over TeamSpeak, no need to install extra software at all and no need to be extra cautious to make sure players don't (accidentally) metagame. Moving to TeamSpeak is, in my own opinion, a step in the wrong direction. A step towards moving everything in-game instead would be a much better approach I believe.

Hello! 2 Senior supports and myself have worked on the report where the second quote was taken from. I am happy to clarify some things. Keep in mind that every single reported situation is unique and never follows a certain guide step by step. In the quote from my report, it states that "nor are they required". This means that demands aren't a requirement for Deathmatching rights. This was different long ago, where demands were a requirement, but this rule got updated. However, this also means that they still could be a factor in a situation. In the case of the report, it was mentioned that no demands were made, yet people still got shot. This quote had the goal to clarify that it wouldn't be needed due to the context of the situation. This also means that just shouting demands from any given distance (which happend in the report, which was also mentioned in the conclusion) doesn't mean you can then just start shooting someone. Additionally, be aware that there is a difference between demands and valid demands. Last, I would recommend making sure to read whole conclusions to make sure no further context gets missing. We spend a lot of time in writing those and a specific quote could become misleading taking them out of context. Hopefully this clarified some stuff for you!

Hey! I can assure you that a lot of work is being put in decision appeals/reports. The reason why you most likely won't get a response, if its about appeals, is because of the following: Usually, when it comes to player reports, there is usually no big rush to get stuff done as soon as possible, as it's preferred to make sure we go through everything properly before concluding anything. I understand that on first sight it might appear as ignoring, but a lot of effort is being put into these things, especially since this affects players.
