Allow /low to be used when calling emergency services.

Given a recent report where it was stated that chat messages can be heard as long as you can scriptly see them in chat, I suggest you allow the 911 calling system to work with /low. Right now if someone calls 911 and types /low Police it will not put them through to dispatch, only if they type ''Police''. 

We can already to /rlow, /low, /melow, /dolow. Adding this extra bit of function would be nice.

As you can see, the dispatch script only puts me through to the option chosen when I type ''Police''. Doing ''/low Police'' will not work.

/plow = quietly on phone

regular text chat no longer goes to phone


Also, replace all instaces of 'low' with just 'l' as optional shortcuts:

+1 to all of this. Phone should have a different command when typing, as right now it is inconsistent between voip and typing. When you type and are on the phone, it will show up on the phone as well as local with no option to just say something locally, but if you use VOIP, you have different hotkeys for phone and local. This would be an improvement as sometimes you might not want to say everything over the phone and some people prefer to type rather than use VOIP.

The shorter commands would just be an improvement.

Lastly, not being able to call 911 quietly puts you in danger if someone was close enough to see the text box (There is also another suggestion for smaller range on text), they would likely get killed under DM rules.

I like this suggestion!

I've always told people to just do a /me of speaking quietly when calling 911, but it would make sense to have the ability to type your messages in low on the phone.
