I'd like a Taxi as a personal Vehicle for a Game Show

Yo man, I'm the reporter guy who complains about ties lol. 

I wanted to do a game show for Weazel News Network with a Custom black and white Taxi where I pick people up and then ask them questions like a game show. A mix of Cash Cab and "Truth" from truth or dare. 
I've got two questions;
1. Can I have you give me a Taxi Cab as an In Game Personal Vehicle for in game money/Credits?
2. If you were to give me a Taxi cab, being as it's not a faction vehicle, Would it be possible to paint it black and white?

Instead of asking the admins why don't you ask the Taxi company? I'm sure they'd be down for this.

I'm a taxi driver myself, I can talk to my bosses or something for you.

I am the HR of Downtown Cab Co. and to do that first of all you can give that as a suggestion for us and we will think about it and once you go through our trainee process maybe with the permission of the CEO and COO you could be part of it. But painting the Taxi is not possible but Admins can paint it still using their magic powers.

I've actually thought of that, as well as having it be a faction vehicle, but here's the reason why not; 
I plan on takng longer routes to give people more time to answer the questions, as well as setting up elaborate 'pranks' and such. Like driving up on a crime scene where the cab meets the description of the perp's vehicle, or a gang shootout errupting near the cab, ect. 
If I'm doing a ride-along with an actual cabbie, I don't have that kind of agency. It's like being the director of a movie, And wanting to get all the camera-angles and such right, but you don't get to use the camera. 

If I actually get to drive the cab around, the cabbie will be getting calls all day while I'm getting footage and won't be able to answer them. He won't have his vehicle near him so he won't get money. Which sucks for both the cabbie, and people who need a taxi.

 

Also, based on IC justification, There's no real reason Red Harlow with his connections in Weazel couldn't know some NPC Prop-smith who could whip up an independent looking Taxi-cab for him while still making it justifiably different from your company's cabs. 

Furthermore... the idea of it being a faction vehicle didn't rub me the right way either because I'm sorta concerned my co-workers might get the cab out and just shitpost with it. And sort of ruin the novility of the thing by doing it all the time instead of it being a pleasent surprise like a real gameshow.

Like, I've got the gameshow, A reality TV show I have planned, an action movie; I like being on Weazel news, I just want to do something other than drive up to a crime scene and "/record" then stand around for 5 minutes where the most excitement I get is being told to step back by a cop

faction vehicle could be restricted to a role in Weazel so only you can take it out. Or there could be a faction rule about ppl not taking it out unless they are recording for an episode of that show
