Well ye sure there are some areas that are more wanted and most likely sold out / not for sale. Adding more houses in the area will solve the problem for you? Since you are waiting for it right now you might be able to buy one once they are added right? What about the next guy who wants a house in vinewood? There are definetly houses avaliable elsewhere. The only thing I would say needs to happen if its not already happening is that accounts that are inactive for x period of time should have their houses put on the open market.

No I do not own any house, I bought a house a week or so ago for 100k sold it for 140k. And now im looking to buy a new one and make a deal on it. Getting a house should not be easy nor cheap. If you got here early, lucky you. Is it necessary to own a house? No I don't think so. If you think its too expensive for you to buy a house on your own, how about you find someone to split the bill? And if you say there are no houses for sale, I see them pop up pretty much everyday.

Hey guys, I was wondering if someone could clarify some rules for me or rather if some situations are against the rules and if so which rule and why? Situation 1. A robber steals a vehicle from a victim. The said victim finds the robber with his vehicle, makes the person leave the vehicle disarms the man( Meaning he was following the commands) and then shoots him in the face finishing him off. This is a regular occurance in the server, so I was wondering if its allowed. I mean RP wise if you look at it, if you steal from a gang member or any form of criminal and he finds the thief he might kill him so its not too far fetched. So what justifies a person to kill another if he follows all the commands of the assailant? At the same time there is this thing called Fear RP, so 4 people pull up on you "YOU HAVE TO SURRENDER" and they just kill you in the end, by the same thinking you know you are fucked in either case so might as well give ur best shot and resist or take one down with you. What I'm looking here is some clear lines when is it allowed to kill someone? I try to stay on the safe side and only kill when they resist. Situation 2. You'v just killed one man ( legitimate RP reasons ) and someone saw you do it, are you allowed to take out the witness ? If he is techincally not involved ? Situation 3. You see someone stealing ur vehicle in NCZ are you allowed to shoot him? This happens so often that its upsetting. But I was told before by admins that "that one person is breaking the rules, does not mean you can break them to stop him" So the solution would be let him steal my vehicle, chop it. Report him and wait for him to get banned right? While loosing my vehicle for the day basically. Or am I allowed to just kill the guy?

-1 its actually nice that real-estate is limited and getting more expensive by the day. It's an investment opportunity.

+1 Police officers should not be able to do that, I'm a big believer that cops should be able to extend the life by a bit so they would have time to transport the injured to M.D. where he could be further taken care off. But not stabilize someone and go stand around talk with other people while you are just there doing nothing for 15 min that do not involve any kind of RP for you. In that case more officers should be at the scene to deal with the situation. +1 sounds like a good idea +1 Just not too sure about the vehicle choise. +1 I would like to see improvments made to the current vehicle way more then getting "fast response one" i think this is a different thing but could eliminate the need for a fast response vehicle all together. Other then that I would like to point out that since there is a severe lack of medics avaliable at this moment, should it not be considered that people don't need to be brought back to M.D everytime ? As far as I'm aware that happens everytime. I think that cost allot of time, and there is not too much RP happening in the vehicle itself and what happens at the M.D ? You get droped off and they leave. If there were medics there waiting to rp you getting operated or w/e then sure please do! So if u have to bring someone to the M.D from farm it takes allot of time while you could maybe handle a call somewhere in the area ( maybe a emergency dropoff point in some areas? ). But then again the calls in town are rarely handled so I guess thats not the biggest issue.
