Hello, So I've been an inmate at DOC and worked as a guard there for a long time. And something that I think DOC guards need is a form of panic alarm. I'm not talking about a panic alarm like PD or MD has where they do Ctrl-E and it triggers a call with a GPS tracker on them. What I'm thinking of is to take use of the In-game sound effect that the prison has from singleplayer. With a command such as /pem "Prison Emergency" that triggers a message in chat like the front desk message saying. To disable the alarm there could also be a command such as /Endpem [Emergency] PLAYER / UNIT has triggered the Emergency alarm (This is only visible in the chat of any on-duty PD/SD/DOC players who is AT DOC) and it would start playing the alarm sound effect from GTA Singleplayer on the property. Alarm fx: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5qt6WXv_hPA This alarm is loud and can be heard from the highway or route 68. Any PD/MD/SD officer passing by on the highway or route 68 would hear the alarm and could radio in to ask if they need assistance or PD and SD could respond. This would also let every guard currently on duty know that something is wrong and they could declare a Code 1 or something and comb the prison. To find out why the alarm is triggered.

Your house does not get auctioned off if you've got Active VIP on your account. So if you buy a year's worth of VIP. and then go inactive. you don't lose your houses. Unless that was changed with the recent VIP rework. But from what i know. VIP status effect prevents house removal due to inactivity.

Attaching this here I've also noticed that my truck don't take any damage ether. I can ram anything at any speeds. the vehicle stalls. but it takes no damage, no lights, windows or vehicle parts take damage ether. not even paint scratches. It used to take damage. so its at 996hp at this point. but suddenly 1 day it just stopped. Vehicle in question:

Date and time (provide timezone): 10:52 UTC +01:00 Character name: Inori Komatsu Issue/bug you are reporting: When de-spawning a vehicle in anyway "leaving the area, parking it, entering a house" Expected behavior: For the vehicle to have all its engine mods active when it spawn. and not need players to swing by a mechanic shop to /modview to active them Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: In the video attached, you can see that. right after I spawn in from a relog. the vehicles top speed and acceleration is horrible. but after I /modview its going about 40kmh faster then before Vehicle license plate number*: SHEE

This is the reason I was all for the adding of the cuff minigame. I was suggesting this over and over. I work at DOC. and i see several PD, SD and DOC people my self sometimes included. do this where we wait. look at the final /do and then shoot the tazer before the 10-15 can even start moving or get off a swing. I hate this as Legal and crim. its no fun. Its just Powergaming with sugar sprinkles. the /do's in this case isn't giving the criminal any "options" its just letting them chat with you about how they'd try to get away. And for the officers who responds with "Well, they shouldn't be doing that" I know. We all know. its been a thing since 2017. it's not suddenly going to change. -1 I do however find it very annoying that I'm tackling every external door I'm opening at DOC. that I wish was fixed lmao

i meant it can be a different way to call for MD. if you don't have a phone

Remove fingerprints from items on you when you die
inorigj replied to Harley's topic in Game Suggestions
+1, but I do also think that yes, only items on your person should be deleted. not every item you touched within a set time span. This will prevent PD/SD from going to a scene. find a gun on YOUR dead body. and be like "oh, this gun has the prints of FIRST_LASTNAME, He must have held it in the past." even tho it WAS he who was using it and that they got it from. -
MD calls don't act the same as PD calls. If you call 911 and pick medic. the call will act like a mechanic request or taxi request. where the 911 call will be closed automatically if the caller leaves the area. Making the location it self the caller with a flare. would possible make it so you can call for others and leave. as well as not leave your name in the call logs for MD if you're possibly wanted GTA 5 Does have a function for this. Where it can use a yellow GPS marker to lead you to the location. and then turn in to a "area" when you get there. its used a lot in singleplayer and GTA Online missions. Also for MD its a Red person icon.

most of the time yes. people have a phone, but there has been a few times i've been outside the city. and fallen down a cliff or crashed my car while my phone was off/dead if the flare gun had this power to it that it can call MD, then it would give more people a reason to buy one. instead of just 2 firearms that you can only fire 1 at the time anyway. "added to the original post about using it while injured"

Hello, My suggestion is to add a command that will make it so that your flare gun can make a distress call to MD to prevent this from ruining the flare gun for people who use it for events. it would not trigger a medical 911 call unless a command is done first /emflare To prevent accidental use of it. if you don't shoot a flare within 30 seconds of using the command. the next flare will be a normal flare to use the command you need to hold a flaregun in your hands and the next flare you then shoot. will send out a 911 call to MD ### New edit Could also make it so that if you have a loaded flare gun on your person and you get injured, you could run the command /emflare and it will automatically shoot a flare 90 degrees up from you and make the call to MD ####### [Dispatch]* * * [MED] 911 call from passer-by at LOCATION HERE /resp(ondcall) 1 to respond * * * [Dispatch]* * * Situation: I can see a flare in the distance, someone might be in distress. * * * the /emflare command could have a 5min or 10min cooldown so it wouldn't be spammed. And instead of giving a exact location of the person who shot the flare. it could show up like an area. where the person who shot it will be inside of

I can't speak on the "consistently" matter, as I'm not in a gang like that, and don't do Crime at PD, but I see the issue there

I do how ever fully agree that this is non-sense and shouldn't be a thing, but punishing players that's NOT treating LEO players this way. isn't the solution to the problem.ockquote widget

@SquirtleSquad I don't mean to be rude to you here, but you missed my entire argument from what I can see.

+1 Anything that instantly gives other players feedback to what is going on is always a plus. I know we got /do and /amy and /my but sometimes a group of people are around and only 20% of the people notice your details and stay there confused about what is going on. thinking everything is just fine. having this showing for a while would let people know. making detailed RP more realistic. This would be very useful specially after something such as a vehicle accident or a shootout. You could of course do /analysewounds on the player and see they have been shot. But unless you're PD/SD/MD/DOC, the use of this command isn't that common. leaving people often in the dark about what others just experienced.

I've got to say -1 to this one. 1 Thing I used to dislike back when NCZ's was a thing was the amount of people "crims, civs and LEO's" that ran to NCZ's to avoid situations. It most of the time ends with a group of people piling up at the location, ether if its Bank or MRPD. and all of them will be in /pm or /b complaining about how they can't run to a NCZ because they committed a crime, and its against NCZ rules to flee to a NCZ when you yourself did a crime. And back then the same argument was used FOR removal of NCZs Or how its unfair that just because they crossed a DAMN intersection they can no longer shoot/block/melee or assault them. The defence of NCZ's make no sense what so ever. specially with the arguments that's used for it. Yes. all of these are "valid" arguments to why its NRP to do crime there. but what about LSC? what about THE GOD DAMN HIGHWAY. what about the shopping centre? why not the pier? why isn't the entire block around City hall a NCZ? why isn't every sidewalk along the busiest road in the city a NCZ? the arguments used in the defence for all of the NCZ's could be used for A LOT of locations ALL AROUND the map. if we're to go by this NCZ logic that people want. the only place that WOULDN'T be a NCZ. is Chiliad and Sandy. "just report the player abusing the NCZ" And the same defence for the removal can be used as for having it. NCZ's frustrated a ton of people. and just like a NRPing player at the new "no NCZ" locations. reporting them will not un-frustrate the players involved. the players that lost due to the NRP will be pissed and or frustrated because they were done dirty. The players that did the NRP will be worried and on edge for 1 to 2 days, possibly lose interest in playing in anticipation of a staff punishment from a forum report the only difference is. NCZs was a cheep way out for the rule breakers. You could run there. die and wouldn't lose anything. as NCZ's prevented the loss of items upon death within the NCZ border. I'd also like to point out that comments such as this regarding the communities members is totally un-called for. Just because their RP isn't your type of RP does not mean that they are wrong and should be treated as "bad RP". RP comes in a lot of different styles. and if we all RP'ed as stand up citizens then ECRP would be a horribly boring place to be. ECPR has a lot of unique and fun characters within it. And simply calling their RP a "quirky personality" and go as far as saying they should stay away from a part of the map because YOU don't like it, to the point where you want a SERVER RULE to be put in place to keep them away from you. that's very disrespectful.

I think any MED/LAW faction players, who is on duty should be able to pick up blockades placed by other MED/LAW faction players. with a timer yes. like a 3 second timer.
-
+1

+1, This also benefits civilian companies and Gov factions. where important notifications can be shared in a group. Such as DOC's Status board. or LSC's ban list and such
-
If you go to first person you can almost see 90 degrees up. Not FULLY but close. It's how I see that they are above me.
-
Hey, so this is a very minor suggestion and it basically only affects PD, SD and MD. When PD/SD/MD rolls up on a scene where there is injured people they always RP getting a BLS or ALS bag from the vehicle. my suggestion is simply to add the Medical bag furniture item to the /blockade command to place down a BLS/ALS bag next to the person on the ground. with something like /blockade bls

I believed that would come in as an obvious thing but as people might misunderstand things I added that to the post
