There is a lot of that type of houses in vinewood, and other map places. Its getting harder and harder to find a good house, because people owns almost all houses and almost no one selling it.

And now im looking to buy a new one and make a deal on it. Getting a house should not be easy nor cheap. If you got here early, lucky you. Is it necessary to own a house? No I don't think so. If you think its too expensive for you to buy a house on your own, how about you find someone to split the bill? And if you say there are no houses for sale, I see them pop up pretty much everyday.

Adding more houses in the area will solve the problem for you? Since you are waiting for it right now you might be able to buy one once they are added right? What about the next guy who wants a house in vinewood? There are definetly houses avaliable elsewhere. The only thing I would say needs to happen if its not already happening is that accounts that are inactive for x period of time should have their houses put on the open market.

There is much not sellable houses who have no owners, than buyable, so I think server should use that empty houses to people
