Are you new to the city and need a place to stay? Here at Vayro Estates we aim to provide low cost housing by charging low rents across the board. We also have Rent to Own properties available. We have already helped multiple people get onto the property ladder with our rent to own scheme. All of our properties were 2G Apartments in the Tower Blocks around Los Santos and these were 50k per week in the rent to own scheme. We still have multiple of these currently under agreement, however, we have one property left. Apartment 106 Tinsel Towers is available for Rent, or Rent to own. The choice is up to you. Rental only is 20k per week. No ties, Just a quick agreement between myself and you. This property is also available on the Rent to Own Scheme. So how does it work? We both sign an agreement which will rent the property to you for 9 weeks at a cost of 50k per week, paid on Saturdays. On the 10th week, you pay the 'rent' at the door, giving you ownership of the property. As mentioned above, we are also moving away form apartments only. So we have three further properties available. A 1G property is available at 27 Roy Lowenstein Boulevard. This property has the usual 1G interior, but has a unique item on the inside for storage. This property has 2 options. Option 1 is rental only at 15k per week. Option number 2 is Rent to Own at 50k per week. This amount is paid for 8 weeks only and on the last payment, the property is yours to own, with the payment being at the door. A further 1G property is available at 6 Innocence Boulevard. This property has the usual interior of a 1G and comes unfurnished. This property has the same offers as the 1G above. with Rent to own, or rental. Another 1G property is available at 19 Forum Drive. The property has the usual 1G interior and has the same options as the two properties above. ALL of the above properties are unlocked for viewing. Hey guys, I've just had a look around this property and I like it. Although I wouldn't offer the amounts you are asking unfortunately, I will make a cheeky offer though. Id like to offer you $1.2 million in cash and a 2G apartment at Tinsel Towers. Or if one of my other properties sells then id offer you $1.7 million in cash. Id like to turn this building into a Soup Kitchen.

Two new properties available A 2G apartment is available at Tinsel Towers. A 2G apartment is available at Del Perro Heights The usual 2G furnishings as expected in Los Santos. 10 x $50,000 payments. The 10th payment being on the door of the property, thus giving you ownership.

I've spent two years on Eclipse. And have had a little fun on here. I've met people here and for the last 2 years have been evolving my character. I have been grinding countless hours as a lone wolf on purpose and not done what the majority of players do and that is joining a gang. About 2 weeks ago I spent everything I had setting something up and wanted to bring a new criminal faction to the server. So two years of saving and planning and grinding and when I finally managed to get everything setup. It gets nerfed. The private labs were probably my favourite part of the server and it just got killed off. I've basically slaved over a game for two years, for nothing. Players are the people that keep this server alive, along with the hundreds of other ones out there. Did you not think about maybe asking the very players what they may have thought on your updates or changes? Maybe putting it to a vote?
